punishment have developed in German-speaking psychology over the last two
decades. They have provided insights into topics such ...as retributive justice and
social discrimination or social punishment. In the following, recent studies
will be summarized, followed by a research agenda on revenge phenomena and
implications for future research.

Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der Regelung eines dreistufigen Kolbenkompressors mit vorgeschaltetem Drehkolbenkompressor. Ausgehend von dem im ersten Teil dieses Beitrags ...vorgestellten vollständigen Modell wird in diesem zweiten Teil ein vereinfachtes Entwurfsmodell für den Reglerentwurf abgeleitet, das die Periodizität der Systemgrößen des Kolbenkompressors gezielt nutzt. Zur Regelung des Drucks sowie zum Ausgleich der thermischen Belastung des Kolbenkompressors wird eine nichtlineare Regelungsstrategie vorgeschlagen. Simulationsstudien zeigen die Güte der entworfenen Regelungsstrategie.
Abstract
This paper is concerned with the control of a three-stage compressor with upstream roots blower. Based on the detailed mathematical model derived in the first part of this contribution, a simplified model for controller design is developed in this part by exploiting the periodicity of the system variables of the piston compressor. Afterwards, a nonlinear multivariable control strategy is proposed for pressure control and for balancing the thermic load of the three stages of the piston compressor. The feasibility and the quality of the proposed control concept is proven by means of simulation studies.

Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der mathematischen Modellierung eines dreistufigen Kolbenkompressors mit vorgeschaltetem Drehkolbenkompressor, welcher zur Produktion von ...PET-Flaschen eingesetzt wird. Ausgehend von den Grundgesetzen der Thermodynamik werden die Einzelkomponenten des Kompressors mathematisch modelliert und der zugrunde liegende Kreisprozess beschrieben. Anhand von Simulationsstudien wird das Verhalten des Kompressors im belasteten Fall untersucht. Das entwickelte Modell dient als Grundlage für den Reglerentwurf im zweiten Teil dieses Beitrags.
Abstract
This paper presents the mathematical modeling of a three-stage compressor with upstream roots blower. The individual components of the compressor are modeled based on the fundamental laws of thermodynamics in order to describe the underlying cyclic process. Simulation studies are carried out in order to analyse the behavior of the compressor. The developed model provides the basis for the subsequent controller design in the second part of this paper.
This work analyzes and evaluates state-of-the-art force control strategies for the collaborative multi-arm handling of deformable materials. We exploit and validate the well-known catenary equation ...to predict the materials sag and interaction stiffness. The material properties are considered in the manipulator design and coupled system stability is investigated including the dynamics of a first-order force low-pass filter. The analysis provides practical relevant conditions for the selection of the force controller parameters. Different force control strategies are implemented on a multi-arm manipulator, comprising two biaxial gantries, and are evaluated in the light of praxis-oriented case studies.
Pneumatic drives are used in a wide range of industrial applications. Most of the pneumatic drive applications are simple point-to-point movements, where the motion characteristics is typically set ...up once by manual tuning. Changes in the operating conditions demand a new manual adjustment and thus additional costs. This work aims at developing a conrol strategy for pneumatic drives to save manual tuning effort and to minimuze the overall system costs. For this cheap position sensors that operate only near the end stops in combination with energy efficient switching valves are used to ensure a smooth movement of the drive and soft landing at the end stops. To pass through the region with no position information, a two-degrees-of-freedom control strategy is employed to account for model uncertainties and disturbances. Inside the position measurement region, compliance control ensures soft landing. The presented strategy is validated by a series of measurements on an experimental test bench.
