We examined 663 patients who were admitted to the clinic by ambulance, for determine the factors of clinical deterioration and progression of ischemic stroke in the acute period of the first 24-72 ...hours. Among the patients received in the acute period, a fatal out come occurred in 7.23% (48) patients, men- 45.8% and women - 54.2%.At the time of admission to the hospital, almost 96.7% of patients with acute ischemic stroke had a disorder of consciousness from stunning to coma. The most significant risk factors for the development of ischemic stroke among 663 patients were arterial hypertension - 80.1%, chronic heartfailure - 57.9%, coronary heart disease - 25.5%, atrial fibrillation - 19.5%, type 2 diabetesmellitus 12.5%. In accordance with the international criteria of TOAST (1993), pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of isch- emic stroke have been determined in patients. Atherothrombotic stroke developed in 303 (45.7%), cardioembolic stroke in 185 (27.9%) patients, lacunar stroke in 167 (25.2%) patients, undefined genesis stroke in 8 (1.2%) patients. The progression of neurological deficiency in ischemic stroke is a bad prognostic factor.

The results of a numerical study of the flow around a circular rotating cylinder under the subcritical regime of the Reynolds number are presented. A numerical flow simulation was carried out using ...the Realisable k-ε turbulence model, which effectively visualizes the fallout of vortices. At Reynolds numbers 16,000, 30000, and 50,000 and revolutions 300,500 and 700, the velocity field around the cylinder with the plate and the static pressure distribution field around the cylinder with the plate are obtained. It is determined that with an increase in the rotation frequency of the cylinder with the plate, the vortex formation increases. In the future, there will be an increase in lifting force and drag force due to an increase in flow velocity and, consequently, a decrease in pressure. Due to the rotational motion, there is a change in the pressure field at the ends of the cylinder with the plate.
In this article, a wind power plant with a horizontal axis of rotation operating under conditions of variable wind speeds is considered. For this purpose, a mock-up of a wind power plant with ...rotating combined blades was made. During the experiments, the angle of the fixed blade relative to the cylinder changed from 0° to 60°, in increments of 15 °. The air flow rate varied, from 3 to 12 m/s. The analysis of the results of the experiment on the change of the rotation frequency from the air flow velocity of the wind power plant is carried out. When changing the position of the fixed blade (0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°) the value of the thrust force changes relative to the air flow in direct proportion. As the air flow velocity increases, the rotation frequency of the wind wheel increases linearly. It was found that when the fixed blade was positioned at an angle of 60 degrees, with a maximum air flow velocity of 12 m/s, the thrust force reached 2.06 N. Due to the combined use of two lifting forces, such as a cylinder and a fixed blade, increased thrust values are observed. The results obtained are useful when creating prototypes of a wind power plant with combined blades.
