The purpose of this writing is for tracing the nature of the Sunnah according to the Syah}ru>r. This study uses literature with a qualitative approach. The results of the study are the concept of ...sunnah according to Syah}ru>r: (1) to maintain the dynamism of hadith three basic concepts are needed, namely the condition of being, the process of being, and the condition of being. (2) All the words and deeds of the Prophet are not revelations. (3) In the compilation and modification of the hadith, politics becomes a factor of chaos. Reconstruction of the Sunnah of the Syah}ru>r: (1) The Sunnah is what was done by the Prophet in the seventh century and is the first model of how to interact with Islam at a certain time and space, not the only and not the last. (2) Sunnah is divided into two, namely sunnah risa>lah and sunnah nubuwwah. (3) The Prophet was not a maʻs}u>m in all things. The conclusion of this study is that the Prophet's sunnah is the Prophet's interaction with al-Tanzi>l al-H}aki>m, which in this case has the meaning that the content of the Prophet's sunnah is a derivative of the laws contained therein.

Abstrak
Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menelusuri hakikat sunnah menurut Syah}ru>r. Kajian ini menggunakan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil kajian adalah konsep sunnah menurut Syah}rur: (1) untuk menjaga kedinamisan hadis dibutuhkan tiga konsep dasar, yaitu kondisi berada, kondisi berproses, dan kondisi menjadi. (2) Segala perkataan dan perbuatan Nabi bukan merupakan wahyu. (3) Dalam penghimpunan dan pengkodifikasian hadis, politik menjadi faktor kekacauan. Rekonstruksi sunnah Syah}ru>r: (1) Sunnah ialah apa-apa yang—telah—diperbuat oleh Nabi di semenanjung Arab pada abad ketujuh masehi dan ia merupakan model pertama bagaimana berinteraksi dengan Islam pada penggal ruang dan waktu tertentu, bukan satu-satunya dan bukan yang terakhir. (2) Sunnah terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu sunnah risa>lah dan sunnah nubuwwah. Sunnah risa>lah terbagi menjadi dua; ketaatan yang tersambung (wajib ditaati) dan ketaatan yang terputus (tidak wajib ditaati). Sunnah nubuwwah tidak perlu ditaati. (3) Nabi bukan seorang yang maʻs}u>m dalam semua hal. Kesimpulan kajian ini adalah sunnah Nabi dalam pandangan Syah}ru>r merupakan interaksi Nabi terhadap al-Tanzi>l al-H}aki>m, yang dalam hal ini mempunyai makna bahwa kandungan sunnah Nabi merupakan turunan hukum-hukum yang terkandung di dalam al-Tanzi>l al-H}aki>m.

This article tries to investigate whether there is an influence of Islamic Ethics on cybersecurity policy in Iran. It represents the governments approaches towards formulating cybersecurity policy in ...the country. Islamic Ethics is vital because it is a backbone of a good society. Every Muslim should conduct in accordance with Islamic law and must remember that all actions have certain consequences and man is in charge of his behavior. Therefore, people will be able to live in peace and there wont be need to be afraid of criminals. Many recent studies have focused on the problem of Islamic ethics and its influence on different aspects of life of Muslims. It seems interesting to explore the relationships between Islamic ethics and IT because IT gets deeper into peoples life becoming the aspect that it is difficult - if not impossible - to imagine life without it nowadays. With the advent of information and communication technologies it is needed to concentrate on ethical foundations that are able to regulate cyberspace.
This study dealt with the realization of this manuscript, and this manuscript is an investigation of an essential part of my hadith, which is: “The paths of the hadith of the Prophet as it was on the ...wall and what is in its meaning”, by Al-Hafiz: Zia Al-Dha’i, the author of the various hadiths, in which the hadiths are collected from the various hadiths. The Prophet, peace be upon him when he was in the wall. His companions entered upon him and gave them good tidings of Paradise, so he mentioned it on the authority of ten of the companions of the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, with its chains of transmission, which are narrations: Bilal, Abu Musa, Abdullah bin Amr, Abdullah bin Omar, Anas, Abu Hurairah, and Zaid bin Arqam And Abdullah bin Masoud, Jaber bin Abdullah, and Abi Masoud Uqbah bin Amr - may God be pleased with them - all, and it contained 12 hadiths. Ibn Abbas, Zaid Ibn Thabit, and Abu Hudhayfa al-Ansari may God be pleased with them - and the researcher went in his research on the inductive, descriptive, analytical and critical method.
This study discusses the issue of the independent Sunnah in legislation from a specific aspect, which is the position of the muhdithin and the position of the modernists towards it. The first trend ...which includes the majority of hadith and Usul scholars who approves the authority of the independent Sunnah in legislation, and approves that the Prophet possesses the authority of clarification and legislation. The second trend which includes the majority of the Muslim modernist distinguishes between the description of prophethood and the Messangerhood. They confine revelation to the Messenger not to the prophet. They consider prophethood is only a field for the application of revelation. They claim that the independent Sunnah is part of those prophetic applications. This claim ends with stating its Historicism and denying its legislative status. The study discusses these opinions and it concludes that the opinion of Hadith scholars is based on strong evidences. The study clarifies the flaws of the modernist trend that deprives the Sunnah from one of its important legislative aspects without sufficient evidence.
