The article covers international scientific and technical cooperation as one of the modern diplomacy tools, with considerable emphasis on the French and Russian approach thereto. It is emphasized ...that both Moscow and Paris regard this issue as one of the directions of its foreign policy. Particular attention is paid to the review of key national regulatory acts of both states in the designated sphere, as well as international treaties concluded by the Russian Federation or France with third States on international scientific and technical cooperation. Specific examples of such joint scientific and technical projects and activities are revealed, with a focus on the features and needs of the regions or parties to the agreements. The conclusion is made on the efficiency of measures and decisions taken by the Russian Federation and France, as well as on the possibility and practicability of borrowing the French experience for the Russian foreign policy and vice versa. The article will be relevant to practicing lawyers, researchers, students and everyone who is interested in international scientific and technical cooperation.
Rozważania koncentrują się wokół zasad określania sposobu przeprowadzania rekultywacji w tzw. projekcie robót geologicznych. Mowa jest tutaj o dokumencie, który podlega zatwierdzeniu przed ...przystąpieniem do robót geologicznych. W tekście chodzi więc o przedstawienie wymaganego przez ustawodawcę planu czynności, jakie mają zostać podjęte po zakończeniu działalności prowadzącej do zdewastowania albo zdegradowaniu gruntu w wyniku działalności regulowanej postanowieniami ustawy Prawo geologiczne i górnicze.
V zadnjih letih se je na evropski in svetovni ravni raziskovanje in proučevanje prsti izjemno razmahnilo ter razširilo. Posledično je to na državnih ravneh prineslo veliko raznolikost in ...raznovrstnost metod, podatkovnih baz, klasifikacij in poimenovanj. Zato je komuniciranje, izmenjava mnenj in čezmejno sodelovanje med strokovnjaki, pedagogi in študenti različnih držav precej oteženo. Ta hip na nivoju Evropske unije ni predpisane in poenotene metodologije znanstvenega raziskovanja in poučevanja s področja proučevanja prsti. Zato se je pod njenim okriljem v okviru programa Erasmus+ razvil projekt Freely Accessible Central European Soil (FACES) z namenom kreiranja podatkovne baze prsti za del Evrope, ki pokriva Poljsko, Češko, Slovaško, Madžarsko, Slovenijo, Litvo, Latvijo in Estonijo. Glavni namen projekta je vzpostavitev mednarodne digitalne platforme in podatkovne baze za izmenjavo informacij o klasifikaciji prsti predvsem za potrebe poučevanja in izobraževanja. Pomembna značilnost podatkovne baze bo poenotena in med omenjenimi državami dogovorjena zasnova in oblika, ki temelji na mednarodni FAO WRB (World Reference Base for Soil Resources) klasifikaciji.
Schon am Anfang eines Projektes sollte an das Ende gedacht werden. Um die Ergebnisse, das gesammelte Wissen und die Erfahrungen aus Projekten zum Aufbau von FDM-Services langfristig zu sichern und ...nachnutzbar zu machen, sollten als Teil des Projektmanagements frühzeitig Strategien und Konzepte zur Nachhaltigkeit entworfen werden. Der Beitrag stellt verschiedene Maßnahmen und Ziele für eine Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie vor. Anhand von konkreten Beispielen – u.a. den Schulungsmaterialien aus dem Projekt „FoDaKo“ und eines Konzeptentwurfs für die Vernetzung von Stakeholdern des FDM an Universitäten – wird aufgezeigt, wie Prinzipien der Nachhaltigkeit in der Praxis Anwendung finden können. Der Artikel basiert auf dem Vortrag "Was bleibt nach dem Projekt? - FDM langfristig an Universitäten etablieren", den die Autorin auf dem DINI/nestor-Workshop "Strukturen entwickeln: Organisation und Governance für lokale FDM-Services" am 4. April 2019 in Siegen gehalten hat.
Celem turystyki, która jest formą działalności gospodarczej o charakterze usługowym, jest zaspokojenie potrzeb turystów oraz osiąganie zysku przez przedsiębiorcę. W relacjach między dostawcami usług ...turystycznych a ich klientami obowiązują określone normy prawne, jak również normy etyczne. Regulują one wzajemne relacje przedsiębiorców i turystów. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie propozycji systemowego ujęcia turystyki ukierunkowanej na wartości i normy etyczne oraz uzasadnienie potrzeby stosowania ich w działalności turystycznej. Przedstawione rozważania opierają się na analizie literatury przedmiotu oraz kodeksów etycznych. Zaproponowany system turystyki odpowiedzialnej etycznie składa się z trzech podstawowych części dotyczących etycznych uwarunkowań tworzenia produktu turystycznego, etycznych zachowań firm turystycznych i turystów oraz efektów relacji między nimi. Zdaniem autorów wdrożenie tak zaprojektowanego systemu w gospodarce turystycznej może przyczynić się do minimalizowania negatywnych wpływów turystyki na środowisko przyrodnicze i społeczne, a także zwiększać korzyści materialne i niematerialne osiągane z turystyki.

It is an account of how the promoters of multi-billion dollar megaprojects systematically & self-servingly misinform ...parliaments, the public, & the media to get projects approved & built. It shows how the Machiavellian formula for approval is an unhealthy cocktail of underestimated costs, overestimated revenues, undervalued environmental impacts, & overvalued economic development effects. This results in projects that are extremely risky in terms of cost overruns, revenue failures, debt escalation, environmental problems, & development disappointments, but where the risk is concealed from legislators, taxpayers, & investors. The authors not only explore the problems but also suggest practical solutions drawing on theory, experience, & hard, scientific evidence from the several hundred projects in 20 nations & 5 continents that illustrate the book, including dozens of US & UK projects. 10 Tables, 13 Figures, Bibliog.

Making lässt Schüler:innen zu Erfinder:innen innen werden, lässt sie die digitale Welt mitgestalten und ermöglicht ihnen, diese durch aktives Handeln zu verstehen. Während oft ein ästhetisch ...ansprechendes Produkt entsteht, ist es vor allem der Prozess dorthin, der für das Lernen relevant ist. Making für den schulischen Kontext ist bisher eher durch einen klar definierten Prozess zu einem gezielten Produkt gekennzeichnet. Dies macht die Aktivität organisatorisch wie inhaltlich planbar und gibt Sicherheit. Maker-Bildung beschreibt darüber hinaus auch einen offenen Prozess, in dem Lernwege und Ergebnisse nicht vordefiniert sind und in dem Fehler, Um- und Weiterdenken erlaubt sind. Dafür braucht es Räume und Kompetenzen, die derartiges Arbeiten zulassen und davon profitieren. Die Informatik als problemlösende Disziplin kann Maker-Bildung im Unterricht umsetzen. Damit lässt sich einerseits der Prozess der Informatik durch die Arbeit an einem Projekt verdeutlichen, andererseits werden informatische Kompetenzen benötigt, um Produkte zu entwickeln, die über einfache Informatiksysteme hinausgehen. Im Artikel zeigen wir, warum es hier die Informatik braucht und warum Maker-Bildung im Informatikunterricht umgesetzt werden sollte.
