Dynamic electromagnetic characteristics is significant for the design and operation of superconducting (SC) electrodynamic suspension (EDS) train. This paper established a three-dimensional transient ...numerical model in COMSOL. The current density excitation comes from the homogenized model of the superconducting magnet. In order to decrease the computing time, periodic boundary is introduced taking the place of finitely long route. Mapping operator is adopted to ensure the continuity of physical quantities in the case of geometric discontinuity in the process of motion. Induced current and magnetic force at different operation velocity and different structure are simulated. In general, this model could be applied to simulate long term operation. It is also suited for the simulation of propulsion systems for EDS systems. In addition, this model provides electromagnetic environment intuitively that would be helpful for the stability analysis and design of onboard SC magnets during long term operation.
What is Known and Objective
The role of rituximab in the first‐line treatment of low‐tumour‐burden follicular lymphoma (LTB‐FL) has been supported by a large number of data. However, whether ...rituximab biosimilars have the same efficacy and safety as the reference drug (MabThera) is still controversial.
Methods
Electronic databases and the ClinicalTrail.gov website were extensively searched using relevant search criteria. The risk of bias of the included studies was assessed using the RoB 2 assessment scale, and the RevMan 5.4 statistical software was used for meta‐analysis.
Results and Discussion
A total of 1223 patients were included in four clinical randomized controlled trials. There was no statistical difference in efficacy between biosimilars and MabThera groups (the objective response rate: RR = 1.00, 95% CI: 0.93–1.08, p = 0.92; the progression‐free survival: RR = 1.04, 95% CI: 0.96–1.12, p = 0.30; the overall survival: RR = 1.00, 95% CI: 0.98–1.03, p = 0.76; the serious adverse events: RR = 1.15, 95% CI: 0.69–1.89, p = 0.59; the infusion‐related reaction: RR = 0.91, 95% CI: 0.77–1.09, p = 0.32). In terms of safety, there was also no significant difference between two groups.
What is New and Conclusion
Our study concluded that the efficacy and safety of rituximab biosimilars in the treatment of LTB‐FL are highly similar to those of the original drug.

The Cu65Ni35 alloy liquid was undercooled by the fluxing method, and the rapid solidification structure was obtained by natural cooling. The solidification interface migration information of Cu65Ni35 ...alloy liquid in rapid solidification stage was photographed with the help of high-speed camera, and the recalescence velocity was calculated. The microstructure evolution of the alloy was systematically studied by observing the microstructure morphology and taking photos on the metallographic microscope. By analyzing the evolution of dendrite grain size and microstructure microhardness with undercoolingand relying on electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technology, the grain refinement mechanism of microstructure under high undercooling and low undercooling is finally confirmed.

. A total of 159 mg of CAM-W was obtained from 1 L of fermentation supernatant. The purified CAM-W showed a consistent size with the expected molecular weight of 3.2 kDa. Our findings suggest that this novel expression system can be used as a powerful tool for the efficient production of CAM-W.

Aims The overall goal of this study was to examine the spatial and temporal patterns of C storage from 1992 to 2002 in forest ecosystems in Guangdong, China. Methods We used 2237, 2103, and 1978 plot ...data from three continuous forest inventory in 1992, 1997, and 2002, respectively, four TM images and one soil survey data in Guangdong to examine the spatial and temporal patterns of C storage in forest ecosystems during 1992-2002. The uncertainty analysis of forest C storage in Guangdong in 1992 and 2002 was also conducted to provide the range of estimations. Results The forest coverage percent in Guangdong increased from 37.1 % in 1992 to 57.2 % in 2002 while the total forest C storage in Guangdong increased from 144.73 ±6.20 Tg in 1992 to 215.03 ± 8.48 Tg in 2002. The order of average forest biomass C storage increase during 1992-2002 among the four regions is Western Guangdong (GW)>Eastern Guangdong (GE)>the Pearl River Delta (PRE)>Northern Guangdong (GN). The factors including tree species and altitude and slope aspect can explain 58-67 % variation of Veg C storage multiple regression model in Guangdong. However, the multiple regression model for SOC storage can only explain about 18-39 % variation of SOC storage in Guangdong. Total ecosystem C is mainly determined by SOC storage. Conclusions The total forest C storage in Guangdong increased about 49 % from 1992 to 2002 partially due to the increasing forest coverage percent over the period. The spatial distribution of forest C storage in Guangdong was uneven and this pattern reflects differences in forest management and economic and social development. Future forest management should focus on the selection of tree species, management of forest stand structures and implementation of sustainable practices so that Veg C sequestration potentials can be maximized.
At present, probiotics are being extensively evaluated for their efficacy as an alternative to antibiotics, and their safety in livestock production. In this study, 128 (Duroc, Yorkshire and ...Landrace) pigs with an average initial body weight of 28.38 ± 0.25 kg were allocated to four dietary treatments in a randomized complete-block design. There were eight pens per treatment, with four pigs per pen (two barrows and two gilts). Dietary treatments included: (1) control diet; (2) control diet + 0.05% complex probiotic; (3) control diet + 0.1% complex probiotic; (4) control diet + 0.2% complex probiotic. During the 28-day experimental period, the feeding of 0.1% complex probiotic in the diet increased body weight and average daily gain (
< 0.05). The addition of complex probiotics decreased total cholesterol and glucose concentrations in the blood (
< 0.01). Acetate concentrations in the blood increased from 0.1% complex probiotic in the diet (
< 0.05), while NH

