The management in sport is usually associated with a number of aspects and features of administration, adopted in national and international sports federations and organizations, but also in the past ...decades, sports management in most countries entirely absorbed the sphere of sports marketing. The development of sports business is associated with the marketing principle of customer-orientation, with an offer of expanded service package to the audience, with improving the quality of sports and entertainment services to viewers. Widespread use of sponsorship for the financing of sports and the application of marketing technologies for the organization of spectator flows suggests the formation of modern management concepts in the area of professional sport, which is based on a sports business (provision of recreational and sports entertainment services on a commercial basis). The paper concludes that sports business in professional sport and its elements in the sphere of amateur Olympic sports is formed by a combination of the two major levels or components - competition process of professional athletesand the organization of spectacular entertainment side of sports events. The paper distinguishes and describes seven key characteristics that reflect the actual combination of social and economic characteristics of sport management.
The second part of the article considers the main approaches and functions that characterize a modern sports management in Russia. To do this, we analyze areas of responsibility (area of expertise) ...of sports management entities in Russia, depending on their goals and functions they implement. The three approaches are highlighted in sports management: the one of organizations that implement social goals - mainly under state ownership; commercial approach of private companies seeking to generate revenues or spending of optimal advertising budgets, implemented through the use of marketing strategies; approach, which reflects the general principles of the activities of NGOs. Then the article describes aspirations of commercial companies in their relations with the public sector and its institutions, which are also typical for the field of sport as well as the functions that perform public authority executive agencies in charge in the field of sport in cooperation with sports business organizations. Certain promising opportunities for the development of sports management in Russia are analyzed.

The role of the time factor in economic activity is shown.
The article is devoted to the history of the magazine «Industry and Trade» - organ of the Council of Congresses of Representatives of Industry and Trade. Even at the time of the creation of the ...magazine it was claimed as the only private publication, not only describes the state of affairs in the commercial and industrial sector of the country, but at the same time aims to improve it, to protect the interests of both entrepreneurs and the Russian economy as a whole. Therefore, the leaders of «Industry and Trade» invited to cooperation the best scientists and practitioners of that time, were not afraid to give an opportunity to express polar views, offer bold solutions. Particular attention was paid to cooperation of the Ministry of Trade and Industry and of the Council of Congresses of Representatives of Industry and Trade. Some ideas on the problem of the relationship between state and business are proposed.

In this article negative consequences of the carrying out in Russia in last 25 years reforms are studied. Such reforms are in education, agriculture, social and pensionary maintenance, home and ...communal economy, police and other brunches. These reforms’ primary flaw is shown. It is the absolute alienation at the vital interests of Russian people and simultaneously the orientation to serving mercenary interests of the world financial oligarchy.
The subject of this study was been discussed in the previous article «Andropov and Karelia». The problem of the repatriation of Ingermanland Finns to Karelian-Finnish SSR is discussed in the article. ...This people were repressed during and immediately after the Second World war according of far-fetched charges with a crime. This problem is discussed in connection with difficult and tragic history of Ingermanland Finns people in centuries and especially in the twentieth century. The authors draw some actual conclusions for temporary state policy.
