We demonstrate that the Finite-Time-Path Field Theory is an adequate tool for calculating neutrino oscillations. We apply this theory using a mass-mixing Lagrangian which involves the correct Dirac ...spin and chirality structure and a Pontecorvo–Maki–Nakagawa–Sakata (PMNS)-like mixing matrix. The model is exactly solvable. The Dyson–Schwinger equations transform propagators of the input free (massless) flavor neutrinos into a linear combination of oscillating (massive) neutrinos. The results are consistent with the predictions of the PMNS matrix while allowing for extrapolation to early times.
Within the finite-time-path out-of-equilibrium quantum field theory (QFT), we calculate direct photon emission from early stages of heavy ion collisions, from a narrow window, in which uncertainty ...relations are still important and they provide a new mechanism for production of photons. The basic difference with respect to earlier calculations, leading to diverging results, is that we use renormalized QED of quarks and photons. Our result is a finite contribution that is consistent with uncertainty relations.
Our aim is to contribute to quantum field theory (QFT) formalisms useful for descriptions of short time phenomena, dominant especially in heavy ion collisions. We formulate out-of-equilibrium QFT ...within the finite-time-path formalism (FTP) and renormalization theory (RT). The potential conflict of FTP and RT is investigated in g ϕ 3 QFT, by using the retarded/advanced ( R / A ) basis of Green functions and dimensional renormalization (DR). For example, vertices immediately after (in time) divergent self-energy loops do not conserve energy, as integrals diverge. We “repair” them, while keeping d < 4 , to obtain energy conservation at those vertices. Already in the S-matrix theory, the renormalized, finite part of Feynman self-energy Σ F ( p 0 ) does not vanish when | p 0 | → ∞ and cannot be split to retarded and advanced parts. In the Glaser–Epstein approach, the causality is repaired in the composite object G F ( p 0 ) Σ F ( p 0 ) . In the FTP approach, after repairing the vertices, the corresponding composite objects are G R ( p 0 ) Σ R ( p 0 ) and Σ A ( p 0 ) G A ( p 0 ) . In the limit d → 4 , one obtains causal QFT. The tadpole contribution splits into diverging and finite parts. The diverging, constant component is eliminated by the renormalization condition ⟨ 0 | ϕ | 0 ⟩ = 0 of the S-matrix theory. The finite, oscillating energy-nonconserving tadpole contributions vanish in the limit t → ∞ .
Creating a long-term traffic development strategy by introducing a sustainable traffic system represents a strategic interest of any country, its regions, settlements, towns and cities. In the focus ...thereof ought to be raising the quality of life of inhabitants and visitors, and ensuring a better mobility for all the users of the traffic system. The City of Bjelovar and the Bjelovar-Bilogora County are very favourably positioned in the geographical and traffic-related sense; nevertheless, the process of the development of the traffic system has not used the full potential of this position. Hence, the strategically and economically important traffic lines oriented East–West and North–South detour this region. This paper analyses the spatial and traffic features of the City of Bjelovar and the Bjelovar-Bilogora County, taking thereby into consideration the potentials for sustainable traffic development and higher-quality integration in relation to the traffic web surrounding this area. The conclusions reached as a result of the conducted analysis present basic tenets needed for defining the follow-up development of a sustainable traffic system of the City of Bjelovar and the Bjelovar-Bilogora County. Since the economic and social development of the City of Bjelovar and the Bjelovar-Bilogora County has been enabled by quality road and railway connections, it is necessary to launch new and improve the present traffic lines oriented East–West and North–South. In addition to connecting the Bjelovar-Bilogora County with national and international traffic lines, the priority lies in improving the internal County traffic system. It is crucial to solidly and sustainably connect the City of Bjelovar with other towns in the County, depending on and in relation to the existing and future traffic-related demand. The City of Bjelovar, being the County centre, ought to set an example for other towns by choosing the best way to manage the traffic system, aimed at achieving the development of the city itself and of the whole Bjelovar-Bilogora County.

This paper deals with an as efficient as possible conversion of energy of human rustles and different types of piston and rotation engines by way of devices given the common name of propulsions, by ...means of specially designed surfaces which in the process of rotation create an almost maximum driving force. The basic structure of these natural propulsions i.e. surfaces is a curve in the plane which is delineated by the particle of the matter which is due to the rotation affected by the centrifugal and tangential force i.e. their resultant as well as the curve vertical on to it. Research of natural propulsion refers us to the research of natural eccentricity or disbalance in general that may prove of influence on the design of cylinder and electric machines and have further repercussions on the design of different types and shapes of craft and vessel.

This paper presents research related to the choice of the criteria that can be used to perform an optimal selection of the forklift unit for warehouse operation. The analysis has been done with the ...aim of exploring the requirements and defining relevant criteria that are important when investment decision is made for forklift procurement, and based on the conducted research by applying multi-criteria analysis, to determine the appropriate parameters and their relative weights that form the input data and database for selection of the optimal handling unit. This paper presents an example of choosing the optimal forklift based on the selected criteria for the purpose of making the relevant investment decision.
For the needs of the traffic model of the Feasibility Study ofthe Split ring-road, a traffic swvey was carried out at 15 places.The result of this research is a travel matrix that contains93,885 ...trips in the base year. The analysis of the data and distributionof trips was done by the program package Visum. Thetraffic forecast was done for the period from 2001 to 2028 by themethod of equal growth factors. The output results were usedfor the economic evaluation of the project.
A systematic spatial and economic planning of traffic development and well elaborated spatial and temporal development phases regarding all elements of the traffic system (infrastructure, vehicles, ...organisation, surveillance and management) represent a strategic interest of every individual state, region, city and town. The City of Bjelovar and the Bjelovar-Bilogora County have not fully used all the potential of their very favourable geo-traffic prerequisites for the development of the traffic system, so that the strategically and economically important traffic connections of the east-west and north-south directions detour this region. The economic and social development aspects of the City of Bjelovar and the Bjelovar-Bilogora County depend on high-quality road and railway connections; new connections of the east-west and north-south directions should necessarily be added and the existing ones enhanced. The main traffic connections between Pecs and Banja Luka via Bjelovar and Zagreb, and between Gradiška and Varaždin via Daruvar might in future considerably enhance the traffic importance of the City of Bjelovar and the Bjelovar-Bilogora County. Other connections, in particular a high-quality road connection Bjelovar – Čazma – Petrinja – Krnjak – Ogulin, might relieve the existing roads connecting Hungary with Rijeka and the Kvarner Bay via Varaždin and Zagreb.
