    Background. Pathology of children' oral cavity is introduced. The course of disease is different from the course of adult person because of development and growth of children. In some cases the ... disease is located in oral cavity. In some more rare cases the symptoms are manifested in other systems as well. Some other call attention to pathological happening somewhere in the body announcing some systemic disease. Considering the place of manifestation we classify them in diseases of hard tissues, soft tissues and diseases of medically compromised patients with pathology in oral cavity. The oral diseases going on slowly and less manifest are difficult to diagnose and because of that still more dangerous. Conclusions. Recognizing the diseases' symptoms and making diagnosis is important for the current medical treatment. Very often it is interdisciplinar - that means, we need to include different specialists.
