The paper deals with the competitiveness of the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the key causes of non-competitiveness and measures for its increase. According to the competitiveness index, Bosnia ...and Herzegovina is ranked 107th out of 137 countries surveyed (World Economic Forum, 2017-18). Import coverage by export is 58%. Bosnia and Herzegovina has recorded a decline in competitiveness in all areas compared to previous reports. GDP per capita is 29% of the EU average 28, according to official statistics, other authors’ research and our own research in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Among the most important weaknesses of the companies are the lack of entrepreneurial competencies and training programs, both employees and managers. In developed economies, knowledge is the main resource. It is a source of competitive advantage and a sine qua non survival on the market. This paper demonstrates the direct interdependence of learning in the organization and knowledge management and competitiveness of companies. Competitiveness can be significantly increased by defining and implementing training and education programs.

Bosnu i Hercegovinu karakteriziraju niska ekonomska aktivnost, velika nezaposlenost, nekonkurentna radna snaga, veliki odljev radne snage u reproduktivnoj dobi, a sve navedeno rezultira velikom ...socijalnom isključenošću, nepovoljnom dobnom strukturom, strukturnom nezaposlenošću i siromaštvom. Cilj ovog rada je stvoriti učinkovit model za smanjenje socijalnih problema koji opterećuju BiH. Fokus rada su socijalna poduzeća, kao učinkovit model organizacije potpore marginaliziranim skupinama, kao i zapošljavanje pripadnika teže zapošljivih kategorija, čija je nezaposlenost uzrokovana nedostatkom kompetencija, invaliditetom i slično. Ni razvijene zemlje nisu u stanju pružiti materijalnu pomoć socijalno isključenima koja će zadovoljiti njihove osnovne životne potrebe. Autori su koristili rezultate svojih istraživanja i analizirali socijalnu ekonomiju u drugim zemljama te primjere uspješne prakse. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na važnost pokretanja socijalnih poduzeća koja su značajno doprinijela smanjenju nezaposlenosti i broja ljudi u stanju socijalne potrebe. Neophodna je podrška vlade i društva u cjelini. Ovaj rad nastoji dokazati da je moguće poboljšati sustav socijalne zaštite i potaknuti razvoj poduzetništva primjenom odgovarajućih modela koji će povezati gospodarske sektore i socijalnu zaštitu.
This research aims to determine the extent to which students see entrepreneurship as an option for future work and which socio-demographic factors have the greatest impact on their entrepreneurial ...orientation. The research shows that colleges have no significant impact on entrepreneurial orientation of students. The obtained information should help colleges, especially those with economic studies. They should make their curricula more efficient in terms of competencies and outcomes for graduates. It is necessary to adapt educational contents to practical requirements, to make knowledge more functional. In order to encourage young people to start their own business, a multi-sectored and multidisciplinary approaches are needed.
Accounting policy should be seen as a framework within which policy is formed to keep business events with the primary objective of increasing safety, especially financial reporting of management. ...Some management companies is who is responsible for the end result of the economic activity of enterprises run by. To be able to reliably managed by the company shall have a built in system management and logging of all activity in the company, it is necessary to respect the recommendations of the internal control and audit and external audit recommendations. The accounting policy is closely related to the implementation of IAS/IFRS, which are more practical use in the Republic of Serbia starting from 2002. Greater application of these standards, companies must make changes to the accounting policies as it begins to implement the increasing number of requirements of the standard in the field of increase of caution, especially in the context of recognition and accreditation. Practically the back door is introduced replacing "the concept of historical cost" (caution), "the concept of fair value" (neutrality). The emergence of large financial and global crisis of 2008, a growing number of actors want to be informed through the financial statements of the real and the real situation in the companies, which are trying to raise the level of protection above all creditors and investors. Also in the first half of 2013, and the state wants to ensure protection management in the public sector and imposes solutions obligatory presence of Internal Auditors of the public sector in public enterprises.
