Pendidikan kewarganegaraan global, pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam konteks Indonesia, dan kerangka konseptual kompetensi kewarganegaraan global. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif ...kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan meliputi pengumpulan data pustaka, mencatat, mereview sumber data, serta mengolah informasi. Urgensi pendidikan kewarganegaraan global yaitu mempersiapkan generasi muda yang memahami dunia kontemporer, berperan aktif baik dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan nasional dan global, serta menjadi kontributor yang proaktif untuk dunia yang lebih adil, damai, toleran, inklusif, aman, dan berkelanjutan. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam konteks Indonesia belum memuat materi pendidikan kewarganegaraan global. Kerangka konseptual kewarganegaraan global dalam pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan harus meliputi tiga unsur utama yaitu pengetahuan dan pemahaman global, nilai dan sikap, serta keterampilan global. Peneguhan Jati Diri Bangsa dan Karakter keIndonesiaan Melalui PKn di Era Globalisasi. Mengkaji masalah fenomena globalisasi yang menjadi trend issu dan agenda bersama untuk menciptakan suatu dinamika dalam kehidupan dengan masyarakat dunia, pasang surut PKn dalam struktur kurikulum pendidikan nasional, serta peran PKn dalam meneguhkan jati diri dan karakter ke Indonesiaan di era globalisasi. Semuanya dibahas secara rinci dengan berbagai asumsi dan fakta yang mendukung perlunya revitalisasi dan reposisi PKn sebagai matapelajaran “value-based education” dan mengembangkan “multidimensional citizenship” mutlak dilakukan dalam konteks ini.
This research explores students' perceptions of mobile game-based learning models in social studies instruction. A descriptive quantitative design was used, with a questionnaire survey given to 31 ...students with experience with mobile game-based learning models. The research results show that students generally have a positive perception of mobile game use in Social Studies learning, with the majority agreeing that mobile games increase their engagement and motivation. The study also identified several factors influencing student engagement and motivation, such as the relevance and quality of game content, the level of interactivity and feedback provided, and integration with the curriculum. The findings show that the mobile game-based learning model can potentially increase students' enthusiasm for learning social studies, especially for Generation Z students accustomed to using digital devices in their everyday lives.
The development of science, technology and information in the digital era affects all aspects of human life. Technological innovations were developed to help and simplify work. By studying learning ...innovations, students can design, manage, and carry out learning that is more interesting and innovative. The purpose of this study is to describe the benefits of Google Classroom in developing the creativity of prospective educators in designing digital-based learning. The research method used is a qualitative case study type. Data obtained through interviews and observation. This research was conducted at the sociology department of the sociology education study program, especially for the learning innovation course in the January-June 2022 semester. The technique for selecting research informants used purposive sampling. The informants consisted of 22 lecturers and students. Data analysis was performed by Miles Huberman's interactive analysis consisting of: data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusion. The results of the research findings are that the learning approach used in learning is student-centered approach. The learning platform used to practice managing online learning is Google Classroom. Online classes are designed according to interests and teaching needs. Learning tools are structured and systematic. The experience gained by students is not only as a student but also the experience of being a teacher who manages his own class. Online classes can help students take advantage of free time to study independently. The design of learning materials becomes more attractive and of high quality. The assessment instrument is made more practical and efficient. Learning can be repeated and carried out without space and time limits.
This study aims to describe the development of value-based interactive multimedia through integrated practice
for the formation of students’ character. This study uses Research and Development Design ...at the Department of
Social Sciences Education at Indonesia University of Education. Conceptually, the design in question is
integration of living values and social studies learning materials into interactive multimedia by involving
students through an integrated practice in schools (university and junior high school). Implementation of the
design is realized through several steps: negotiation of subject matter and character, presentation of materials,
group distribution based on social science topics, exploration of character values according to the topics,
integrated practice (initial observation to school, multimedia scenario development, multimedia production,
multimedia simulations in class, and multimedia utilization in school). Implementation of the interactive
multimedia design significantly affects the formation of students’ character.
This study aims to develop and examine a civic education textbook model based on living values education in order to foster the development of junior high school students' characters. This research ...employs Research and Development approach with an explorative method being used at model development stage and experiment method at model testing stage. Research subjects are teachers of Civics Education and junior high school students in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Data were gathered through observation, interview, focus group discussion, and attitude scale. Qualitative data analysis includes interactive analysis and quantitative data analysis uses a paired sample T-test. The results of the research are: 1) at a conceptual level, a living values education-based textbook is the integration of living values and the principles of living values education into textbooks by taking into account the principles of scientific learning, core competencies and basic competencies in accordance with the national curriculum, and the principles of textbook writing (content feasibility, presentation, language and readability, and graphics); and 2) the use of living values education-based Civic Education textbook significantly impacts the development of junior high school students' character.
