During the 2000s, we added more exhibits, such as snake fossils from the Jurassic period (201 million to 145 million years ago) and fish fossils from the Silurian period (443 million to 419 million ...years ago). Since 2019, the YGSMRB has given volunteers US$20 per month to cover our commuting costs. By 2021, that number had increased to more than 140 a day, thanks to a combination of social media promotion and our encouraging school trips.
(MP) is a great source of herbal medicine used traditionally by both men and women for various purposes. MP may have potential wound-healing effects due to its diverse biological properties. An ...extensive study was conducted in a normal male rat model for determining the effects of MP
(MPvp) and
(MPva) on the wound healing process. Here, 126 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into seven groups as follows: sham-operated (SH), vehicle dressing (VD), flavine dressing (FD), MPvp leaves (PL), MPvp roots (PR), MPva leaves (AL), and MPva roots (AR). The parameters studied were the percentage of wound contraction, histomorphology study by hematoxylin and eosin (H&E), Masson-Goldner trichrome (MGT), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining. In addition, the levels of enzymatic antioxidants and malondialdehyde were also measured in the wound tissue homogenates. Wounds treated with extracts (PL, PR, AL, and AR) showed significantly faster healing (
< 0.05) compared to untreated and control groups (SH, VD, and FD). Histological analysis among MP-treated groups revealed better re-epithelialization, higher collagen deposition, enhanced fibronectin content and fibroblast cells, and higher fiber transformation from collagen-III to collagen-I, accompanied with a significant surge in enzymatic antioxidant activities and a decline in lipid peroxidation. MP has antioxidant effects that may enhance wound healing in the rat model.
The goal of this study, which was conducted with the patients' prior informed consent, was to determine the levels of hemoglobin and hematocrit in adult patients treated at Salah Aldin Teaching ...Hospital (SUTH)City, Iraq, from December 2021 to February 2022. There were 61 blood samples collected from the finger pad, and they were all used. Haematocrit and hemoglobin's biochemical composition were determined using the cyanmethemoglobin method and centrifugation. According to the findings, women accounted for 83.6% of the total number of patients, while men made up the remaining patients. Only 11.5% of all patients have low hemoglobin levels, while 83.6% have normal hemoglobin levels. As a result, it is also specified that 90.2% of all patients have normal hematocrit values, while 1.6% of all patients have lower-than-normal hematocrit values. Furthermore, it was discovered that 3.3% of people are overweight. The

statistical test was used to determine whether there is a significant relationship between the variables BMI, age, and gender. The test results revealed no significant relationship between these variables (
p
> 0.05). It can be concluded that age, gender, and BMI have no effect on hemoglobin and hematocrit levels.
The promising feature of the fungi from the marine environment as a source for anticancer agents belongs to the fungal ability to produce several compounds and enzymes which contribute effectively ...against the cancer cells growth. Moreover, the compounds produced during the secondary metabolic process acts by changing the cell morphology and DNA fragmentation leading to apoptosis of the cancer cells. When compared to the other chemicals in the investigation, gliotoxin demonstrated the most cytotoxic effect. These findings suggest that gliotoxin could be a potential virulence factor of Aspergillus fumigatus during infection. Anti Cancer, the dreadful disease that spreads throughout the body, bringing its cells closer to death than life expectancy, will be defeated or at least slowed by natural plants. Many researchers and clinicians are familiar with the treatment of numerous plants, such as Rheum ribes. Cancer studies have shown that the usage of some medicinal herbs can help to minimize the severity of this dreadful disease, and plant care is also well understood.

As a primary healthcare first respondent during disasters, Bangladeshi registered nurses (RNs) play a critical role in disaster management. This study assessed their knowledge, skills, and ...preparedness (KSP) for disaster management and examined the factors influencing their disaster KSP. Employing a cross-sectional design with a self-administered structure questionnaire containing the Disaster Preparedness Evaluation Tool (DPET), data were collected from 573 registered nurses in four metropolitan cities in Bangladesh. Results showed that RNs had moderate levels of knowledge (M = 4.00, SD = 0.76), skills (M = 4.27, SD = 0.75), and preparedness (M = 4.56, SD = 0.69) for disaster management. Statistically significant correlations existed between disaster preparedness and skills (r = 0.718) and between disaster knowledge and skills (r = 0.653). RNs whose curriculum has disaster management courses had statistically significantly higher disaster KSP than those who did not. Besides, RNs with BSc in Nursing (Post Basic) degrees had significantly higher disaster knowledge and skills than the RNs who completed four years of BSc in nursing degree. In addition, RNs working in the emergency unit had significantly higher disaster knowledge and skills than those without work experience in the emergency unit. Moreover, respondents who participated in disaster management training had significantly higher disaster skills than their counterparts. However, the senior RNs (≤ 40 years) had statistically significantly higher disaster preparedness than the young RNs (21–25 years). No significant association was found regarding RNs' gender, marital status, hospital types, and disaster experience with their disaster KSP. Along with disaster education, adequate disaster management training and drills are highly recommended to enhance RNs' disaster management capacity in Bangladesh.
•Data on 573 registered nurses (RNs) was collected using a structured questionnaire.•RNs had moderate levels of knowledge, skills, and preparedness (KSP) for disaster management.•Diester preparedness and disaster skills scores were highly correlated.•RNs who completed disaster management courses had statistically significantly higher KSP.•RNs working in emergency units and participating in disaster training had higher disaster skills.•Senior RNs had significantly higher disaster preparedness than junior RNs.