In the early 1990s the Western Balkan countries entered the transition process which involved the transition from a centrally-planned to a market economy. Thus, these countries were forced to adhere ...to the basic neoliberal principles based on the Washington consensus, which has promoted the liberalization, privatization and stabilization. This model, in all transition countries, and thus the countries of the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYR Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia), was governed by the same guidelines. However, the consequence occurred but economic and social crisis that led to decades of growth of economic inequality. Deformation of the unequal distribution led to the economic and social stratification which is disabled out of the economic crisis in which these countries found. In this paper we analyzed indicators Gini coefficient, the standard of living and quality of life that affect the life of the inhabitants of the Western Balkans. Gini coefficient as the most commonly used measure for measuring economic inequality, measured the distribution of income or consumption expenditure among households or individuals who within an economy deviates from the even distribution. The standard of living is determined by the totality of the conditions of life and work of the individual layers of the population of a country in a given time period.It is related to quality of life and is used for comparative reviews and comparisons of geographic areas, a number of vacation days, and then to compare different periods in history and more. Quality of life is intangible thesis, which includes the assessment of quality of life factors such as employment, income, health, education, science, energy, knowledge and technology, the environment, human rights, protection and recreation, infrastructure, national security, public safety, etc. All these factors combine to affect the life of the population, which from the beginning of the twentieth century on an upward trajectory.

Among economic activities, establishes the different types of addiction. In this work authors draw attention to two categories: the functional and stochastic. Case studies will be cash flows of investment and the contribution of the stochastic component of the risk of enterprise value. Methodological dominated analytical and descriptive methods. Management in the process of evaluation of investment seen what happens behind the projections of cash flows and estimates of available chances for possible modifications. The purpose of the discussion in this section refers to the warning that the application of the rules of net present values does not mean the completion of the management process at the moment of the decision on the selection of investments. In this study, we analyze the influence of stochastic risk in the creation of enterprise value, especially if the risk is managed improperly. In this connection, the starting hypothesis is that adequately compensate for risk has a positive effect on new investments and reduce the antagonism of shareholders and other creditors of the company.
Within the main topic, which primal aim is to introduce the characteristic of The Matric map as a tool of management, many different aspects are present as the crucial question in quality tools using ...of the group. It is natural to see differently, from different points and angles, the causes of different changes, and their act, and the way they find appropriate acts in the way of getting responsibilities for ocassional mistakes. Every problem dimension has important characteristics, with their mutual dealing, and the tool for their mutal identification and understanding of their relation is the Matrix diagram. This tool of quality is known as the Diagram of Matrix or the Matrix map, and used it is seen within many variation which are possibly measured with two or four dimension, maximally. Sistematic survey in the Matrix diagram and adequate analysis of acting among different dimension, help a group facing a task, to understand the topic easily, and adjust work methodology to the aim picture. Through this way, in this work, are presented the ways one appropriate measure acts to many aims or one sause produses many consequences, and the way of its deleting causes much improvement. Within the reserarch, the aspetct of the Matrix diagram pop up as the item which helps understanding of clearness mutual impact of liability in case where the task with reciprocity of different intensity is given. The procedure of the Matrix diagram is carried out according to selected dimension mutual impact towards the most important aspects of the theme, dealing action and responsibility for the result dealing of mutual decision group.
Changes in the mindset of people in the first decade of the new millennium have resulted in treatment escaping objects and things in terms of a complete transformation into useful products. Such ...approach is essential to so-called access. Green economy, which is substantially wider than most developed economies towards a growing number of countries, and in recent years, and penetrates to the former Yugoslavia. These processes are especially present in the countries that are on a par to the EU or by opening chapter of EU accession, and the changing legal and other frameworks to make up a system that is acceptable to the EU. Generally speaking, it is increasing the general level of responsibility of nation states towards the common good. Multidisciplinary approach is becoming a trend to cover all issues, including the issue of sustainable development, green economy, employment based on the exploitation of raw materials and trendsetting products that are thrown in landfills and others. The aim is to highlight the importance of processing less hazardous waste into a useful product, which can substantially change the approach to the classical approach to the economy, a new approach oriented towards creating benefits of the green approach to countries in transition, which is in line with the principles developed by the EU.
