    In recent years a great progress on the field of recovery and refining of platinium group metals was made. The basic purpose of our investigations was to determine the physical and chemical ... parameters of the selective separation of Pt, Rh, Ir and Pd from the secondary raw materials. These parameters are necessary for the construction and normal operation of closed refining pilot plant. The plant scheme of the pilot plant is completed already, and the individual phases of the continuous process (dissolution, reduction) were tested separately. The pilot plant for the separation of silver, gold and platinum group metals is assembled already. The capacity of the refining device is 20 l. The toxic substances (chlorine and nitric gases) are regenerated and returned into the process. The flow of the fluids is enabled by the vacuum pump. Electric coil heats the entire system.
