Equity in the justice system is a fundamental principle of law that seeks to ensure fair and impartial treatment for all individuals, regardless of their characteristics. The Ecuadorian justice ...system faces challenges regarding its equity and efficiency, including concerns about access to justice, impartiality in decision-making, corruption, and the lack of independence in the judicial system. Neutrosophy, as a philosophical theory that promotes neutrality and impartiality, is useful in the analysis of equity in the justice system. It helps identify systematic inequalities and discrimination in the justice system, which is essential for finding fair and equitable solutions. Evaluating equity in the Ecuadorian justice system involves considering multiple aspects and factors. Six study alternatives were identified and the most significant elements for the analysis of equity in the Ecuadorian justice system were analyzed using neutrosophic techniques. This contributes to improving equity in the justice system and ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all Ecuadorian citizens. Next, it discusses the use of philosophical concepts such as value pluralism for understanding administrative practice and developing administrative theory. It concludes this use can be considerable, provided such concepts are treated with sufficient carefulness.

Purpose>The growth and development of positive psychology approaches in the areas of human resource management has created a successful conceptual basis in the psychology of business and jobs and has ...led to a tendency to apply knowledge and skills to job expectations in line with job expectations. That profession will grow, and this can also lead to the development of ethical practices. The purpose of this paper is the effect of self-fulfilling prophecy on developing auditors' ethical values.Design/methodology/approach>The target population of this study was auditors of auditing organizations and private sector audit firms that were selected through random sampling and evaluated over a period of 6 months. The research instrument was standard questionnaires, and partial least squares analysis was used to test and test the research hypotheses.Findings>The results of this study show that the effect of self-fulfilling prophecy on ethical virtue and ethical conscientiousness as two dimensions of auditors' ethical values has a positive and significant effect.Originality/value>This study explains how to clearly convey the social expectations of an auditor about value-based approaches in the audit profession, and it examines the role of these expectations in the professional performance of auditors. In fact, beliefs and expectations play a decisive role in improving auditors' level of value based on professional behavior, such as professional skepticism and objectivity, and this research can help increase the level of knowledge about this profession.
Social psychologists have recently begun to explore the problem of free-will beliefs. Philosophers have been working on the problem of free will over the ages, and studies of social psychologists on ...free-will beliefs are based on past philosophical theories. Meanwhile, philosophers not only argue over the theoretical issue of free will but also engage with the research program of experimental philosophy. This program shares the methodology of social psychology, and experimental investigation of belief in free will is proceeding at a rapid pace. In consideration of the above arguments, it seems obvious that social psychologists need to collaborate with philosophers on the problem of free-will beliefs. The authors therefore review the findings of each discipline and construct a model of people’s free-will beliefs. In this model, we consider free-will beliefs as composed by alternative possibility and agency, and these components function to promote attribution of moral responsibility, self-control, and social fit.
The growing literature on philosophical thought experiments has so far focused almost exclusively on the role of thought experiments in confirming or refuting philosophical hypotheses or theories. In ...this paper we draw attention to an additional and largely ignored role that thought experiments frequently play in our philosophical practice: some thought experiments do not merely serve as means for testing various philosophical hypotheses or theories, but also serve as facilitators for conceiving and articulating new ones. As we will put it, they serve as 'heuristics for theory discovery'. Our purpose in the paper is two-fold: (i) to make a case that this additional role of thought experiments deserves the attention of philosophers interested in the methodology of philosophy; (ii) to sketch a tentative taxonomy of a number of distinct ways in which philosophical thought experiments can aid (and historically have aided) theory discovery, which can guide future research on this role of thought experiments.
