Tirzepatide is a new molecule capable of controlling glucose blood levels by combining the dual agonism of Glucose-Dependent Insulinotropic Polypeptide (GIP) and Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 (GLP-1) ...receptors. GIP and GLP1 are incretin hormones: they are released in the intestine in response to nutrient intake and stimulate pancreatic beta cell activity secreting insulin. GIP and GLP1 also have other metabolic functions. GLP1, in particular, reduces food intake and delays gastric emptying. Moreover, Tirzepatide has been shown to improve blood pressure and to reduce Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and triglycerides. Tirzepatide efficacy and safety were assessed in a phase III SURPASS 1-5 clinical trial program. Recently, the Food and Drug Administration approved Tirzepatide subcutaneous injections as monotherapy or combination therapy, with diet and physical exercise, to achieve better glycemic blood levels in patients with diabetes. Other clinical trials are currently underway to evaluate its use in other diseases. The scientific interest toward this novel, first-in-class medication is rapidly increasing. In this comprehensive and systematic review, we summarize the main results of the clinical trials investigating Tirzepatide and the currently available meta-analyses, emphasizing novel insights into its adoption in clinical practice for diabetes and its future potential applications in cardiovascular medicine.

Rigid-terrain unmanned ground vehicles(UGV) can run under the field environment by the advanced adaptive ability. This paper presents a novel horse inspired rigid-terrain eight-wheel vehicle with ...four-swing arms. This unmanned ground vehicle is drived by distributed hydraulic motors. By cooperating with four-swing arms and eight wheels, the vehicle has the ability to work like a horse climbs an obstacle under the complex ground. The mechanism, bionic obstacle surmounting algorithm and operation strategy are analyzed in detail. The posture planning of wheel arms and the kinematic model of the UGV are studied. Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems (ADAMS) simulation results and prototype experiments are executed to verify the analysis and strategy. The results show that this type of unmanned ground vehicle has good performance on crossing the obstacle and running on the rigid-terrain ground.
Catering to the new strategic project of smart grid, this paper introduces a design of high-voltage transmission inspection robot, which worked on earth wire and so that automatically inspection on ...the entire transmission line becomes the reality. Robot control system using hierarchical control structure, included remote management host, robot control ontology and motor drives. Under the auto-operation mode, it makes its own decisions for planning the sequence of operations according to knowledge data base without the upper layer's involvement. Using image recognition obstacle and expert data base, the combined method of using laser sensor over obstacles, the inspection robot autonomous obstacle had came true. The experiment and test results show that the inspection robot system has possessed the capabilities of navigation and inspection tasks on the power lines. It has a good application prospect.
