Interpretative activity is a rational cognition of man on objective existence, and when this kind of reason blends with publicness in social field and integrates into public reason of man, in ...essence, it is the rational cognition of man as subject on materialistic world in life; in practice, it is the spontaneous consciousness of man on the significance, anxiety and construction of his own being. Only in public rational field can the meaning of text be judged correctly and understood, and the interpretation obtain the identity of legitimacy. In the interpretive behavior of human beings, the aims of public reasons are as follows: first, to satisfy the rational cognitive requirement of interpretive subject and make its achievements shared by rational beings;; secondly,to promote the interpretation of object to reach the certainty of meaning and restrict people to interpret metaphysically according to principle of freedom. Due to the general misinterpretation of the practice in interpretive activity, public reason of interpretation adopts value and meaning as a pattern. In the stage of recognizing regulation so as to acquire fact, it is a mixture of cognition, understanding and proving with heterogeneous, coinciding and contradictory textual meaning, which results in the foundation for the rational cognition of the truth. In the stage of ascertain knowledge, it opposes nihilistic interpretation and constructs an interpersonal interpretative and understanding relationship with its public nature to know the commonality of text so as to form the common understanding of the common nature of text
Metal borides/borates have been considered promising as oxygen evolution reaction catalysts; however, to date, there is a dearth of evidence of long-term stability at practical current densities. ...Here we report a phase composition modulation approach to fabricate effective borides/borates-based catalysts. We find that metal borides in-situ formed metal borates are responsible for their high activity. This knowledge prompts us to synthesize NiFe-Boride, and to use it as a templating precursor to form an active NiFe-Borate catalyst. This boride-derived oxide catalyzes oxygen evolution with an overpotential of 167 mV at 10 mA/cm
in 1 M KOH electrolyte and requires a record-low overpotential of 460 mV to maintain water splitting performance for over 400 h at current density of 1 A/cm
. We couple the catalyst with CO reduction in an alkaline membrane electrode assembly electrolyser, reporting stable C
H
electrosynthesis at current density 200 mA/cm
for over 80 h.
In recent years, the gas-oil ratio of LaSaxing Oilfield has been on the rise and the variation characteristics of gas-oil ratio of each plant are quite different. The high production of gas leads to ...the intensification of three-phase interference of oil, gas and water, and the poor fluidity of crude oil after degassing, which affects the overall development effect of the oilfield. Though the method of oil and gas water three phase numerical simulation, the conceptual model was established. Based on the model, analysing the change of producing gas-oil ratio by designing the scheme of numerical simulation under different factors points out the results——the formation pressure is the key factors influenced the producing gas-oil ratio change and the formation pressure level determines the trend of the producing gas-oil ratio. The results provide a technical support for oilfield production safety and the optimization of the ground production system, and achieve an important practical significance for oilfield sustainable development.
Surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is a new optical spectroscopic analysis technique with potential for highly sensitive detection of molecules. Recently, many efforts have been made to find ...SERS substrates with high sensitivity and reproducibility. In this Research News article, we provide a focused review on the synthesis of monodispersed silver particles with a novel, highly roughened, “flower‐like” morphology by reducing silver nitrate with ascorbic acid in aqueous solutions. The nanometer‐scale surface roughness of the particles can provide several hot spots on a single particle, which significantly increases SERS enhancement. The incident polarization‐dependent SERS of individual particles is also studied. Although the different “hot spots” on a single particle can have a strong polarization dependency, the total Raman signals from an individual particle usually have no obvious polarization dependency. Moreover, these flower‐like silver particles can be measured by SERS with high enhancement several times, which indicates the high stability of the hot spots. Hence, the flower‐like silver particles here can serve as highly sensitive and reproducible SERS substrates.

Actual tourism mining models are often used to discover potential information in documents, but tourism models without human knowledge often produce unexplainable topics. This paper combines big data ...technology to build a personalized recommendation system for smart tourism, model the contextual information usage ontology under the tourism information system, and give the association between various ontologies. Then, this paper uses a matrix to describe each discrete attribute and interval attribute and uses a vector to model the user’s preferences. In addition, this paper constructs an intelligent recommendation system based on the actual needs of travel recommendation and verifies the system in combination with experimental research. Through experimental analysis, it can be known that the intelligent tourism personalized recommendation system based on big data technology proposed in this paper has a high practical effect.
