Authors have considered new areas of consulting activity in the economic, managerial, insurance and appraisal spheres. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of business consulting in the ...strategic tasks and purposes in the agribusiness are highlighted. The features of consulting the effectiveness of the economic potential of business as a priority direction of consulting activity at the present time are revealed. Modern requirements and basic principles of insurance in the agricultural sector are presented. The necessity of new instruments for insurance of agricultural production and agricultural products is proved. Authors have disclosed the role, significance and new directions of appraisal activity in the context of the post-war restoration of Ukraine’s economic potential.
Curricula and syllabus – are the main parts of each educational process in every institute, university, school etc., as so there are a lot of materials, research exist for creating methods of ...clarification curricula and best representation of syllabi for each person related to educational process or who will be involved in the future. Syllabi defines the mainstream and provides all necessary information for each discipline and for curricula. In educational process very important to have fast mechanism to search syllabus for each discipline, but not only. As syllabuses are strongly connected to curricula, we need a curricula management system to be implemented as well. Among all semesters, specialty, courses, forms and other data provide for curricula mechanism to monitor not only schedule, but department program needs to be developed. The main task of educational units is not only to facilitate the work of the teaching staff, timely provision of students with the necessary information on training, as well as improving the interaction of departments and institutes with each other, but to clarify educational process as well. You can cope with this task by creating a resource that will contain updated, relevant data on curricula in various disciplines studied at the departments. With this service, all students, teachers, and others have the opportunity to learn all the current and past curricula of each stream and semester. An important task is to navigate and correctly represent syllabus information and it better to be done as WIKI-document – wellstructured, referenced and quick navigation inside of text. Current material provides a mechanism to demonstrate curriculum diagram for some department for each year of education. Based on modern technology mechanism was implemented in Faculty of Informatics and Computer Science of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” department of Information Systems and Technologies WEB-site and added quick search, using main attributes to monitor necessary syllabi as well. The system includes partially syllabus and curricula management system elements. For using WIKI-document view markdown structured document was used to generate each syllabus for provided system. Under this study, an interdisciplinary classification is developed concerning the entities of the gemological law. The classification is grounded in a symbiosis of criteria that define the content ...and scope of responsibilities, type of gemological activity undertaken, and the condition and appearance of a gemological object. The classification holds practical applications in mining, jewelry, business and management. Additionally, it can be employed in academic studies focusing on theoretic advancements in gemology, mineralogy, geology and jurisprudence. Introduction of this classification into the current legislation would enable both the entities of gemological law and law enforcement to integrally understand the spectrum, possibilities, forms and means of fulfilling their interests, along with their interrelations with other stakeholders. This research underscores that the primary criterion for developing an interdisciplinary classification of gemological law subjects is the type of gemological activity. Its symbiosis with other criteria, determining an entity’s responsibilities, as well as the condition and appearance of objects, establishes a practically reasonable and scientifically substantiated approach to the perception and understanding of this branch of gemological law. To propose to classify the entities of gemological law, three criteria may be: 1) content and scope of duties; 2) type of gemological activity; and 3) condition and appearance of a gemological object. It is important to note that this classification cannot and should not have strict limits, as entities of gemological relations exhibit inter-group features that manifest in general, group-classified, and direct levels of connections between administrative, mining, and economic relations. The dynamics within these relations can reflect the development and change of one kind of relation to another, along with the accompanying relations.

Анотація. Інвестиції насьогодні є вагомою основою розвитку багатьох рівнів економічної системи та можуть бути розглянутими як драйвер активізації економічного розвитку країни. Вони є необхідними для ...нарощування темпів виробництва, модернізації економічного комплексу, диверсифікації економіки. Оцінка інвестиційної привабливості розглядається як важливий засобів оптимального досягнення цілей інвестування, який забезпечує виконання функції механізму управління інвестиціями. Інвестиційна привабливість окремої країни, регіону, галузі чи підприємства є вагомим орієнтиром для інвестора при прийнятті рішення стосовно вкладення капіталу. В сучасних умовах глобалізації економіки при оцінці інвестиційної привабливості країни все більшої актуальності набуває імідж країни на міжнародній арені, її позиція у провідних рейтингових ранжуваннях, досвід інших інвесторів ведення діяльності у країні. В статті розглянуто сутність поняття «інвестиційна привабливість» та запропоновано власне авторське визначення цього поняття. Охарактеризувати методичні підходи до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості на різних рівнях економічної ієрархії. Вивчено питання взаємозв’язку між дефініціями інвестиційної привабливості, клімату, потенціалу, ризику та активності. Проведено макроекономічний аналіз динаміки позицій України в призмі міжнародних рейтингів та індексів. Представлено організації та рейтинги, які оцінюють інвестиційну привабливість держави. Обґрунтовано методики рейтингів інвестиційної привабливості країн. Здійснено комплексну оцінку інвестиційної привабливості України протягом останніх років. Розглянуто фактори, які призводять до змін трансформаційних процесів у державі, загостренню загальноекономічної ситуації, дефіциту внутрішніх фінансових ресурсів та проблемі зі залученням іноземних інвестицій, що в свою чергу перешкоджають підвищенню інвестиційної привабливості України. Надано рекомендації щодо покращення інвестиційної привабливості України в сучасних умовах. Ключові слова: інвестиції, інвестиційна привабливість, міжнародні рейтинги та індекси, інвестиційна активність, інвестиційний клімат, інвестиційний потенціал, інвестиційний ризик. In recent years, the cryptocurrency industry has been developing rapidly, creating new opportunities and challenges for investors, entrepreneurs, and policymakers. Ukraine has become a promising ...destination for investment in cryptocurrencies and blockchain development due to its favorable business environment, highly educated workforce, and growing technology sector. Organizational and economic support for the development of foreign trade activities of Ukrainian businesses in the context of the cryptocurrency industry includes a thorough analysis and development of strategies to use these opportunities.In this article, we have considered some promising areas for the development of the cryptocurrency industry in Ukraine using general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, such as analytical methods, comparative analysis, methods of comparison, and generalization. From the potential of blockchain-based e-government services to the possibilities of mining and trading cryptocurrencies, the article examines the country's strengths and opportunities in this area and identifies ways to use them for future growth.To this end, the author analyzes the legal framework, the state and degree of development of the blockchain, the peculiarities and pace of mining, the degree of acceptance of cryptocurrencies in society, and the state and peculiarities of the development of cryptocurrency exchanges. Understanding the potential of the cryptocurrency industry in Ukraine, we believe that the strategic directions for promoting economic growth and technological innovation in the country are: a clear regulatory framework, a skilled workforce, abundant energy resources, and a growing number of cryptocurrency changes.These elements of organizational and economic support will help Ukrainian businesses to develop their foreign trade activities in the context of the growing influence of the cryptocurrency sphere, providing greater opportunities for investment and trade, as well as promoting the introduction of innovative technologies and increasing international competitiveness.
Our objective in this study was to develop and assess the diagnostic value of a coagglutination test with making use of peptidoglycane of Staphylococcus aureus in the identification of diseases of ...staphylococcal etiology. A total of 166 patients with diseases of staphylococcal etiology were examined. A test was elaborated of coagglutination with making use of peptidoglycane of Staphylococcus aureus for a differential identification of antibodies to peptidoglycan in healthy persons and patients with staphylococcosis.
