The co-evolution strategy and Gaussian disturbance strategy are introduced into particle swarm optimization algorithm to improve the convergence stability, convergence accuracy and the probability of jumping out of the local optimal solution. It has a certain application value for parameter identification of micro gas turbine model and meets the actual needs of model establishment, which lays a foundation for the subsequent prediction, control, evaluation and analysis of the equipment.
Most attention-based image captioning models attend to the image once per word. However, attending once per word is rigid and is easy to miss some information. Attending more times can adjust the ...attention position, find the missing information back and avoid generating the wrong word. In this paper, we show that attending more times per word can gain improvements in the image captioning task, without increasing the number of parameters. We propose a flexible two-LSTM merge model to make it convenient to encode more attentions than words. Our captioning model uses two LSTMs to encode the word sequence and the attention sequence respectively. The information of the two LSTMs and the image feature are combined to predict the next word. Experiments on the MSCOCO caption dataset show that our method outperforms the state-of-the-art. Using bottom up features and self-critical training method, our method gets BLEU-4, METEOR, ROUGE-L, CIDEr and SPICE scores of 0.381, 0.283, 0.580, 1.261 and 0.220 on the Karpathy test split.

...Branchiostoma belcheri tsingtaunese). Amino acid sequences analysis and structure prediction of these two molecules, called
Bbt-MIF-I and
Bbt-MIF-II, respectively, indicated that several conservative domains existed in the two amphioxus MIFs and their sequences were highly homologous to their counterparts of other species. Intriguingly, the
Bbt-MIFs gene is present in multi-copy per haploid genome, which is very unusual compared with vertebrate's MIF gene given the known genome duplication theory. The genomic copy number, expression pattern of MIF gene and phylogenetic analysis of MIF proteins all suggested that a leap forward happened for MIF gene during the evolution from invertebrate to vertebrate. Considering the crucial role of MIF in innate immunity, MIF might serve as one of key molecular markers of evolution of immune system.
A total of 168 PM 10 samples were collected during the year of 2005 at eight sites in the city of Wuxi in China. Fifteen chemical elements, three water-soluble ions, total carbon and organic carbon ...were analyzed. Six source categories were identified and their contributions to ambient PM 10 in Wuxi were estimated using a nested chemical mass balance method that reduces the effects of colinearity on the chemical mass balance model. In addition, the concentrations of secondary aerosols, such as secondary organic carbon, sulfate and nitrate, were quantified. The spatially averaged PM 10 was high in the spring and winter (123 μg·m -3 and low in the summer-fall (90 μg·m -3). According to the result of source apportionment, resuspended dust was the largest contributor to ambient PM 10, accounting for more than 50% of the PM 10 mass. Coal combustion (14.6%) and vehicle exhaust (9.4%) were also significant source categories of ambient PM 10. Construction and cement dust, sulfates, secondary organic carbon, and nitrates made contributions ranging between 4.1% and 4.9%. Other source categories such as steel manufacturing dust and soil dust made low contributions to ambient PM 10.
In order to decrease the effects of noise on the signal feature extraction and improve the spectrum sensing performance of cognitive radio system. This paper proposes an improved cooperative spectrum ...sensing (CSS) method based on the principal component analysis (PCA) and K-medoids clustering. Firstly, principal component analysis extracts signal principal components by applying multiple antenna systems, then the corresponding signal features are extracted through the signal principal component matrix. Finally, these features are classified using the K-medoids clustering algorithm. The experimental simulations are performed with different features and K-medoids clustering algorithms. The simulation results show that the proposed method has better detection performance than traditional spectrum sensing methods and can effectively improve the efficiency of spectrum sensing.