Recent studies suggested an association of endothelial microRNA-126 (miR-126) with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). In the current study, we examined whether circulating miR-126 is associated with ...T2DM and pre-diabetic syndrome. The study included 82 subjects with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT), 75 subjects with impaired fasting glucose (IFG), 160 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM, and 138 healthy individuals. Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) was used to examine serum miR-126. Serum miR-126 was significantly lower in IGT/IFG subjects and T2DM patients than in healthy controls (p<0.05). After six months of treatment (diet control and exercise in IGT/IFG subjects, insulin plus diet control and exercise in T2DM patients), serum miR-126 increased significantly (p<0.05). An analysis based on serum miR-126 in the sample revealed a significantly higher odds ratio (OR) for the subjects with the lowest 1/3 of serum miR-126 for T2DM (OR: 3.500, 95% confidence interval: 1.901-6.445, p<0.05) than subjects within the highest 1/3 of serum miR-126. Such an association was still apparent after adjusting for other major risk factors. The area under the curve (AUC) for the receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was 0.792 (95% confidence interval: 0.707-0.877, p<0.001). These results encourage the use of serum miR-126 as a biomarker for pre-diabetes and diabetes mellitus, as well as therapeutic response.
Ligand-free Ru nanoclusters supported on carbon black have been synthesized in situ for the first time from the reduction of RuCl3 by ammonia-borane concomitantly with its hydrolysis process at room ...temperature, and their catalytic activity has been investigated. Well dispersed Ru nanoclusters (∼1.7 nm) are stabilized and immobilized by carbon black. Due to the small size and the absence of ligands on the surface, the Ru catalysts exhibit high catalytic activity, which is partly retained after 5 reaction cycles. A kinetic study shows that the catalytic hydrolysis of ammonia-borane is first order with respect to Ru catalyst concentration; the turnover frequency is 429.5 mol H2 min−1 mol−1 Ru. The activation energy for the hydrolysis of ammonia-borane in the presence of Ru/C catalysts has been measured to be 34.81 ± 0.12 kJ mol−1, which is smaller than most of the values reported for other catalysts, including those based on Ru, for the same reaction.
▶ Ru nanoclusters on carbon black were in situ synthesized. ▶ Such synthesized Ru nanoclusters were used for hydrolysis of ammonia borane. ▶ These ligand-free nanoclusters don't need further treatment before catalysis. ▶ They exhibit high catalytic activity, low activation energy, and fair stability.
Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection remains a global health burden. Timely and effective antiviral therapy is beneficial for patients with HBV infection. With existing antiviral drugs, ...including nucleos(t)ide analogs and interferon-alfa, patients can achieve viral suppression with improved prognosis. However, the rate of hepatitis B surface antigen loss is low. To achieve a functional cure and even complete cure in chronic hepatitis B patients, new antivirals need to be developed. In this review, we summarized the advantages and disadvantages of existing antiviral drugs and focused on new antivirals including direct-acting antiviral drugs and immunotherapeutic approaches.
Specific alterations in N-linked glycans, such as core fucosylation, are associated with many cancers and other disease states. Because of the many possible anomeric linkages associated with ...fucosylated N-glycans, determination of specific anomeric linkages and the site of fucosylation (i.e., core vs outer arm) can be difficult to elucidate. A new MALDI mass spectrometry imaging workflow in formalin-fixed clinical tissues is described using recombinant endoglycosidase F3 (Endo F3), an enzyme with a specific preference for cleaving core-fucosylated N-glycans attached to glycoproteins. In contrast to the broader substrate enzyme peptide-N-glycosidase F (PNGaseF), Endo F3 cleaves between the two core N-acetylglucosamine residues at the protein attachment site. On tissues, this results in a mass shift of 349.137 a.m.u. for core-fucosylated N-glycans when compared to N-glycans released with standard PNGaseF. Endo F3 can be used singly and in combination with PNGaseF digestion of the same tissue sections. Initial results in liver and prostate tissues indicate core-fucosylated glycans associated to specific tissue regions while still demonstrating a diverse mix of core- and outer arm-fucosylated glycans throughout all regions of tissue. By determining these specific linkages while preserving localization, more targeted diagnostic biomarkers for disease states are possible without the need for microdissection or solubilization of the tissue.
Neurotrophic factors, which can provide nutritional support to neurons and neuronal cells, also played an important role in their proliferation and survival. As signaling molecules, it also mediated ...the learning, memory and other activities in the brain. The latest study shows that neurotrophic factors have diametrically opposing effects of the pro- and mature form through distinct receptors. In this review, we summarize the different forms of neurotrophic factors, related receptors, and the corresponding biological effects. More importantly, we expounded the physiology and pathology mechanisms of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in depression. It is hopefully to provide new idea on the relationship of neurotrophic factors and depression.
