    This paper represents a main part of doctoral dissertation which was presented at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Montenegro and represent an original research. That thesis has bees developing ... in cooperation with colleagues from Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Kragujevac - Serbia, colleagues from University of Slovenia and ENSAI Economics Department in Paris. The main aims of this paper are: to find (regardless of size or type of organization) area in organization which have priority from the standpoint of improvement, to establish new concept of Degree of Readiness and Coefficient of Significance and to develop and testing in real condition an expert system for improvement business process performances even those of financial character base on analogy with human body function. Two unique data base where made. Data were identified in over than 380 organization. This data is significant, and in huge percent represent a real condition and original bases for research. Many approaches were conducted such as: case base reasoning-CBR, object oriented programming, artificial intelligence tools, Analytic Hierarchy Process-AHP, expert choice, testing in real condition and other. We are also introducing a new approach based on new concept of Degree of Readiness and Coefficient of Significance for achieving business excellence. This new concept show intensity of action which should be provide in sense of achieving best results. We are finding a priority area in any organization from the standpoint of improvement and achievement business excellence. One expert system was build, tested in real condition in one organization which will be involved in competition for European quality award competition for business excellence. We found that this systems has to be effective and efficient.
