The paper presents an overview of the student’s exchange in the framework of the Project “DYSIMAC” and few examples of students work and their results. The paper also identified benefits and ...experience from the research studies performed with study stay by students from University of Skopje at modern control laboratory at University of Rostock.
This paper presents fuzzy method for evaluation of the hydroelectric project taking into account uncertainty of the input parameters, as well as, the way of reasoning of the decision maker in a ...critical situation of making final decision. For this purpose, the essential economic parameters for project evaluation as Net Present Value and Profitability Index are modified in a fuzzy sense. Furthermore, in order to make proposed model closer to human way of reasoning, decision maker’s point of view for successful project, is modelled with triangular fuzzy numbers. The procedure based on the satisfactory function is applied for ranking and ordering of the projects and for calculation the degree of satisfaction investor’s criteria for successful project. The proposed method is applied on hydroelectric project St.Petka, Republic of Macedonia which is in design phase.
The paper presents an overview of the foreseen control system rehabilitation in small hydro power plants Dosnica, Sapuncica, Pesocani, Pena, Matka, and Zrnovci, as integral part of the complete ...rehabilitation. The authors discussed the main tasks and features of new control in each plant and outlined the expected improvement of the operational usage of the units in local Distribution. The main control functions arelisted for both local and off-site control from remote local control center in the corresponding distribution.
In this paper an approach for the real-time frequency control in the interconnected power systems is presented. The problem of the real-time control increased in a last years due to the new formed ...interconnections, caused by the political events in the former SFR Yugoslavia. For the analyze a mathematical model adopted for computer simulation and suitable software support is created. The model and the computer simulation are applied and tested on the existing interconnection, and the results are presented for real happened events.
