Study purpose. The sport of tennis is one of the most popular branches globally and there are various techniques in hitting tennis. The purpose of this article review is to find out about exercises ...to improve groundstroke ability in tennis in Indonesia. The research method uses a literature review (Study Literature Review).
Materials and methods. The article selection model is often carried out using the prism flow diagram method. As many as 20 National Journal articles used as references in writing.
Results. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it states that footwork and tennis court drills can improve the ability of groundstroke forheand and backhand accuracy in court tennis. This research can be categorized as having a very high success rate.
Conclusion. The conclusion of this study is that footwork exercises and tennis court drills can improve groundstroke accuracy forehand and backhand in the very good category, and are also supported by several exercises or other training methods.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pembinaan Olahraga Karate Inkanas di Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak dari 3 aspek yaitu aspek atlet, aspek pelatih, dan aspek organisasi. Jenis penelitian ...ini adalah penelitian penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling dan jumlah sampel adalah 31 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah 1) Pembinaan olahraga Karate Inkanas di Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak ditinjau dari aspek atlet dikatagorikan sangat baik dengan persentase jawaban 86,8%. 2) Pembinaan olahraga Karate Inkanas di Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak ditinjau dari aspek pelatih dikatagorikan sangat baik dengan persentase jawaban 81,7%. 3) Pembinaan olahraga Karate Inkanas di Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak ditinjau dari aspek organisasi dikatagorikan sangat baik dengan persentase jawaban 90,0%. 4) Pembinaan olahraga Karate Inkanas di Kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak ditinjau dari keseluruhan aspek dikatagorikan sangat baik dengan persentase jawaban 86,2%
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle power and soccer shooting ability of UIR Soccer School Pekanbaru players. This type of research is correlational ...research. The population in this study were SSB UIR Soccer School (USS) players, totaling 58 people. The sampling technique was cluster sampling of players aged 14-15 years, totaling 20 people. The instrument used is a standing broad jump test and a shooting test for soccer games. The results of calculations carried out obtained a correlation index of 0.472. This value is in the range between 0.4 - 0.70 with a Medium correlation category. The rtable value in the sample of 20 or DF = 18 people is 0.444. Thus, the value of r arithmetic > r table or 0.472 > 0.444. The value of t count = 2.27 and the value of t table is 2.10. Thus, t count > t table or 2.27 > 2.10. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive power and soccer shooting ability of SSB UIR Soccer School Pekanbaru players. The calculated r value = 0.472 and the table r value = 0.444. The calculated t value = 2.27 and the t table value = 2.10.

Leading the match is not easy. Nowadays, there are many obstacles when leading the competition, starting from the regional to the international level. There are errors that sometimes we can't ...immediately conclude what the cause is. One of the causes of mistakes in leading the match is anxiety, whereby having a solid level of anxiety. There can be fear in deciding something, especially the large number of spectators, coaches, Referees who always watch the match and other officials, and internal factors that are said to be from within or extrinsic. This study aims to see the anxiety of tennis referees on duty at the Asean Schools Games in the field tennis branch. This research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted at the Tri Competition Juang Tennis Court in Semarang in September 2019. The data was collected using the anxiety questionnaire method. Population The total number of referees on duty in the Asean Schools Games in the Tennis Court is 16 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The data that has been collected from the results of the research test get the following results: (1) the level of anxiety of the tennis referee when leading the Asian school games is in the moderate category, (2) the intrinsic factors that affect anxiety are in the "moderate" category, and (3 ) extrinsic factors that also influence the anxiety that arises in a referee are in the "moderate" category. The conclusion from the data results is that the average level of anxiety from the two factors, namely the intrinsic factor and the extrinsic factor, is in the "moderate" category. It can be concluded that tennis referees continue to improve cognitive control, especially anxiety. So that anxiety will be more controlled and can lead the match well
The purpose of this research to understand the correlation between anxiety and the concentration of tennis athletes. The subjects of this study were tennis athletes who entered the qualifying round ...in the " Piala Rektor UNP & Dirut Bank Nagari 2021" tournament as many as 50 people. Measurement of anxiety variables on the sports anxiety scale and concentration variables using a concentration training grid. Analysis of the data used is product moment correlation. Analysis of the data used is product moment correlation. Data analysis shows a correlation coefficient of 0.784 and is included in the strong category and contributes to the correlation between variables of 0.64 or 64%. From the value of the correlation coefficient is in the strong category. That is, if the level of anxiety is high, the level of concentration of tennis athletes will be lower and vice versa, an increase in concentration will be followed by a decrease in anxiety.
