碩士 國立屏東大學 音樂學系碩士班 106 This thesis includes an original composition for orchestra which is entitled “The Counterattack of Nature”, the program notes, musical analysis and a full score. Program notes describe the theme and image of each period and the arrangement of the whole period. The musical analysis contains the usage of the scale material and aleatory music influenced by those contemporary composers. Furthermore, it utilizes the creative material and composing techniques to analyze the development of each period in depth. The composer composes this work through her own experience, thoughts and feelings to lament the destruction of nature by humans which leads to the nature’s counterattack. Last, the composer hopes to bring the audience more shocks and chances to self-introspect.
