Nutritional problems in adolescents are increasingly complex, one of which is nutritional anemia and skipping breakfast. It happens because of limited knowledge about balanced nutrition in ...adolescents. With the increasing nutritional problems of adolescents, the Community Service (PKM) team collaborates with partners, namely students of SMAN 1 Perhentian Raja, Kampar to carry out adolescents' nutrition literacy through the educational game GOAKSI (Go Aksi Bergizi). This activity effort to convey adolescent nutritional literacy through counseling the contents of my plate in meeting nutrition needs. The PKM was attended by 28 student 11th graders. All students were able to understand well the concept of balanced nutrition through the contents of my plate by an increase in the average value of knowledge from 5.4 to 8.0 (pre-test and post-test results) of 2.6 points. It is hoped that PKM activities can be carried out continuously with different topics, so that the formation of knowledge and positive attitudes of adolescents in fulfilling balanced nutrition and good food habits in overcoming adolescent nutritional problems.
A child's mastery of a language begins with the acquisition of the first language, which is often called the mother tongue. Apart from the mother tongue, which plays a role in children's language ...acquisition, the language of teachers at school also plays a role in the development of children's language acquisition and learning. In schools, language use is a reality of teacher-student communication interactions that take place in teaching and learning activities. The teacher's use of language with students in conversations in class, especially the teacher's speech, Speech acts are speech events because they involve parties speaking in certain situations and places. These two symptoms occur in one process, namely the communication process. The teacher's speech acts referred to in this research are directive speech acts. Directive speech acts have an important role in children's language acquisition because they are carried out by the speaker with the intention that the listener performs the action mentioned in the speech. This research aims to (1) describe the forms of directive speech acts used by teachers in the teaching and learning process in language acquisition for 4-year-old children at EBTA Paud and (2) describe teachers' directive speech strategies in the teaching and learning process at EBTA Paud. The data source in this research is the speeches of teachers who teach at EBTA Early Childhood Education. The data collection techniques used in this research are recording techniques and note-taking techniques. The results of the research found that the use of speech acts in the form of directive speech in the teaching and learning process by teachers at EBTA Early Childhood Education was orders, requests, or hopes, suggesting, advising, and challenging. There are two speaking strategies used by teachers in the teaching and learning process at Paud EBTA, namely the strategy of speaking frankly without preamble and the strategy of speaking frankly with positive politeness.
This research was conducted to explain the effect of the learning model CIRC and reading interest on the results of the descriptive essay writing skills of class X SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang. This type ...of research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental method and a 2x2 factorial experimental design. The population of this study was students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with a sample size of 60 students. Data collection was carried out using two instruments, namely questionnaires and performance tests. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that four things are as follows. First, the skills of writing essays of descriptions of students taught using the learning model CIRC are better than those taught by conventional learning models of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang. Second, the writing skills of students who have high reading interest who are taught using the learning model CIRC are higher than students who have high reading interest who are taught using the conventional learning model of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang. Third, the writing skills of students who have low reading interest who are taught using the learning model CIRC are higher than students who have low reading interest who are taught using the conventional learning model of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang. Fourth, there is no interaction between reading interest and learning models in influencing the writing skills of descriptive essays of class X SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang.
Using information gap technique in teaching speaking is a way where the pupil is lacking a few information important to finish a task or resolve a trouble, and they should communicate with their ...classmates to fill the gaps. The purpose of this studies turned into to find the effect of the use of the Information gap technique on EFL students’ speaking competencies. the design of this research became the use of experimental research with Pretest and post-test procedures. The pattern of this research become 64 students on first grade students of SMPN 1 Rambah Hilir. They had been divided into two groups, the experimental group, and the manipulate institution. The information was analyzed the usage of the t-test approach to discover the whether or not significant distinction effect between the experimental group become taught the usage of the information gap technique and the control group became taught by the non-information gap technique. The result of this research turned into observed that the students’ speaking skill in each of the groups inside the pretest became the same an average rating of 51.85 and their degrees have been mediocre. After being taught the information gap technique the experimental group had seventy 75 with a degree a good ability and the control group become taught the noninformation technique with average 51.85 or still mediocre ability. It could finish that using the information gap technique can improve the students' speaking skill at SMPN 1 Rambah Hilir in the EFL context. This technique can improve speaking skill for students at SMPN 1 Rambah Hilir.
Language politeness is a rule of behavior that is determined and mutually agreed upon by a particular community. This study was conducted to explain the language politeness of Communication Studies students 2021 A in discussion activities on Indonesian language learning at Abdurrab University. . This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. This research was conducted on students of Communication Studies at Abdurrab University. The data of this research is in the form of utterances spoken by the research subjects. The subject of this research is a student of Communication Science batch 2021 A Abdurrab University. The data collection techniques in this study were tapping techniques, listening-engagement techniques, recording techniques and note-taking techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: Indonesian language politeness in the presentation and discussion activities of Communication Science students class 2021 A Abdurrab University that there is compliance with Geoffrey Leech's politeness principles, because from (185) speech data, there are (173) speech data of Indonesian language politeness compliance, or in other words, it has a high politeness compliance rate, which is 93.5%, and there are (12) speech data on politeness violations in Indonesian or in other words it has a low politeness violation rate of 6.5%.

Faktor lingkungan dan bimbingan orang tua menyebabkan ...masalah ini. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang akuisisi morfologi Nadira dan mengikuti PAUD Sahira Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perkembangan pemerolehan morfologi bahasa anak usia empat tahun dilihat dari bentuk kata dan turunan kata yang digunakan anak dalam percakapan sehari-hari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada anak usia empat tahun. Data penelitian ini berupa kata-kata yang diucapkan oleh salah satu subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Nadira Pratami yang menempuh pendidikan di PAUD Sahira Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sadap, teknik menyimak yang menarik, teknik merekam dan teknik mencatat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: Pertama, penguasaan bahasa anak usia empat tahun, dilihat dari kosakata dan pengucapan kata, sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya kosakata yang dikuasai subjek penelitian. Kedua, derivasi kata yaitu penggunaan afiksasi (imbuhan) pada subjek penelitian secara keseluruhan, baik saat melakukan percakapan dan kata turunan reduplikasi kata pada subjek penelitian dalam pemerolehan bahasa secara keseluruhan juga baik. Namun masih terdapat kesalahan dalam pengucapan. teknik merekam dan teknik mencatat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: Pertama, penguasaan bahasa anak usia empat tahun, dilihat dari kosakata dan pengucapan kata, sudah baik. Teknologi yang semakin berkembang maka diharapkan kepada mahasiswa untuk dapat menggunakan media digital dengan bijak. Sebagai mahasiswa yang merupakan bagian dari masyarakat digital, perlu memahami ...literasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kemampuan minat baca mahasiswa dan mendeskripsikan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan minat baca mahasiswa program studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Abdurrab angkatan 2022-2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa prodi Ilmu Komunikasi Angkatan 2022-2023 yang berjumlah 57 orang mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian, pertama berdasarkan nilai t, diketahui nilai thitung = 6,021 dan nilai ttabel=2,002 (6,021>2,002). Dengan demikian, ada pengaruh antara literasi digital terhadap kemampuan minat baca mahasiswa prodi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Abdurrab. Kedua, melalui penerapan dan pemahaman mengenai literasi digital dapat membuktikan bahwasannya literasi digital sangat berpengaruh dan berperan penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan minat baca mahasiswa prodi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Abdurrab.
