Kako bi se unaprijedila literatura u području društveno odgovornog poslovanja i korporativne reputacije u medijskoj industriji, provedeno je istraživanje na uzorku hrvatskih novinskih izdavača. ...Društveno odgovorno poslovanje je promatrano kroz prizmu odnosa prema vlasnicima, zaposlenicima, kupcima i dobavljačima, okolišu te lokalnoj zajednici. S druge strane, korporativna reputacija je mjerena putem dviju dimenzija – korporativni identitet i korporativni imidž. Podaci su obrađeni korelacijskom analizom. Rezultati sugeriraju kako postoji značajna, snažna i pozitivna povezanost između primjene načela društveno odgovornog poslovanja i obje promatrane dimenzije korporativne reputacije, čime je potvrđena glavna hipoteza koja pretpostavlja kako postoji povezanost između društveno odgovornog poslovanja i korporativne reputacije.
In order to contribute literature in the field of corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation in the media industry, a survey was conducted on a sample of Croatian companies. Corporate social responsibility was operationalized through the prism of relationships with the owners, employees, customers, suppliers, and the local community. On the other hand, corporate reputation was operationalized using corporate identity and corporate image. Correlation analysis was used to test the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation. The results suggest that there is a significant, strong, and positive relationship between the implementation of the corporate social responsibility practice and both corporate identity and corporate image so the main hypothesis could be accepted.

The aim of this study was to establish the influence of a trout farm on the activity of enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx), and total glutathione concentration (GSH), ...in larvae of

, and on environmental parameters in the receiving watercourse. The investigations were carried out seasonally (April, July, and October of 2016 and January of 2017) at four localities (SK1–control, and SK2, SK3, and SK4–30 m, 330 m and 630 m below the fish farm, respectively) along the Skrapež River. Discharged water had the greatest effect on the concentrations of dissolved oxygen (DO), ammonium ions, nitrates (NO
3
−
), and total phosphorus. In the case of SOD and GSH, seasonal changes were greater than longitudinal, with maximal values attained in spring and summer and minimal in autumn and winter. SOD showed the strongest correlation with DO, and GSH with total nitrogen. Activity of GPx demonstrated greater longitudinal variability with maximum at SK2 in all seasons and the strongest correlation with NO
3
−
. The obtained results indicate that GPx activity was the most sensitive to the trout farm effects, while SOD and GSH were more influenced by natural seasonal changes of environmental parameters.

Les investigations ont été menées de façon saisonnière (avril, juillet et octobre 2016 et janvier 2017) dans quatre localités (SK1 − contrôle et SK2, SK3 et SK4 − 30 m, 330 m et 630 m en aval de la pisciculture respectivement) le long de la rivière Skrapež. L'eau rejetée a eu le plus grand effet sur les concentrations d'oxygène dissous (OD), d'ions ammonium, de nitrates (NO
3
−
) et de phosphore total. Dans le cas de la SOD et de la GSH, les variations saisonnières ont été supérieures aux variations longitudinales, les valeurs maximales étant atteintes au printemps et en été et minimales en automne et en hiver. La SOD a montré la plus forte corrélation avec l'OD et le GSH avec l'azote total. L'activité de la GPx a démontré une plus grande variabilité longitudinale avec un maximum à SK2 en toutes saisons et la plus forte corrélation avec NO

dosadašnji načini promoviranja baštine Pokrčja. Osobito težište rada je na istraživanju utjecaja medija na zaštitu i promoviranje baštine Pokrčja. U tom cilju pregledavani su lokalni, regionalni i nacionalni mediji, učestalost bavljenja temom ugrožavanja i zaštitom te održivim korištenjem i razvojem baštine Pokrčja.
The purpose of this paper is to give an overview of the topic dealing with corporate social responsibility (CSR) effects on corporate reputation. By structuring past research, this paper aims to ...improve the understanding of how CSR is capable to enhance the corporate reputation of companies operating in the media industry. When it comes to CSR, media companies hold a specific position compared to companies across other industries. As business entities, media companies are expected to adopt CSR practices while at the same time being able to shape public opinion on the importance of CSR across other industries. This paper contributes to the existing literature by developing a framework that integrates existing research in this field.
The aim of this study was to predict global warming effects on benthic macroinvertebrate community structure by using a small temperate geothermal stream as a model system. We collected benthic ...macroinvertebrates, measured physical and chemical water properties at eight localities up the Kudoški stream steep water temperature gradient, and used 11 metrics and indexes to characterize community structure. Species richness and evenness decreased, but total abundance increased with the increase of average annual water temperature (t ₐᵥ), with species richness being most and total abundance least sensitive to this parameter. The increase of Gastropoda relative abundance and the decrease of Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera and Trichoptera richness, respectively, were the earliest responses of taxonomic groups to t ₐᵥ increase. Relative abundance of Orthocladiinae decreased and that of Chironomini increased with the increase of t ₐᵥ. This indicates that Chironomidae are not reliable predictors of global warming effects in running waters, and that lower taxonomic levels, subfamily or tribe, are more suitable for that purpose. Changes in community structure did not linearly follow t ₐᵥ increase, since a great community shift was observed at t ₐᵥ ≈ 20°C indicating that present trends of community responses to changes in climatic conditions should not be linearly extrapolated to future warming.
The possibility of reduction of vanadate monomer in the mycelium of fungus
