We search for rare decays of D mesons to hadrons accompanied by an electron-positron pair (h(h(′))e+e−), using an e+e− collision sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb−1 ...collected with the BESIII detector at s=3.773 GeV. No significant signals are observed, and the corresponding upper limits on the branching fractions at the 90% confidence level are determined. The sensitivities of the results are at the level of 10−5–10−6, providing a large improvement over previous searches.
To investigate the effect of occupational toluene diisocyanate(TDI) exposure on matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1), and analysis of the ...correlation of MMP-9,TIMP-1,MMP-9/TIMP-1 and lung function.
In October 2014, based on cluster sampling, we conducted a cross-sectional study in a TDI production factory located in China's western region. 61 exposed workers were recruited from workers engaged in packing, operating and checking. Based on different levels of the external exposure, the packers were classified as high exposed group, while operators and checkers as low exposed group. 58 factory managers, matching age and agent, were selected as controls, having same work intense and not contacting the TDI or other allergens. The questionnaire surveys were used to obtain the agent, age, work age, smoking and drinking, personal and family allergic history, occupational history, and the recent health conditions. The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in serum of subjects we
By analyzing a 2.93 fb^{-1} data sample of e^{+}e^{-} collisions, recorded at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector operated at the BEPCII collider, we report the first ...observation of the semileptonic D^{+} transition into the axial-vector meson D^{+}→Kover ¯_{1}(1270)^{0}e^{+}ν_{e} with a statistical significance greater than 10σ. Its decay branching fraction is determined to be BD^{+}→Kover ¯_{1}(1270)^{0}e^{+}ν_{e}=(2.30±0.26_{-0.21}^{+0.18}±0.25)×10^{-3}, where the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively, and the third originates from the input branching fraction of Kover ¯_{1}(1270)^{0}→K^{-}π^{+}π^{0}.
•Thermal T-stress in cracked homogenous and functionally graded materials is studied.•Numerical manifold method and interaction integral is combined for T-stress extract.•Our solutions are in nice ...agreement with the available reference ones.•New T-stress results for inclined, multiple and intersecting cracks are reported.
T-stress plays an important role in the fracture of various materials, and is frequently adopted as a second fracture parameter in addition to the stress intensity factor. In this paper, the T-stresses for cracks in both homogeneous and functionally graded materials under thermal loadings are computed by the numerical manifold method (NMM), which is very suitable for crack modeling due to the use of bi-cover systems. After the calculation of temperature and displacement fields by the NMM solver, the T-stress is extracted through the domain-independent interaction integral. The proposed method is verified through two benchmark problems and then applied to study three more complex cases where the effects of material parameters and crack configurations on the T-stress are further examined.
