The purpose of this study was to find a way for modern tourists to enjoy increased well-being while being provided with high-quality information about cultural assets. In order for tourists to enjoy ...well-being, cultural tourism guides must provide quality services while using various storytelling techniques. As the number of tourists who are interested in cultural assets and use their leisure time for this purpose increases, quality cultural tourism commentary can be directly connected to the well-being of tourists. Modern tourists can experience richness of life and emotional stability while being provided with cultural tourism commentary services through various storytelling techniques rather than professional knowledge. In order for tourists to effectively experience well-being through cultural tourism commentary, cultural tourism guides need to implement the following effective commentary. First, culture tourism guides should try to have sense of unity with visitors. Second, they should encourage humanistic imagination through related information. Third, they should provide customized explanations for tourists' understanding because tourists consist of various classes and ages. Cultural tourism guides who attract tourists' interest, have appropriate wit, skillful responses to cope with unexpected situations, cheerful laughter, and a loud voice gained satisfaction from many tourists. In modern society, cultural tourism commentators are not limited to simply explaining tourist destinations, but play an important role in satisfying the well-being of modern tourists who seek leisure and emotional stability. The external environment that refers to outdoor atmospherics is also crucial as it influences visitor experiences. In museums, external physical environment factors such as architectural style, positioning of entrances, and exterior décor and signage can be a crucial facet of external ambiance affecting visitor experiences. The external environment (e.g., spacious design, pretty landscape design, outdoor natural surroundings) is a constituent of the tangibility aspect of museum performances. These external environment factors and internal factors together create perceived physical environments that visitors and staff cognitively/emotionally/physiologically respond to. The significance of this study is that various cultural storytelling activities performed by tour guides are examining the possibility of experiencing increased psychological well-being while making tourists as well as themselves aware of the happiness and joy of life.
Cellular senescence is defined as a stable, persistent arrest of cell proliferation. Here, we examine whether senescent cells can lose senescence hallmarks and reenter a reversible state of ...cell-cycle arrest (quiescence). We constructed a molecular regulatory network of cellular senescence based on previous experimental evidence. To infer the regulatory logic of the network, we performed phosphoprotein array experiments with normal human dermal fibroblasts and used the data to optimize the regulatory relationships between molecules with an evolutionary algorithm. From ensemble analysis of network models, we identified 3-phosphoinositide–dependent protein kinase 1 (PDK1) as a promising target for inhibitors to convert the senescent state to the quiescent state. We showed that inhibition of PDK1 in senescent human dermal fibroblasts eradicates senescence hallmarks and restores entry into the cell cycle by suppressing both nuclear factor κB and mTOR signaling, resulting in restored skin regeneration capacity. Our findings provide insight into a potential therapeutic strategy to treat age-related diseases associated with the accumulation of senescent cells.
Predicting cellular responses to perturbations requires interpretable insights into molecular regulatory dynamics to perform reliable cell fate control, despite the confounding non-linearity of the ...underlying interactions. There is a growing interest in developing machine learning-based perturbation response prediction models to handle the non-linearity of perturbation data, but their interpretation in terms of molecular regulatory dynamics remains a challenge. Alternatively, for meaningful biological interpretation, logical network models such as Boolean networks are widely used in systems biology to represent intracellular molecular regulation. However, determining the appropriate regulatory logic of large-scale networks remains an obstacle due to the high-dimensional and discontinuous search space. To tackle these challenges, we present a scalable derivative-free optimizer trained by meta-reinforcement learning for Boolean network models. The logical network model optimized by the trained optimizer successfully predicts anti-cancer drug responses of cancer cell lines, while simultaneously providing insight into their underlying molecular regulatory mechanisms.

The challenge of predicting cellular responses to perturbations amid the complex non-linearities of molecular interactions has spurred the development of machine learning-based models. However, interpreting these models in terms of molecular regulatory dynamics remains difficult. Conversely, logical network models like Boolean networks offer interpretability but struggle with large-scale networks due to high-dimensional search spaces. To overcome these hurdles, we introduce a scalable derivative-free optimizer, trained via meta-reinforcement learning, for Boolean network models. This approach enables prediction of anti-cancer drug responses in cancer cell lines while offering valuable insights into their molecular regulatory mechanisms.
Kim et al. present a gray box framework that combines a white box logical model with a black box optimizer, addressing challenges in interpreting molecular regulatory dynamics. The gray box framework successfully predicts anti-cancer drug responses of cancer cells, while shedding light on the underlying molecular regulatory mechanisms.

