The article presents the work of a multidisciplinary team of experts from various fields of medicine to optimize the «Questionnaire for assessing chronic pelvic pain and pelvic organ dysfunction ...(QCPPD) of the Ryzhikh National Medical Research Centre for Coloproctology» for use in clinical practice. The survey of respondents was conducted from June 28 to September 28, 2021. As a result of this survey, by repeatedly making edits and clarifications during communication with respondents, the final version was obtained, which allows assessing the patient's subjective sensations by the nature and localization of pelvic pain, sensitivity disorders and pelvic organ function. The main objective of this Questionnaire is to differentiate patients with neurogenic pain from a huge number of patients with chronic pelvic pain. This aspect will allow a more targeted approach to the diagnosis and pathogenetically justified treatment of patients, including after appropriate instrumental examinations. The work of a multidisciplinary team implies a higher degree of objectification and terminological accuracy of the Questionnaire under discussion. The presented version of the «Questionnaire for assessing chronic pelvic pain and pelvic organ dysfunction (QCPPD) of the Ryzhikh National Medical Research Centre for Coloproctology» will be primarily used in coloproctological patients with pelvic pain problems and anal incontinence and obstructive defecation. Further studies will be directed to the clinical evaluation of the results of the work carried out.

Nanosphere lithography is well suited for quick and easy formation of ordered structures on the entire silicon wafer. After coating of close packed mask of spheres, they must be reduced in diameter. ...In various studies, the main method used for spheres diameter reducing is dry etching using capacitively coupled plasma (CCP) mode. In this paper, we present the possibility of spheres etching using inductively coupled plasma (ICP) mode, comparing the results obtained with CCP mode. A strong degradation of the spheres morphology was demonstrated at CCP mode, while the degradation effect was not sufficient using ICP mode. However, the effect of spheres migration over the silicon surface during ICP etching was observed. A preliminary thermal annealing of spheres allows one to avoid this effect. Finally, a technology of reducing the spheres size with minimal degradation and preserving the original spherical geometry was developed.
In this work, samples were obtained from the powder of heat-resistant steel by the method of selective laser melting. Samples were heat treated in a muffle furnace. Also, a number of samples were ...subjected to hot isostatic pressing. The microstructure of the formed material, pores and microcracks were detected by metallographic analysis. The graphs of the structural-phase composition of the powder material before and after melting, as well as after the post-processing methods were obtained Based on the data obtained, conclusions were made about the effect of thermal post-processing on changes in the nature of the distribution of defects and changes in the microstructure, as well as on changes in the structure-phase composition.
This article considers the possibility of shape formation of precise hollow axially symmetric workpieces from the BRKh08 copper alloy using an integrated technology comprised of isothermal rolling, ...rotational drawing, and intermediate thermal treatments. This technology is based on the results of computer simulation by QForm VX software using the rheological model determined by means of the Hensel–Spittel method.

(R = Nd, Pr, x = 0.2, 0.3; z = 0, 1.3) cubic Laves phase alloys with MgCu2-type structure were prepared by arc melting followed by homogenizing ...annealing. The crystal structure, magnetic properties, and magnetostriction have been investigated. Compounds with high values of magnetostrictive susceptibility were found in the temperature range 150-300 K. Compounds with partial substitution of cobalt for iron demonstrate a change in the sign of anisotropic magnetostriction. This work continues the search for magnetostrictive materials with inexpensive neodymium and praseodymium.
Resonant tunneling through defect levels in the
h
-BN barrier of van-der-Waals heterostructures is investigated. The effect of multiplication of the tunneling resonances through these levels due to ...the effect of a high degree of imperfection of the structure of the neighboring graphene layer formed intentionally by its processing in plasma is found. Various mechanisms of such an effect are discussed.
Abstract
The formation of p-type GaP by plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition at a temperature of 380 °C has been studied. The incorporation of Zn impurity was detected by the method of glow ...discharge optical emission spectroscopy (GDOES). Strong band bending was confirmed by electrical measurements performed for the p-n homojunctions formed by deposition of p-GaP on the surface of n-type GaP substrates, which indicates the acceptor behavior of the impurity. It has been shown that p-type GaP deposited by PE-ALD can be used to form photovoltaic converters.
The work is devoted to exploration of arrays of vertical aligned silicon nanowires (SiNWs) obtained by cryogenic dry etching in ICP mode with height of 4.5-5.5 μm and aspect ratio of 7. It was shown ...that geometry of nanowires has crucial influence on rate of wet etching in KOH since it is higher for 3D objects than for planar wafer, and the diameter should be the same along the nanowire for controlled wet etching. Wet etching in 4% KOH solution during 30 s allowed to save array of uniformity vertical aligned SiNWs with height of 4 μm and diameter of 500 nm. Such treatment reduced concentration of defects detected by deep-level transient spectroscopy, particularly, it drops as minimum in two times for deep level with £0=0.68-0.74 eV placed near to surface of wafer.
The present article is the second part of our study of the nonlinear dynamics of parametrically excited bending vibrations of a microbeam fixed at both ends, a basic sensitive element of a promising ...class of microsensors of various physical quantities, under laser thermo-optical action in the form of periodically generated pulses acting on a certain part of the surface of the beam element. The conceptual technical feasibility of laser generation of parametric oscillations of high-Q microresonators without implementation of scenarios with the loss of elastic stability of the sensitive element or unacceptable heating is shown. The nature of the zone of the primary parametric resonance is analyzed analytically. The resonant characteristics of the system are constructed in a geometrically non-linear formulation corresponding to the Bernoulli–Euler beam model.
For Hamiltonian systems with two degrees of freedom, close to nonlinear integrable systems, we discuss rearrangements in the degenerate resonance zones in terms of the averaged system normalized near ...the resonance. For degeneracy order n = 3 we describe typical rearrangements of phase portraits connected with passage from Poincaré–Birkhoff chains to vortex pairs and Kármán vortex streets.