S emissions in the feces decreased (
< 0.05) from 0.1% or 0.2% complex probiotic in the diet. In conclusion, dietary complex probiotic supplementation changed the composition of intestinal short-chain fatty acids and improved growth performance for growing pigs.
The exact mechanisms of rosacea development are unknown, but it has been suggested that tea consumption may be associated with its development. To determine the relationship between tea drinking ...behaviour and rosacea, this clinical case-control study recruited 2,063 participants, who completed a questionnaire about tea drinking behaviour. A 1:1 ratio propensity score matching method was used to generate 619 cases and 619 controls. High-frequency tea drinking (3 times/day: adjusted odds ratio (aOR) 2.592; 95% confidence interval (95% CI) 1.225–5.485; ≥ 4 times/day; aOR 8.86; 95% CI 3.43–22.887), non-fermented tea (aOR 2.172; 95% CI 1.562–3.022), and hot tea (aOR 2.793; 95% CI 1.796–1.344) were associated with an increased risk of rosacea. Further results showed that these tea drinking behaviours were significantly associated with an increased risk of flushing (aOR 1.41; 95% CI 1.07–1.87) and erythema (aOR 1.48; 95% CI 1.10–2.00). Tea drinking behaviour is closely related to rosacea and mainly affect flushing and erythema.

Fluorene was one of the priority controlled polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and distributed abundantly in the environment, which has a great harmful on human body. It was very important to detect the cytotoxicity of fluorene with a rapid and accurate method. In this present work, a simple and ultrasensitive electrochemical biosensor was developed by electrodeposition of reduced graphene oxide quantum dots (RGOQDs) on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) for the first time. The electrochemical behaviors of uric acid (UA), xanthine (X) and guanine (G) were studied on RGOQDs/GCE by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) with a limit of detection of 0.024μM, respectively. Then the electrochemical biosensor was used to evaluate the cytotoxicity of fluorene for MCF-7 cells based on the variation of G/X in MCF-7 cells solution. The result showed that fluorene exposed to MCF-7 cells at the concentration range of 0–0.05mM could promote cell proliferation, the concentration above 0.05mM exhibited inhibitory effect, which was verified by methyl-thiazolyl-tetrazolium (MTT) assay. The electrochemical biosensor based on RGOQDs/GCE could be used not only for evaluation the cytotoxicity of PAHs, but also for detection the physiological process related to intracellular purine nucleotide metabolism.
Alloys are an effective and practical synthetic strategy for modulating the bandgap of materials. Here, we construct a series of phosphorus-arsenic alloys, hoping to effectively tune the bandgap ...width by introducing arsenic elements in the phosphorus monolayer. Among the many isomers, we have chosen the most stable α and β phases to construct the alloys. For the α phase, the introduction of arsenic can effectively narrow the bandgap width (0.92–0.15 eV), while for the β phase, the introduction of arsenic does not drastically change the bandgap width (1.63–0.99 eV) than that of α phase, and this difference in electronic structure largely arises from the anisotropy of the structure itself and its tolerance to strain. The design of this alloy is promising for the application of this material in photodetectors in the mid- and long-infrared wavelengths.