The purpose of this study is to identify the values of vitality, equality, inclusiveness, and altruism possessed by goddesses in the Neolithic Age, to examine the symbolism of human cultural archetypes, and to suggest the need for restoration. Today’s society is at a point where natural ecosystems, destruction, war, and environmental pollution are in progress. Therefore, the restoration of the symbolic value of the goddess represented by the dignity of life is an important issue. This is because the goddess culture representing the value of life has a future-oriented value and connectivity in modern society. Jeju Island has a special meaning in that there are various goddess-related myths at a time when the restoration of goddess culture is required. The mythology and culture of the goddess of Jeju Island presents divinity, vitality, and the image of an independent woman. The goddess culture of Jeju Island is a heritage that requires preservation with a very important meaning in that it is not only the harmony between humans and nature, but also the original goddess culture that mankind has lost.

This article delves into which MBTI personality types arise in which particular reading comprehension strategies, thus aiming to deliver optimum English instructions based on individual preferences. ...To that end, using MBTI data concurrently with the reading strategy preference results collected from 131 participants, this study examined five discrete reading comprehension strategies according to 16 personality types in four ranges-favorite worlds, information, decision, and structure. The results evidenced that E-typed and J-typed learners adopted the vocabulary meaning decoding strategy more than I-typed and P-typed learners. The guessing and comprehension check strategy statistically differed between E- and I-typed learners. The meta-cognitive strategy also confirmed the statistical significance between Tand F-typed learners. It was found that different reading strategies could depend on L2 learners’ different personality types. Overall, it can be interpreted that active employment of a wide range of reading strategies through diverse instructional approaches would eventually foster L2 learners’ reading comprehension while enhancing their strengths and complementing weaknesse.
The purpose of this paper is to examine the process of main character's self-recovery in Peter Shaffer's Equus and Lee, Cheong Joon's Discharging from Hospital through the use of psychoanalysis. Therefore, this paper focuses on the trauma among characters. Because their wounds stem from the experience or the emotional disorder in their childhood. That is, Alan and 'I' live with the psychological trauma from the experience in their childhood, and show 'Repeatability' and 'Obsession' which are the features of traumatic neurosis commonly in these two works. Also, they continuously try to reach a state for realizing a sense of responsibility and self-confidence.
Shaffer regards that the contemporary society and religion repress individual and that people are isolated with the growth of individualism and materialism. To recover self-identity from oppressive society, Alan try to turn to primitive ancient world. For example, the more Dr. Dysart contemplates Alan's mind, the more he finds Alan's passion. What Alan has is a worship and a primitive instinct.
'I' experience a fear of flashlight which is a forbidden light in Discharging from Hospital. The forbidden light is no longer the light. It is the darkness which is worse than just darkness. Because it is censoring, forbidding and oppressing sharp symbol. Therefore, flashlight wounds pure spirit severely. Lee, Cheong Joon describes 'I''s memory by 'Flashlight' as a terrible mental disease. In conclusion, personal pathology might be based on an individual desire. Alan and 'I' show the possibility of return to society by experiencing internal growth and the moment in which they reach the consciousness of realizing relation between society and 'I' relatively in their difficult situation. Face masks are used to protect the wearer from harmful external air and to prevent transmission of viruses from air exhaled by potentially infected wearers to the surrounding people. In this study, ...we examined the potential utility of masks for collecting viruses contained in exhaled breath and detected the collected viruses via various molecular tests. Using KF94 masks, the inner electrostatic filter was selected for virus collection, and an RNA extraction protocol was developed for the face mask. Virus detection in worn mask samples was performed using PCR and rolling circle amplification (RCA) tests and four different target genes (N, E, RdRp, and ORF1ab genes). The present study confirmed that the mask sample tests showed positive SARS-CoV-2 results, similar to the PCR tests using nasopharyngeal swab samples. In addition, the quantity of nucleic acid collected in the masks linearly increased with wearing time. These results suggest that samples for SARS-CoV-2 tests can be collected in a noninvasive, quick, and easy method by simply submitting worn masks from subjects, which can significantly reduce the hassle of waiting at airports or public places and concerns about cross-infection. In addition, it is expected that miniaturization technology will integrate PCR assays on face masks in the near future, and mask-based self-diagnosis would play a significant role in resolving the pandemic situation.
