The relation between geological structure of Slanic-Alunis area from Romanian Oriental Carpathians and field morphology is as obviously as possible and this is reflected in orographic aspect, in ...fragmentation degree of relief, in energy of relief, in slopes inclination, in conformation and slope exposure. Determinant element in morphostructure performing is first representing by lithological constitution of substrate and second by tectonic arrangement. All mentioned phenomena make part from the category of movements in mass and are owned to lithological substrate, subcoherent preponderant, generally formed from politic deposits with gypsiferous episodes. Another cause is layers declivity, which from a value and in some climatic conditions, allows releasing of previous mentioned phenomena. Knowledge and analyze of geomorphology and also the establishing of some relation of geostructuremorphostructure type, necessitated direct remarks on field relief, researching and establishing of numerous characters on which relief shapes own. A special attention I had assigned to Miocene geological formations on which I had considered as having a definitive role in generation of some morphostructural processes. Based on these I had established the percent regarding the repartition and the largeness of geomorphological elements in region, which reflect very well geostructure - morphostructure relations. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyse critically those of the new tendencies in decision making that are connected with an increased significance of intuition. Firstly, the notion of ...quasi-rationality, utilized in the Cognitive Continuum Theory, will be presented, following which there will be a discussion of the concept of non-rational thinking and its relevance in the decision making process. In the last part, this paper will describe what is called a model for ethical decision making which combines rational analysis with intuition. Lastly, some conclusions will be offered concerning future applications of intuition in decision making, and proposed directions for research
Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja i krytyczna analiza nowych tendencji w procesie podejmowania decyzji związanych ze wzrostem znaczenia intuicji. W pierwszej części przedstawiono pojęcie quasi-racjonalności występujące w ramach Kognitywnej Teorii Kontinuum, następnie scharakteryzowano kategorię myślenia nieracjonalnego i jego znaczenia w procesie podejmowania decyzji. W ostatniej części zaprezentowano tzw. model etycznego podejmowania decyzji łączący racjonalną analizę z wykorzystaniem intuicji. Artykuł kończą wnioski dotyczące perspektyw wykorzystania intuicji w procesie decyzyjnym oraz proponowane kierunki badań.
Reološka mjerenja su vrlo važna u prehrambenoj industriji kao sredstvo za fizičku karakterizaciju sirovine prije prerade, za poluproizvode tijekom proizvodnje i za gotovu hranu. U ovom radu ...istraživan je utjecaj vrste meda, brzine rotora i vremena homogenizacije na reološka svojstva majoneze s medom. Korištene su vrste meda: bagremov, lipov, šumski, proljetni. Za izradu majoneze korišteno je rafinirano suncokretovo ulje (linolni tip). Mehanički proces homogenizacije majoneze proveden je kod 10000 o/ min, 12000 o/min i vremenu od 2 i 4 minute pri sobnoj temperaturi. Majoneza sa 75% uljne faze izrađena je po tradicionalnoj recepturi bez dodanog konzervansa, čime je trajnost proizvoda vremenski ograničena. Mjerenja reoloških svojstava provedena su na rotacijskom viskozimetru s koncentričnim cilindrima, pri temperaturi od 25 ºC. Iz dobivenih podataka izračunati su reološki parametri: prividna viskoznost, koeficijent konzistencije i indeks tečenja. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da vrsta meda utječe na reološka svojstva majoneze s medom. Porastom brzine rotora i vremena trajanja procesa homogenizacije mijenjaju se reološka svojstva majoneze.
Rheological measurements are quite relevant in the food industry as a tool for physical characterization of raw material prior to processing, for intermediate products during manufacturing, and for finished foods. This paper shall research the influence of honey types, rotor speed and homogenisation time on the rheological properties of the mayonnaise with honey. Following types of honey were used: acacia, linden, forest, spring. Refined sunflower oil (linoleic type) was used to make mayonnaise. The mechanical process of homogenisation of the mayonnaise has been done at 10.000 rpm, 12.000 rpm for 2 and 4 minutes at room temperature. Mayonnaise with a 75% oil phase is made according to the traditional recipe without added conservatives, which limits its durability. The rheological measurements were performed on a rotating viscometer with concentric cylinders, at 25°C. With the use of these results the rheological parameters of apparent viscosity, consistency coefficient and flow behaviour index have been calculated. Research results show that the types of honey influence the rheological properties of the mayonnaise with honey. An increase of rotor speed and the homogenisation process time alter the rheological properties of the mayonnaise.
