The article substantiates aspects that are fundamental for the economic justification of the bank selection by enterprises as the main stage in the partnership formation. It also defines the ...development of a bank selection procedure taking into account the financial parameters and innovative orientation of banks.The proposed procedure for selecting banks includes two blocks. The first block is the comparison of banks in terms of reliability, which is determined based on indicators for assessing their financial risks and confidence of enterprises. The second block is the comparison of the most reliable banks according to the operational capabilities of Internet banking systems (in terms of functionality) and the intensity of promotion of innovative products and services that meet the needs of enterprises.The proposed bank selection procedure is mainly based on applying the classification functions that allow the reliability-based differentiation as well as comparison of banks. The proposals submitted with the aim to develop classification functions, as well as the bank selection procedure as a whole, were tested based on the financial statements and general information on the Ukrainian banks’ activity as of January 1, 2019. The following results were obtained while testing the developed procedure: It defines the features specific to dividing the analyzed Ukrainian banks into groups (70% are high-reliability banks, 7% are medium-reliability banks, and 23% are low-reliability banks). It also highlights the fact that reliable banks are focused on innovating and developing remote services for their business clients.
Stakeholder theory dominates in revealing the features of the stakeholders’ influence on various entities; however, only few studies rely on it in the field of enterprises that select banks as ...financial partners. Considering the enterprise-bank relationship from the stakeholder theory perspective, this paper represents an approach to selecting strategies for interaction with this stakeholder type. The proposed approach includes the following steps: determining the interaction objectives for enterprises and banks; specifying and comparing potential partners; ranking banks to justify the chosen partner/partners for interaction; and selecting interaction strategies and forming the content of the behavior patterns inherent in enterprises (offensive or negotiation strategies). The criteria for choosing a strategy include the objectives of the interaction between enterprises (providing comprehensive services or satisfying individual financial needs) and their financial status that determines the interest of banks in partnership. The application of the proposed methodology for calculating rating indicators and the respective bank ranking showed that 18% of the banks included in the studied list of reliable Ukrainian banks have a high level of innovation activity and an acceptable level of banking service costs for business customers (that is, they implement a customer-oriented policy). Therefore, to receive comprehensive banking services combined with high or medium levels of banks’ interest in interaction, the paper recommends enterprises to choose a large-scale offensive strategy or a large-scale negotiation strategy, respectively. The stakeholder theory, as well as consideration of the criteria defined in the paper, will allow enterprises to choose interaction strategies that meet their needs for financial services and harmonize the interests of partners.
The study is dedicated to the role of resource-saving as an efficient tool for environmental and production management in the context of ensuring sustainable development and economic security of ...enterprises. The article analyzes the environment and assesses the progress of environmental protection in the national economy according to the Environmental Performance Index. It is determined that resource saving is aimed at optimizing the use of resources and minimizing losses in production processes to reduce enterprises' environmental impact and increase their competitiveness. Industrially developed countries spend on average 2.5% of GDP annually on innovative energy and resource-saving solutions (the UK – 2.2%, Germany and France – 2.5%, the USA – 2.7%, Japan – 2.9%, Sweden – 3.3%), while the investment resource-saving potential in Ukraine, unfortunately, is minimized and amounts to 0.34%. At the same time, the share of enterprises' funds in the total expenditures on innovations is constantly increasing to 83.9% in 2020. More than 80% of enterprises implemented resource-efficient measures precisely because of changes in energy and raw material prices, independently finding ways to implement their actions to efficiently use resources.

This necessitates the search for a new economic model that could break the link between economic growth and the depletion of natural resources. The study substantiates the theoretical aspects of eco-tourism as an important component of the strategy of sustainable development of tourism in Ukraine. The priority directions of sustainable development of tourism in the context of modernization of economic activity of Ukraine are outlined. The main directions of greening of the tourist sphere are considered. The main functions and principles of eco-tourism are formed and the relevance of the research and the need to develop prospects for the development of eco-tourism in Ukraine are substantiated. The concept of circular economy is a new economic model that manages the development of ecotourism, which allows to resolve the growing contradiction between the need to meet the growing needs of tourists and the limited number of natural, social, economic resources of host destinations in a deteriorating environment.

Strategic alternatives for ensuring sustainable development of the joint-stock company are systematized. It is proposed to use the genetic algorithm method to solve the problem of choosing corporate integration association in order to optimize a certain set of clear corporate integration association parameters necessary for the implementation of an effective integration process. The method for calculating the synergistic effect is proposed, which is advisable to use immediately after the integration and the beginning of the operational activity of the corporate integration association, since it can be adjusted depending on the type of the corporate integration association being formed and the motives for its formation.
The article defines the place of human resource management technology in the management system of an industrial enterprise and clarifies the interrelationships of its components. It is proved that ...the management system is not only a set of methods ortechniques, but a complex set of interrelated, logically consistent actions in the areas of organization, management, decision-making and motivation. It is found that the problemof personnel management at domestic industrial enterprises is the low status of the personnel service and the insufficiently high quality of training of specialists in this area.It has been researched that the personnel management process (PMP) can be considered as a sequence of four stages: at the first stage, the functions covering all types of management activities at all levels of the enterprise management subsystem are implemented; at the second stage, PMP determines the formation of management methods; at the third stage, PMP includes the formalization of management methods, accompanied by the creation of mechanisms for their transformation into official documents, such as orders, instructions, guidelines, etc.The paper proposes a technology for analyzing the personnel structure of an industrial enterprise. The authors substantiate methodological provisions for the formation of components of the enterprise personnel management technology, The article defines the importance of personnel management technology in the system of development of personnel potential of an enterprise.It is determined that the technology of personnel management is an important element of the management system of an industrial enterprise. It is the main tool of managers, since each management technology used in the management system helps management personnel to act effectively and respond quickly to dynamic changes in the current conditions of the enterprise. The article is aimed at determining theoretical views on processes of financial and environmental management of the agricultural sector. It analyzes the financial and environmental management of the ...agricultural sector of the economy, including the assessment of components of air, water, forest and land resources, crop and livestock production. The authors substantiate the system of ensuring the balanced development of the agricultural sector and examine measures to motivate the organization of eco-friendly agricultural production. The analysis of pollutant emissions into the atmosphere from stationary sources of pollution in Ukraine for 2017-2021 showed that the largest sources of pollution into the atmosphere in Ukraine for 2017-2021 were sulfur dioxide (25.7% in 2021), carbon monoxide into the atmosphere in Ukraine for 2017-2021 (31.4% in 2021) and methane (20.3% in 2021). The article defines the ways of state support for the agricultural sector of the economy and outlines the main principles of the agricultural sector development strategy. The revealed positive impact of the agricultural sector on the environment is ensured by two factors: financial and environmental responsibility manifested through management decision-making measures and financial and environmental motivation manifested through material, social and environmental values of the agricultural producer, consumer and society as a whole.
