The article provides a study of the main goals and methods of forming the personnel reserve in conditions of uncertainty. The study is based on the importance of quick response to emerging needs ...regarding the formation of a reserve, evaluation of candidates from the reserve and closing of vacant positions by relevant specialists. The main tasks, goals and stages of the formation of the personnel reserve are defined. Basic and modern evaluation methods are described, which will help to conduct the process of evaluating candidates in conditions of uncertainty much more efficiently.
This article is devoted to the study of the specifics of personnel management and its adaptation to the conditions of martial law. The author revealed general concepts related to personnel ...management, defined the objects and subjects of personnel management. It has been established that an enterprise that wants to act aggressively in a competitive environment, implement new technologies, have high-quality products and an adaptive internal structure in all its management systems, now also depends on the development of human capital. Thanks to this, with the help of analysis, not only strategies, organizational structure, various planning and control procedures, but also management style, appropriateness of employee qualifications, their daily behavior and reaction to innovations and changes should be constantly improved. This is the essence of this problem. The specifics of the regulatory and legal regulation of personnel management in the conditions of martial law are determined. The procedure for transferring an employee to remote work and the specifics of enterprise management in the event of enterprise downtime are described. Changes in the economy carried out in Ukraine associated with the introduction of martial law significantly changed the status of the organization - the main link of the national economy. The peculiarities of the Law of Ukraine "On the Organization of Labor Relations in the Conditions of Martial Law" are defined. It is substantiated that in the conditions of martial law, the market places the organization in fundamentally new relations with state organizations, production and other partners and employees. New economic and legal regulations are being established. Increased fulfillment of staff requirements: systematic updating of knowledge and promotion to a new quality level, professional competence, culture of communication, creative activity, use of the latest technologies as a basis for innovation, implementation and growth; timely response to alarms.
The primary goal of the study is to form an effective model for countering external threats to the corporate security of engineering enterprises in the context of COVID-19. The priority of forming a ...methodological basis for ensuring the corporate security of enterprises today is determined primarily by two key circumstances. First, is the need to create safe conditions for development under the influence of COVID-19. Secondly, the importance of the role of corporations functioning today, which they already play in economic processes. The modeling methodology was applied to show the functioning of the system for counteracting external threats to the corporate security of engineering enterprises in the context of COVID-19. COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the activities of engineering enterprises around the world, especially concerning foreign economic activity. Because of the study, the main stages and processes of countering external threats to the corporate security of engineering enterprises in the context of COVID-19 were identified.
The main purpose of the paper is to form an intelligent multi-stage model for counteracting the negative impact of disinformation on the cybersecurity system. The research methodology involves the ...use of various modeling methods, including the construction of diagrams, intelligent models and matrices. The main results of the study are modeling the process of counteracting the negative impact of disinformation in the cybersecurity system for a particular region. Successful should be considered the application of a methodical approach to solving the tasks. All stages of the modeling technique were successfully completed. As a result of the study, the main intellectual multi-stage model for counteracting the negative impact of disinformation on the cybersecurity system was identified and presented. The study has a number of limitations related to the fact that it does not allow to cover all types of disinformation. Only those that, according to the authors, were of the greatest relevance today, were selected for modeling. Further research should be devoted to expanding the intellectual model, taking into account new factors of the negative impact of disinformation on the cybersecurity system.

Стаття присвячена аналізу стану ринку праці у воєнний період, порівняння змін із станом ринку в мирний час, розглянуті процеси адаптації під нові умови існування, розглянуті зміни у пріоритетності ...вакантних посад на ринку. Визначено, що незважаючи на військові дії, ринок праці почав процес стабілізації, показав свою пластичність та пристосованість до умов та потреб держави. Натомість, розглядаючи майбутню перспективу розвитку, визначено, що чим довше триватимуть бойові дії, тим важче буде утримувати стабільність на ринку. Виявлено, що в особливо напруженому стані знаходяться Західні області країни, котрі прийняли на себе значне соціальне навантаження через прибуття значної кількості вимушено переміщених осіб. Тому нами виділені ключові ризики, котрі будуть дестабілізувати ринок при продовженні україно-російської війни та у післявоєнний час. Запропоновано ряд заходів щодо відновлення стабілізації ринку праці після завершення бойових дій на території держави, висунуті пропозиції щодо розгляду змін законодавства та розробки механізмів повернення вимушених переселенців, створення умов до залучення молоді на ринок праці та забезпечення програм із професійної орієнтації, підвищення кваліфікації для швидкого та ефективного відновлення ринку праці та економіки в цілому.

Визначено основні інструменти для моніторингу залученості персоналу організації, а також їх зміст, переваги і недоліки. Встановлено ключові вимоги до опитування персоналу та пояснено важливість кожної з вимог, а також визначено показники ефективності залученості працівників організації. Описано три послідовні етапи реалізування системи залученості персоналу організації, зокрема: планування заходів, проведення запланованих заходів з переліком конкретних кроків, та оцінка ефективності проведених заходів щодо покращення залученості персоналу організації.