Rheologische Messungen sind in der Lebensmittelindustrie als Werkzeug für die physikalische Charakterisierung von Rohstoffen vor der Verarbeitung, für Zwischenprodukte während der Herstellung und für fertige Lebensmittel von großer Bedeutung. In diesem Beitrag soll der Einfluss von Honigsorten, Rotordrehzahl und Homogenisierungszeit auf die rheologischen Eigenschaften der Mayonnaise mit Honig untersucht werden. Folgende Honigsorten wurden verwendet: Akazien-, Linden-, Wald-, Frühlingshonig. Zur Herstellung von Mayonnaise wurde raffiniertes Sonnenblumenöl (Linolsorte) verwendet. Der mechanische Prozess der Homogenisierung der Mayonnaise wurde bei 10.000 U/min, 12.000 U/min für 2 und 4 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur durchgeführt. Die Mayonnaise mit einer Ölphase von 75% wird nach einer traditionellen Rezeptur ohne Zusatz von Konservierungsstoffen hergestellt, was ihre Haltbarkeit einschränkt. Die rheologischen Messungen wurden auf einem Rotationsviskosimeter mit konzentrischen Zylindern bei 25°C durchgeführt. Mit Hilfe dieser Ergebnisse wurden die rheologischen Parameter berechnet: scheinbare Viskosität, Konsistenzkoeffizient und Fließverhaltensindex. Die Forschungsergebnisse zeigen, dass die Honigsorten die rheologischen Eigenschaften der Mayonnaise mit Honig beeinflussen. Eine Erhöhung der Rotordrehzahl und die Zeit des Homogenisierungsprozesses verändern die rheologischen Eigenschaften der Mayonnaise.
L'applicazione della misura delle proprietà reologiche ha una grande importanza nell'industria alimentare come il mezzo per la caratterizzazione fisica della materia prima, prima della sua lavorazione, dei prodotti semilavorati durante la produzione e degli alimenti finiti. Con il presente lavoro di ricerca è stata studiata l'influenza del tipo di miele, della velocità del rotore e del tempo di omogeneizzazione sulle proprietà reologiche della maionese al miele. Sono stati usati i seguenti tipi di miele: di acacia, di tiglio, di bosco e millefiori (primaverile). Nella produzione della maionese è stato utilizzato l'olio di girasole raffinato (linoleico). Il processo meccanico di omogeneizzazione della maionese è stato effettuato a 10 000 giri/minuto, 12 000 giri/minuto e per 2 e 4 minuti a temperatura ambiente. La maionese con il 75% di fase oleosa è stata prodotta secondo una ricetta tradizionale senza conservanti aggiunti e quindi il prodotto è di una durata limitata. Le misure delle proprietà reologiche sono state eseguite su un viscosimetro rotante a cilindri concentrici, alla temperatura di 25°C. Dai dati ottenuti sono stati calcolati i parametri reologici: viscosità apparente, coefficiente di consistenza e indice di flusso. I risultati della presente ricerca mostrano che il tipo di miele influisce sulle proprietà reologiche della maionese al miele. All'aumentare della velocità del rotore e della durata del processo di omogeneizzazione, cambiano le proprietà reologiche della maionese.
Las mediciones reológicas son muy importantes en la industria alimentaria como medio de caracterización física de las materias primas antes del procesamiento, de los productos semielaborados durante la producción y de los alimentos listos para el consumo. En este trabajo fueron investigadas la influencia del tipo de miel, la velocidad del rotor y el tiempo de homogeneización sobre las propiedades reológicas de la mayonesa con miel. Los tipos de miel utilizados fueron: de acacia, de tilo, de bosque y de primavera. Para hacer la mayonesa fue utilizado el aceite de girasol refinado (tipo linóleo). El proceso mecánico de homogeneización de la mayonesa se realizó a 10000 rpm, 12000 rpm y durante 2 y 4 minutos a temperatura ambiente. La mayonesa con 75% de fase oleosa fue elaborada según una receta tradicional sin conservantes añadidos, lo que limita la durabilidad del producto. Las mediciones de las propiedades reológicas se realizaron en un viscosímetro rotatorio con cilindros concéntricos, a una temperatura de 25 ° C. Fueron calculados los parámetros reológicos de los datos obtenidos: la viscosidad aparente, el coeficiente de consistencia y el índice de flujo. Los resultados de la investigación muestran que el tipo de miel afecta las propiedades reológicas de la mayonesa con miel. A medida que aumenta la velocidad del rotor y la duración del proceso de homogeneización, cambian las propiedades reológicas de la mayonesa.

