    Jan Noga said a part of the public tended to support extreme solutions to problems connected with minorities. He recalled that the far-right Workers' Party won over 1 per cent of the vote in the EU elections in June. Noga pointed out that the public did not always clearly condemn broadly publicized incidents, referring to a far-right march through a Romany neighbourhood that resulted in a violent clash with the locals and police and an arson attack against a Romany family in which three people were seriously injured, including a two-year-old girl who suffered severe burns.