The problem in this study is the lack of activeness and motivation of students of SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru in the learning activities of volleyball games, especially in learning service below, so that ...learning activities do not run optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation with the ability to serve under the volleyball game of SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students. This study is correlational that connects the independent variable, motivation (X) with the dependent variable, namely the ability to serve under the game of volleyball (Y). The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, totaling 335 people. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling, so that the students sampled in this study amounted to 54 people. Data collection for motivation is done by distributing questionnaires and service capabilities under Russel-Lange. The data obtained were analyzed using thecorrelation formula product moment with α = 0.05. Hypothesis test results show there is a relationship between motivation and the ability to service down in the game of volleyball (rxy = 0.345> rtable 0.281) and (tarithmetic = 2.520> ttable = 2.012). This means that the higher motivation possessed by SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students, the tendency of lower service ability in volleyball games is also increasing. In another sense, the hypothesis is accepted (significant)
Tennis is one of the most popular sport branches which very attractive to people nowadays. However, the varied fundamental techniques have been burden for this sport as it is hard to learn in short ...period of time. Groundstroke forehand and groundstroke backhand are the two among basic techniques in order to prepare and create the accomplished athlete. In training program, variety innovations are needed, hence the exercise situation become more interesting and also avoid such boredom. The convenient training model for children development is based on play and stay concept. The research method used is development. The final product of this research is the variety of training which emphasizes on groundstroke forehand & backhand exercise in the form of video by using games concept for junior tennis athlete. In tennis, presenting the training portion through playing concept to junior athlete (6-12 years old) is the exact option, because in that age, giving the proficiency and understanding of movement is easier to build. Delivering the training program within the support of technology will make it more focused and on target.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan groundstroke Mahasiswa UKM Tenis Lapangan Penjaskesrek FKIP UIR. Tenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini ...dilaksanakan di Lapangan Tenis Universitas Islam Riau pada Bulan Oktober 2019.S Instrumen tes dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kemampuan groundstroke tenis lapangan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Unit kegiatan Tenis lapangan pada prosi penjaskesrek FKIP UIR sebanyak 23 orang. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 8,70% memiliki hasil groundstroke dengan Kategori Baik Sekali, 13,04% memiliki hasil groundstroke Kategori Baik, 56,52% memiliki hasil groundstroke dengan Kategori Cukup, 17,39% memiliki hasil groundstroke dengan Kategori Kurang, 14,35% memiliki hasil groundstroke Kategori Kurang Sekali. Secara rata rata didapatkan hasil 1. Hasil kemampuan groundstroke forehand didapat skor rata-rata (mean) 28,17, berada pada Kategori Baik. 2. Hasil kemampuan groundstroke Backhand didapat skor rata-rata (mean) 23,09 berada pada Kategori Cukup atau Sedang. 3. Hasil kemampuan groundstroke didapat skor rata-rata (mean) 51,26, berada pada Kategori Cukup.

This research is descriptive research, namely only describing the bottom serving and bottom passing abilities of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu in 2023/2024. The population of this ...study was male students in class VII at SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu. In the 2023/2024 academic year, the aim was to determine the lower serving and lower passing abilities of volleyball students at SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu. The population in this study were students of SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu who had the same age level, namely 12-13 years with a sample size of 30 students and sampling using random sampling, namely a research method using surveys then data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The research results showed that the service ability of students at SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu was in the poor category, and The lower passing ability of students at SMP Negeri 1 Siak Hulu obtained the lower passing test results in the sufficient category 37%.