In such circumstances, computerized accounting systems, too, have grown their complexity by means of data analyzing information solutions such as OLAP and Data Mining which help perform a multidimensional analysis of financial-accounting data, potential frauds can be detected and data hidden information can be revealed, trends for certain indicators can be set up, therefore ensuring useful information to a company’s decision making.
U radu se obrazlažu važni aspekti potrebni za razumijevanje pojave gospodarskog kriminaliteta u Republici Hrvatskoj vezani uz tranziciju iz socijalističkog u kapitalističko gospodarstvo te prateći ...proces pretvorbe i privatizacije. Taj proces doveo je do određenih specifičnosti gospodarskog kriminaliteta koje ranije nisu dolazile do izražaja u našem gospodarskom poslovanju, a koje su u tom smislu označile gotovo tridesetogodišnje razdoblje. Postojeće kriminološke teorije do sada nisu razmatrale vezu između gospodarskog kriminaliteta i tranzicije, odnosno pretvorbe i privatizacije. Radom će se nastojati obrazložiti kriminološka obilježja egzogene prirode koja su vezana uz proces pretvorbe i privatizacije u spomenutoj tranziciji. Ta obilježja karakteriziraju ne samo počinitelja nego i oštećenike gospodarskih kaznenih djela. Zaključci o njihovim obilježjima bit će prikazani kroz karakterističnu sudsku praksu
The objective of this study was to investigate the UAE's in-service and pre-service science teachers’ competency in the integrated science process skills (ISPS). To achieve this, a ISPS instrument ...consists of 15 items was constructed. It covers five skills which: operational definition, constructing hypothesis, controlling variables, data collection, and conducting experiments. Research sample consisted of 133 in-service elementary science teachers, and 130 pre-service elementary science teachers. T-test analysis of the six hypotheses showed that the in-service teachers performed better than the pre-service teachers. However, both groups scored below the cut point, 70%, which established by the ministry of education. Therefore; the teachers’ professional development should be reviewed, based on the need of new programs and the outcome should be assessed. In addition, an extra credit hour as well as another course should be offered for the pre-service science teachers.
The paper presents results of calibration and verification of the WetSpa model, which enables the modelling of rainfall-runoff process based on mass and energy balance in the soil-plantatmosphere ...system in the catchment. It is a model with distributed parameters, using the structure of raster GIS model to determine the spatial diversity of the catchment environment. This enables simulation of runoff from the catchment, including: precipitation, evapotranspiration, interception of plant surface and soil cover, infiltration and capillary rise in soil and groundwater runoff. Simulated processes depend on the required non-distributed parameters, which were calibrated based on hydrometeorological data from the three rural catchments with different physical and geographical characteristics: Mławka, located in the Wkra basin in Central Poland and the rivers Kamienna and Sidra, which are tributaries of the upper Biebrza in north-eastern part of the country. Distributed catchment parameters were specified on the basis of digital soil maps, land use maps and digital elevation model using GIS techniques. Non-distributed model parameters were calibrated for the three catchments using automatic techniques based on the PEST algorithm. The obtained values of these parameters were scrutinized in order to analyse differences resulting from various characteristics of the study areas. The quality of the model was verified upon dependent and independent data. Appropriate quality measures, including Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency measure, were used to assess model quality. For two catchments (the Sidra and Kamienna) the model showed a satisfactory quality for modelling high flows, it was, however, not satisfactory for low flows. The values for the Mławka catchment justified the assessment of the model quality measurements as very good and good. The factors most affecting the process of river outflow formation were determined using the analysis of model sensitivity to relative changes in parameter values. It was found that the evaluation of the model quality depended largely on the quality of meteorological data and proper parameterization of the soil cover.
