The digitization of literary texts for teaching French as a Foreign Language is an essential alternative in the management of the impact of Covid-19 and/or other severe crises on the education of students in order to achieve the aims of the education in general and the development of language skills in particular. The development of this subject traces the educational context of the Burundian education system and the organizational framework of the teaching-learning of French moving from the presence paradigm to the distance paradigm. With this in mind, the conditions and possibilities for operationalizing digital learning require the use of a distance learning platform made up of suitable media, but also the strengthening of the capacities of trainers and trainees to allow pedagogical and didactic interactions. aimed at developing communication skills.
