This current paper analyzes and describes the transformations generated in films by the emergence of new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and new technological devices in recent years. With the advent of the Internet has changed the cultural content, that added to the choices of sites like Youtube or Vimeo allow wider dissemination, and this has given rise to "new forms of filmmaking", allowing a reconfiguration of the author as producer of a work. We will present open productions and embodiments that are currently underway, focusing on the eyes of the filmmakers, the current experiences of promoting and financing, such as registration of authorship of them outside of conventional formats. En este escrito describimos y analizamos los cambios generados en el Cine ante la presencia de las tecnologías de la información y el desarrollo de nuevos soportes tecnológicos en los últimos años. Tanto la aparición de Internet, que cambió la difusión de contenidos culturales, como las opciones de sitios como Youtube o Vimeo, que permitieron mayor difusión, dieron lugar a "nuevas formas de hacer cine", y ello permitió reconfigurar el rol del autor como productor de una obra. Expondremos las producciones abiertas y sus formas de realización que se están llevando a cabo actualmente, haciendo foco en la mirada de los realizadores, las experiencias actuales de promoción y financiamiento, como el registro de autoría de las mismas por fuera de los formatos convencionales.
