Today alternative and renewable energy sources (ARSE) take a great part in the power electrical engineering. ARSE are considered to be a perspective generating equipment, which have inexhaustible ...reserves and a minimal impact on the environment's components. The need of unconventional energy sources in our country is expressed in the Energy Strategy, in the foundations of State policy in the field of environmental development of the Russian Federation, in the Climate doctrine and the others fundamental documents, which determine the development perspective.
Determine features of epidemic process (EP) of Sonnei dysentery in Khabarovsk Region in 2012 - 2014 due to atypical causative agent.
Detailed characteristics of 161 cultures of Shigella sonnei ...isolated from 81 patients from epidemic focus in children boarding school in Bikin as well as from 22 patients from sporadic and group foci of dysenteryin Khabarovsk (biochemical type, colicin-genotype, spectrum of drug resistance) is given. Molecular-biologic subtyping was carried out for 11 strains by Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis method (PFGE).
Materials of observation of a prolonged foci of Sonnei dysentery with contact-domestic transmission route of the infection in children boarding house for disabled (October 2012 - September 2014) are presented. The diseases are etiologically connected with atypical mannitol- negative types of shigella isolated for the first time in 40 years of observation in Khabarovsk region. Epidemic process of shigellosis was supported by prolonged carriership of the causative agent in patients and special contingent ofthe nursing home. Shigella cultures isolated in the focus belonged to the same colicin-genotype and 2 distinct drug resistance clones, but a single genotype established by PFGE method.
Results of the studies give evidence on the importance of determi- nation of traditional phenotypic and contemporary genotypic variants of shigella and the neces- sity of search for arguments, additional methodic approaches for establishing similarities and differences of shigella isolates from within the same outbreak of the diseases as well as for com- parison of strains circulating in different territories.

Spin light, or μ-radiation, is a new phenomenon of nature, which observation has become possible due to development of technology of the elementary particles acceleration. In this work the ...description of the Novosibirsk experiment, where the spin dependence of synchrotron radiation was observed for the first time, is given. It is shown, that the spin light is decomposed to different on principle μL- and μTh-radiation types. μL-radiation is conditioned by Larmor precision of the intrinsic magnetic moment of the electron (and its anomalous part), while μTh-radiation is connected with Thomas precession of the electron spin and has pure kinematic origin. In the relativistic quantum theory of radiation based on the Dirac equation. μL-radiation and μTh-radiation do not differ one from another and from the other quantum effects of electron radiation. Separate consideration is possible only in Jackson's relativistic semiclassical radiation theory used in the given work.
Equal amounts of matter and antimatter are predicted to have been produced in the Big Bang, but our observable Universe is clearly matter-dominated. One of the prerequisites for understanding this ...elimination of antimatter is the nonconservation of charge-parity (CP) symmetry. So far, two types of CP violation have been observed in the neutral K meson (K0) and B meson (B0) systems: CP violation involving the mixing between K0 and its antiparticle (and likewise for B0 and ), and direct CP violation in the decay of each meson. The observed effects for both types of CP violation are substantially larger for the B0 meson system. However, they are still consistent with the standard model of particle physics, which has a unique source of CP violation that is known to be too small to account for the matter-dominated Universe. Here we report that the direct CP violation in charged B±→K± 0 decay is different from that in the neutral B0 counterpart. The direct CP-violating decay rate asymmetry, (that is, the difference between the number of observed B-→K- 0 event versus B+→K+ 0 events, normalized to the sum of these events) is measured to be about +7%, with an uncertainty that is reduced by a factor of 1.7 from a previous measurement. However, the asymmetry for versus B0→K+ - is at the -10% level. Although it is susceptible to strong interaction effects that need further clarification, this large deviation in direct CP violation between charged and neutral B meson decays could be an indication of new sources of CP violation-which would help to explain the dominance of matter in the Universe.
Abstract The production of $$K^{0}_{S}$$ K S 0 mesons in inelastic p+p collisions at beam momentum 158 $$\text{ GeV }/c$$ GeV / c ( $$\sqrt{s_{NN}}=17.3$$ s NN = 17.3 $$\text{ GeV }$$ GeV ) was ...measured with the NA61/SHINE spectrometer at the CERN Super Proton Synchrotron. Double-differential distributions were obtained in transverse momentum and rapidity. The mean multiplicity of $$K^{0}_{S}$$ K S 0 was determined to be $$0.162 \pm 0.001 (stat.) \pm 0.011 (sys.)$$ 0.162 ± 0.001 ( s t a t . ) ± 0.011 ( s y s . ) . The results on $$K^{0}_{S}$$ K S 0 production are compared with model predictions (EPOS 1.99, SMASH 2.0, PHSD and UrQMD 3.4 models) as well as with published world data.
Based on a statistical analysis of the information on the composition of solutions for the electrodeposition of A-B alloys, a mathematical model is proposed that makes it possible to choose the ...preferable range of the total concentrations of ligands in solutions for alloy electrodeposition. The prediction by the model is verified by known and new experimental data.
The cross section of the process \(e^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^-\) has been measured in the center of mass energy range from 0.32 to 1.2 GeV with the CMD-3 detector at the electron-positron collider VEPP-2000. ...The measurement is based on a full dataset collected below 1 GeV during three data taking seasons, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of about 62 pb\(^{-1}\). In the dominant \(\rho\)-resonance region, a systematic uncertainty of 0.7% has been reached. At energies around \(\phi\)-resonance the \(\pi^+\pi^-\) production cross section was measured for the first time with high beam energy resolution. The forward-backward charge asymmetry in the \(\pi^+\pi^-\) production has also been measured. It shows a strong deviation from the theoretical prediction based on the conventional scalar quantum electrodynamics framework, and it is in good agreement with the generalized vector-meson-dominance and dispersive-based predictions. The impact of the presented results on the evaluation of the hadronic contribution to the anomalous magnetic moment of muon is discussed.