W pracy przedstawiono wyniki kalibracji i weryfikacji modelu WetSpa, który umożliwia modelowanie typu opad-odpływ na podstawie bilansu masy i energii w systemie gleba-roślina-atmosfera w obszarze zlewni rzecznej. Jest to model o parametrach rozłożonych, wykorzystujący strukturę rastrowego modelu GIS do określenia przestrzennego zróżnicowania środowiska zlewni. Umożliwia symulację procesu odpływu ze zlewni z uwzględnieniem: opadu, ewapotranspiracji, intercepcji szaty roślinnej i pokrywy glebowej, infiltracji i podsiąku kapilarnego w glebie oraz odpływu wód podziemnych. Symulowane przebiegi tych procesów zależnione od odpowiednich parametrów skupionych, które były kalibrowane na podstawie danych hydrometeorologicznych, pochodzących z trzech zlewni rolniczych o zróżnicowanych charakterystykach fizyczno-geograficznych: rzeki Mławka, znajdującej się w dorzeczu Wkry w Polsce Centralnej oraz rzek Kamienna i Sidra, które są dopływami górnej Biebrzy i są zlokalizowane w północno-wschodniej części kraju. Parametry rozłożone zlewni określono na podstawie cyfrowych map gleb, map użytkowania terenu i numerycznego modelu terenu z wykorzystaniem technik GIS. Parametry skupione modelu zostały skalibrowane dla tych trzech zlewni za pomocą zautomatyzowanych technik, opartych na algorytmie PEST. Uzyskane wartości tych parametrów były przedmiotem analizy różnic wynikających z odmiennych charakterystyk zlewni badawczych. Jakość modelu zweryfikowano na materiale zależnym i danych niezależnych. Do oceny jakości modelu wykorzystano odpowiednie miary jakości, między innymi współczynnik sprawności Nasha-Sutcliffe'a. W przypadku dwóch zlewni (Sidry i Kamiennej) uzyskano zadowalającą jakość modelu w zakresie odtwarzania wartości przepływów wysokich, natomiast dla przepływów niskich jakość modelu była niezadowalająca. W przypadku zlewni Mławki odpowiednie wartości miar uzasadniały ocenę jakości modelu jako bardzo dobrą i dobrą. Metodą analizy czułości modelu względem zmian wartości parametrów określono czynniki mające największy wpływ na proces formowania się odpływu rzecznego. Stwierdzono, że ocena jakości modelu w dużym stopniu zależy od jakości danych meteorologicznych i właściwej parametryzacji pokrywy glebowej.
The deliberations included in the article concentrate on the essence of the business model of the enterprise as a tool of building interorganizational relationships. The importance of ...interorganizational relationships has been indicated, the ones, which stay in a close connection with the business model whose elements are people (employees, owners, suppliers, customers) as well as structures, processes and relationships the enterprise establishes with the environment. The elaboration defines the notion of a business model, presents the components of relational exchange between a purchaser and supplier as well as characterizes the elements of interorganizational relationships model.
Jedną z przesłanek budowania relacji pomiędzy organizacją publiczną a poszczególnymi interesariuszami są zasoby interesariusza, które organizacja chcę pozyskać. Z drugiej strony zasoby będące w posiadaniu organizacji powinny być skonfigurowane w sposób umożliwiający realizacje oczekiwań interesariuszy. Powyższe kieruje uwagę badawczą na dwie szkoły zarządzania - szkołę zasobową (resource-based theory) oraz szkołę zależności od zasobów (resource dependence theory). Pierwsza ze szkół koncentruje się na zasobach własnych organizacji, druga na zasobach pozyskiwanych z otoczenia. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest określenie, która ze wskazanych orientacji - na zasoby własne bądź obce - w większym stopniu oddziałuje na proces podejmowania decyzji w organizacjach publicznych.
The paper is based on the assumption that the participants in an exchange process can positively influence many aspects of their own businesses, if they master the knowledge and skills in the field ...of business negotiation. The aim of the paper is to contribute to the knowledge of the specific characteristics of negotiation in the corporate banking market and of the impact of individual sources of negotiation power on the agreed terms of exchange between the banking customer and the bank. The conducted research has shown that banking customers can directly influence the terms of exchange in the corporate banking market. Furthermore, the research has shown the influence that the individual sources of negotiation power have on the achievement of more favourable terms of exchange for corporate banking customers. Implications of the conducted research are multiple. For instance, the results of the research provide guidelines to corporate banking customers as to how to develop an effective negotiation strategy in the corporate banking market, thus helping them to achieve higher business competitiveness.
Proračun je mehanizam upravljanja državom koji je iznimno važan za svako gospodarstvo i za stanovništvo svake zemlje. Proračun je rezultat proračunskog procesa, čijim su se razvojem razvile ...proračunske funkcije koje najbolje opisuju što je proračun i čemu služi. Proračunski proces ozbiljna je ekonomska i politička aktivnost u svim suvremenim državama. Vrlo je složen i sastoji se od nekoliko faza, u kojima ključne uloge imaju različiti čimbenici. Proračun je rijetko istraživana tema u Hrvatskoj, te se upravo stoga u radu daje pregled dosadašnjih istraživanja politike proračunskog procesa u svijetu te se posebno opisuje proračunski proces u Hrvatskoj.
