‘Word of mouth’ (WOM) as a communication tool has evolved quite significantly over the last few decades. Originally, word-of-mouth communication was limited to local coverage, i.e. it was restricted ...only to the closest people in the circle of the sender of the message. Technological developments over the past 30 years, particularly in computer and mobile technologies, have brought about significant changes in this form of communication. The information provided has become global; the consumer can communicate directly with the entrepreneur. Examples of bibliographic analyses of only electronic word of mouth (eWOM) without consideration of traditional WOM can be found in the literature. It therefore seems important to try to analyse the literature collection on both WOM and eWOM. The article aims to identify and present the most frequently cited works (along with their authors), as well as the publications most frequently referred to by authors publishing works related to WOM. Citation analysis and co-citation analysis were used to realise the stated aim. The basis for the analyses is a collection of publications from the WoS database. The results obtained made it possible to identify and create a list of the most frequently cited and co-cited publications.
The purpose of this article is to indicate, based on publications in the field of ‘dysfunctional customer behaviour’, the items most often cited and essential for the researchers who cite them, as ...well as to introduce the topics and their relationships that represent the conceptual space of ‘dysfunctional customer behaviour’. The indicated objective will be realised on the basis of selected bibliometric analyses. A set of 74 items resulting from searches in two databases-Web of Science and Scopus-were used for the analyses. Based on the created database of publications in the area of ‘dysfunctional customer behaviour’, three analyses were carried out: citations, co-citations and co-occurrence of words. The results of the bibliometric analyses made it possible to identify the group of most frequently cited publications, isolate those that are important to the citing researchers, and approximate the topics and their relationships that represent the conceptual space of ‘dysfunctional customer behaviour’.
The key direction of political actions in the field of sustainable development of the energy sector and economy is the process of energy transformation (decarbonization) and increasing the share of ...renewable energy sources (RES) in the supply of primary energy. Regardless of the indisputable advantages, RES are referred to as unstable energy sources. A possible solution might be the development of the concept of hydrogen supply chains, especially the so-called green hydrogen obtained in the process of electrolysis from electricity produced from RES. The aim of the research undertaken in the article is to identify the scope of research carried out in the area of hydrogen supply chains and to link this research with the issues of the operation of electricity distribution networks powered by RES. As a result of the scoping review, and the application of the text-mining method using the IRaMuTeQ tool, which includes the analysis of the content of 12 review articles presenting the current research achievements in this field over the last three years (2016–2020), it was established that the issues related to hydrogen supply chains, including green hydrogen, are still not significantly associated with the problem of the operation of power grids. The results of the conducted research allow formulating recommendations for further research areas.
The article aims to identify the most influential authors and publications in the research area of hydrogen supply chains. The analysis of the European Union’s strategic documents and hydrogen ...strategies announced by individual countries indicate that using hydrogen in the economy is becoming significantly more important. Therefore, scientists exploring the above topics in various research settings and scopes should also expect growing interest. The hydrogen economy, including hydrogen supply chains (HSC) as a tool for its implementation, is still a relatively young and dynamic research area. This applies especially to the so-called green hydrogen supply chains where the hydrogen feedstock is the renewable energy source. This work is intended to facilitate the identification of the most essential items of already published scientific works. The work carried out a bibliometric analysis for the research area “hydrogen supply chains”. As a result of the research, the following were identified: (1) the most frequently cited publications and their authors, (2) the journals and authors that had the most significant impact on research in a given area, (3) the publications to be which are most often referred to by authors writing works in the field of HSC, and (4) changes in the importance of places of publication and authors over time. Due to the complexity of the research issues, it is crucial to determine the most significant scientific achievements to date. This should constitute the basic cognitive base for properly implementing newly undertaken research: the hydrogen supply chain.
The purpose of this paper is to present the changes that have place with regard to Poles’ value system over the last 12 years, as well as to demonstrate differences based on sex, level of education ...and household income level. The analysis was based on the results of the European Social Survey (ESS). The research results indicate that the hierarchy of values cherished by Poles does not undergo significant changes. The most important values are security, universalism and benevolence. The least significant values include hedonism, stimulation and power. There are no identifiable differences in the hierarchies of values of women and men. However, there are noticeable differences depending on the level of education, household income level and age of surveyed respondents.
