This project work is implemented based on the public issue which has overcome by our people on January 2017 at Ennore Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. The oil skimmer is used to separate oil, from mixtures ...of aqua and oil. It causes highly acidic alkaline and salty environment remains a great challenge to aquatic organisms and also pollutes the coastal areas. Every year 706 million gallons of waste oil enters the water resources and pollute the environment. Sea water has been polluted due to oil spillage; it also affects the water bodies. If the oil spill increases it results in serious damage to environment. About 90% of contaminated oil can be removed by continuous separation of oil by skimmer belt. This set-up uses polyurethane belt, bearing, supporting L-angle frame, EN 19 Rod & Scraper. This work implemented to improve the separation efficiency of the skimmer belt at manual speeds.
Surface-grafted, environmentally responsive polymers have shown great promise for controlling adsorption and desorption of macromolecules and cells on solid surfaces. In the paper, we demonstrate ...that certain mixed self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of oligo(ethylene glycol) (OEG) and methyl-terminated alkanethiolates on gold form surfaces with switchable hydrophobicity and tendency for protein adsorption and cellular attachment. At temperatures above 32 °C, SAMs with a surface density of ∼50% OEG adsorbed significant amounts of pyruvate kinase and lysozyme, whereas below this temperature, these same SAMs were resistant to the adsorption of these proteins. Furthermore, protein layers adsorbed to these SAMs above 32 °C were removed upon rinsing with water below this temperature. Similar results were seen for attachment and release of the marine bacterium, Cobetia marina. The change from nonresistance to adsorptive state of the SAMs was concomitant with a change in advancing water contact angle. Vibrational sum frequency generation spectroscopy suggests that the temperature-induced changes coincide with a disorder-to-partial order transition of the hydrated methylene chains of the OEG moieties within the SAMs. Mixed OEG−methyl SAMs represent both a convenient means of controlling macromolecular and cellular adsorption within the laboratory and a useful tool for relating adsorption properties to molecular structures within the SAMs.
The main objective of the project is to provide an application that acts as an all-in-one tool for disabled people. Most activities are performed digitally, a prime example being online shopping ...platforms which have replaced the traditional means. In this era of modern technology, people are entirely reliant on electronic gadgets and make use of several features to run their daily lives. To enhance the usability of such features for disabled people, this application has been developed to take care of their basic needs. The dependence of the general public on mobile applications is justified but that is not the case for disabled people. This application has been designed specifically to cater to such people with disabilities. This proposal requires our “Retina App” and breath analyzer module only. The differentiating feature of this appli-cation is the ability to perform various functions such as booking an Uber, reserving tables at restaurants, calling ambulances and fire trucks in addition to the detection of diseases. It can detect the level of alcohol in a person’s breath and when it surpasses a certain level, it displays a notification which can help the user to book a cab directly to take him/her back to his/her residence..

Key features of a diesel engine such as the engine effectiveness, release of toxic gas and ignition are examined while using two methyl esters. One of the methyl ester is abstracted from Eucalyptus ...and the other from Azadirachta Indica. A trans-esterification process is applied on Eucalyptus and Azadirachta Indica oils. The green fuel is used as substitutes in Thermal barrier coating engine (TBC). The use of TBC increases by the temperature of combustion. Experiments carried by EUME, AIME in TBC Diesel engine. The result shows that, the BTE is reduced to the extent of 5.82% and 6.97% and an increase in BSFC to the extent of 11.68% and 12.61% using EUME and AIME in TBC engine in contrast to ordinary diesel propellant used engine. It has also have been observed that the release of NOX increases in TBC engine also have higher-level release of CO, smoke and HC. The ignition features it has been discovered that the cylinder pressure of EUME and AIME in TBC engine are similar to that of diesel propellant at conventional engine.
Agriculture has played a key role in the Indian economy. Earlier diagnosis of plant disease is highly necessary to avoid spread further of diseases and crop loss. Most plants like apples, cherries, ...grapes, and tomatoes demonstration visible symptoms of diseases on the leaf. This observable pattern is recognized to correctly forecast the disease and take earlier measures to prevent it. The traditional technique is that plant pathologist or farmers manually detect the plant leaf and recognize the category of diseases. This study introduces an Artificial Rabbit optimization with Improved Deep Learning Model for Plant Disease Classification (AROIDL-PDC) technique. The goal of the AROIDL-PDC technique lies in the recognition and categorization of different plant diseases. At the pre-processing stage, the AROIDL-PDC technique uses median filtering (MF) approach. Besides, improved MobileNeXt technique was executed as a feature extraction approach. Then, the ARO technique is applied for hyperparameter adjustment process. At last, logistic regression (LR) classifier is used for plant disease classification. A series of simulations have been conducted to demonstrate the greater performance of the AROIDL-PDC approach. The experimental results stated that the AROIDL-PDC technique has gained improved results over other models.
The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) cites the usage of classical Internet of Things (IoT) in different applications and industrial fields. Smart grids, smart homes, supply chain management, ...connected cars, and smart cities are the different applications of IIoT. But this system is widely targeted by cyber-criminals. Big data analytics and Deep learning (DL) have considerable potential in developing and designing strong security systems for IIoT networks. This manuscript introduces Multimodal Sensor Data Fusion based Cyberattack Detection with glow worm swarm optimization (MSDF-CDGSO) technique in IIoT environment. The MSDF-CDGSO technique examines the IIoT data for identifying the existence of cyberattacks in the IIoT environment. In the presented MSDF-CDGSO technique, the IIoT devices collect data from different devices and fused them together. At the preliminary stage, the MSDF-CDGSO technique preprocesses the input data to scale them properly. For cyberattack detection, the MSDF-CDGSO technique uses class-specific cost regulation extreme learning machine (CCR-ELM) model. Finally, the GSO method is exploited to adjust the parameter values of the CCR-ELM algorithm. The simulation result analysis of the MSDF-CDGSO method is investigated on benchmark database. A widespread comparison results highlighted that the MSDF-CDGSO technique reaches improved cybersecurity in the IIoT environment.