This study examines how the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah protect the right to education, intellectual development, and well being for people with disabilities and their families. The research explains ...the natural sympathy people feel towards these people and the empathy that is felt towards the families of children with disabilities, as Muslim jurists have addressed these issues. A deductive approach is used based on the foundations of Quranic education and the educational theories of the Sunnah of the Prophet (Hazrat Muhammad Rasulullah Khatam un Nabiyyin Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa ‘alelihi wa Ashabihi wa sallam); moreover, the study relies on an analysis that establishes how people can deliver effective care for people with disabilities. The findings reveal that both The Holy Qur’Én and the Sunnah succinctly articulate the rights of those with special needs. These texts also preach the need to integrate people with disabilities into society and create a friendly environment for them to live in; they also teach and educate people about how they should interact with people with disabilities within their families.
This study deals with the political legitimacy of the Muslim ruler, through the prophetic Sunnah to determine the controls and determinants which makes the Muslim ruler legitimate, people must obey ...him, because his obey -In that case- derived from the obedience of Allah Almighty. The study came in a preamble and three topics: In the first topic, the political legitimacy of the ruler was linked to his eligibility to rule, and in the second topic, his legitimacy was linked to the way he reached power, and in the third it related to his method of governance. The scientific research methods used in this research are: the inductive approach and the descriptive approach. The study concluded that the description of political legitimacy is taken away from the Muslim ruler if he does not have the qualities that should be available in the Muslim ruler and that qualify him to rule, as well as if he reached the judgment without the advice of the ummah, as well as if he was not committed to the rule according to the rules of Islam. تتناول هذه الدراسة مسألة الشرعية السياسية للحاكم المسلم، من خلال السنة النبوية لتحديد الضوابط والمحددات التي تجعل الحاكم المسلم متمتعا بالشرعية التي تجب معها طاعته، والتي تكون عندها من طاعة الله تعالى. وقد جاءت الدراسة في تمهيد وثلاثة مباحث؛ تناولت في المبحث الأول ارتباط شرعية الحاكم السياسية بمدى أهليته للحكم، وفي المبحث الثاني ارتباط شرعيته بطريقة وصوله لسدة الحكم، وفي الثالث ارتباطها بمنهجه وطريقته في الحكم. واعتمد الباحثان فيها المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الوصفي. وقد توصلتْ الدراسة إلى أن وصف الشرعية السياسية يسقط عن الحاكم المسلم إذا لم يكن عَدْلًا في ذاته مُتصفًا بصفات الأهلية للحكم، وكذا إذا توصل للحكم من غير مشورة الأمة، وكذلك إذا كان مُعرضًا عن هَدْي القرآن والسُّنة في الحكم وسياسة الرعية.
Education in a family with a muslim perspective is an education based on islamic religious guidance applied in the family that aims to shape children to become human beings who believe and fear ...Allah, as well as noble practices that include spiritual, ethical, ethical, moral, or understanding and experience of religious values in everyday life. This is one form of amar makruf nahi munkar in family life, namely by providing education to his daughter's son based on Islamic teachings. In getting to maturity, children need various processes played by their mothers and fathers in the family environment. The pattern of religious education in Islam is basically an example of the behavior of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in building his family and friends, because everything done by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is a form of manifestation of the content of the Qur'anic verse. As for the implementation, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) provided an opportunity for his followers in developing ways of education in children in the family as long as this method does not conflict with the principles of the implementation of education carried out by the Prophet Muhammad
A group of contemporary rationalists have repeatedly maintained that the rulings derived from the Sunnah have a historical framework that does not transcend them. After being proved, they must remain ...locked in the time in which they were said, and we are not obliged to follow them. The prophetic interpretation of the Qur'anic text is not the only interpretation, Is one possible form of interpretation. The rationalists market some evidence of this, including: copies, reasons for descent and causes of roses, and the language of some Koranic verses. In this research we will discuss the issue of this issue, and the statements of the parties and their evidence.
This research investigates Ibn Kathir’s interpretation of verses in the Juz’ 30 of the Qur’an for the purpose of revealing the method of Tarjih (Preponderance) using the Sunnah in the Ibn Kathir’s ...interpretation. The study tracks these verses that interpreted by Ibn Kathir and looks at his choices and Tarjih method of the interpretation. In order for the researcher to get acquainted with the method of Ibn Kathir in this matter, the study applies inductive method to examine the verses and collect related scientific studies and analytical method to analyze these verses and reveal the Tarjih methodology using the Sunnah. Thereby, it is apparent that the Tarjih method using Sunnah of Ibn Kathir counts on what was reported from the Prophet peace be upon him, the authentic Sunnah and the Hadith even if there is a weak point in the requirements that needs to be cleared or strengthened such as Shawahid (Witnesses) and Mutabaat (Follow-ups) or the meaning of Quranic context.