采用裂区设计, 研究了不同施氮水平和追氮时间对玉米高水肥品种东单60子粒产量构成因素及子粒产量的影响。结果表明, 施氮肥能增加玉米的穗数、穗粒数、千粒重; 不同施氮水平对玉米子粒产量影响较大, 施氮可增产3.5%~34.2%, 在本试验条件下, 施氮量为422 kg/hm2的处理, 产量达最高; 不同追氮时间对玉米千粒重的影响差异显著。
The experiment was designed ...in a split plot, which studied the effect of applying different levels of nitrogen and top application time on grain yield and its components of Dongdan 60. The results indicated that nitrogenous fertilizer can increase ears per ha., grains per ear and 1000-grain weight. There were larger effects of nitrogenous fertilizer on grain yield of maize, which increased by 3.5%-34.2%.The quantity of nitrogenous fertilizer with the highest yield was 422 kg/hm2 in this experiment. The 1000-grain weight of maize among different topdressing time showed significant differences.
Little is known about disadvantaged people's adoption and use of mobile Internet services in such a global mobile technologies age. This paper aims to fill this gap by identifying enablers that ...affect disadvantaged people's adoption and use of mobile Internet services. We present the preliminary results from a qualitative user study with 21 participants, including twelve urban migrant workers and nine elderly people who are recognized as information disadvantaged people in China. Experience experiment, questionnaires and interviews were employed to capture the participants' perception of a mobile lottery application. The factors that affected their use intention were identified and classified into three categories: system factors, social factors and individual factors. Two forms of instructional strategies that guided users' learning were proposed and their effects were examined. This study could be of significance for the design of services based on mobile Internet for information disadvantaged people and contributes to digital inequality and IT adoption by groups stand on the unfortunate side of the divide.

So ...that the evolution of Wind-photovoltaic-energy storage(Wind-PV-ES) hybrid network transient process is not clear. In the other hand, Transient simulation tool plays a significant role in obtaining a full and detailed response under various operation conditions. However, the simulation capability and speed become limited with increased system size. In order to study the background of high proportion of Wind-PV-ES in the distribution network, this paper model Wind-PV-ES and its control system in the multi-CPU cluster fine-grained real-time simulation platform. The control system was further decoupled according to its topology. The multi-CPU can be easily realized, and the computation loads are balanced by DG modeling. The model is used to calculate the load balancing as the optimal condition to be decoupled by the distribution parameters. Parallel computing to ensure the accuracy of the transient simulation results and convergence effect and improve the simulation speed. Then this paper used two typical examples to realize the verification of Multi-CPU simulation results. The simulation results show that the simulation accuracy decreases with the increase of model computation, but the simulation speed is greatly improved. The result reflects the characteristics and transient characteristics of grid -connected transient operation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated in integrated simulation of distributed generation system.
A rapid easy-to-use trace level direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (dc-ELISA) detection of total residual malachite green (MG), crystal violet (CV) and their corresponding primary ...metabolites leucomalachite green (LMG) and leucocrystal violet (LCV) in fishery products in a single assay was developed. The monoclonal antibodies, anti-MG and anti-CV mAbs, were prepared using carboxyl-malachite green (CMG) and cationized bovine serum albumin (cBSA) conjugates as immunogen. The linear range for the quantitative detection of total MG, CV and their primary metabolites LMG and LCV was between 0.15 to 4.5 ng mL
−1
with a half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC
50
) at 0.56 ± 0.04 ng mL
−1
(n = 5). The anti-MG mAbs exhibited 98% cross-reactivity to CV, less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with LMG and LCV, and no cross-reactivity with chloramphenicol, enrofloxacin, sulfadiazine, and tetracycline. Application of the dc-ELISA in fish tissue samples gave a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.37 ng g
−1
. The improved total detection lead to a recovery of 74.60 ± 8.38% at 0.5 ng g

that was better than existing techniques. The dc-ELISA showed total MG in 7 out of 44 field fish samples that were confirmed with LC-MS/MS. The easy-to-use, inexpensive, and rapid dc-ELISA for the detection of total MG, CV and their corresponding primary metabolites holds promise for field applications.
