A pandemic due to the coronavirus (covid-19) outbreak has caused many negative impacts, one of which is in the form of massive losses in the economic sector. Business actors are under pressure from a ...significant decline in income; as a result, many of them experience a decrease in optimism about the sustainability of their business. However, there are several ways to increase optimism, one of which is psychological capital training. This study aims to look at psycap training in increasing the optimism of business actors in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. This study uses a literature review method with the data source in the form of research data that has been done previously. The results of the literature review show that psychological capital training can increase one's optimism so that it can use to increase the optimism of business actors.
This study aims to find out how the moral values in the book of Bidāyah al-Hidāyah discussed through perspective of personality development theory which includes four personality developments: ...religious education, habituation to discipline, habituation to ethics and noble character, and habituation to independence. This type of research includes library research with secondary data sources. As for the data collection technique, the study of documentation from the study of the main sources, namely the book of Bidāyah al-Hidāyah and relevant research literature. The data obtained were then be analyzed using content analysis and found as the results of this research, namely the indicative that the Bidāyah al-Hidāyah contains three moral values. The first moral value is that students in seeking knowledge must always remember Allah. Secondly, an educator must be responsible and authoritative. And thirdly, students must have good character, morals, and humility, especially towards kyai and/or ustadz.
Most Muslims find it hard to memorize the Qur’an due to certain factors. This research explored the effect of spiritual intelligence and religious faith on self-regulation. Having quantitative ...design, three instruments were used in this analysis; self-regulation scale (S-SR) (α=0.621), religious faith scale (S-RF) (α=0.986), and spiritual intelligence scale (S-SI) (α=0.890). Four hundred (400) students in the tahfiz Al-Qur’an program from some Islamic boarding schools in Surabaya were selected through purposive sampling. The results from multiple regression showed that spiritual intelligence and religious faith significantly predicted self-regulation. In other words, both spiritual intelligence and religious faith had a positive effect on self-regulation. Besides, spiritual intelligence also positively affected self-regulation. The more positive students assessed their spiritual intelligence, the higher their self-regulation. That self-regulation then made students get more engaged with their activity of memorizing the Quran.
Student learning outcomes in the millennial era have experienced a decline in learning achievement. Among them is a lack of motivation in students, and many Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia use ...ta'lim muta'allim in their lessons to motivate their students. This article aims to identify and summarize the motivation conveyed by Imam Zarnuji in the Book of ta`lim mutaalim which is suitable for the millennial era. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using literature studies. Data techniques by conducting studies of books, notes, article journals, notes that support each other. Data sources are divided into several types, namely: a) Primary data from the Book of ta'lim muta 'allim by Imam Al-Zarnuji b) Secondary data is complementary data that can be used as a reference in journals including relevant literature. This article results indicate that the past (Imam zarnuji) motivation is useful for the millennial era 1) Twenty-eight intrinsic motivations include Intention, patience, sincerity, and high aspirations. 2) seven extrinsic incentives should seek knowledge, find teachers and good friends, and stay away from immorality. Suggesting further research to measure what percentage of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation can increase achievement and enthusiasm for learning.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Qur'an's tahfidz program by using social media at Senior Islamic High School of Sunan Giri Semampir Surabaya. The type of this research is a ...field research that the location is Senior Islamic High School of Sunan Giri as the executor of the Qur'an's memorizing extracurricular activities by looking for qualitative approach. The subject of this study involved the head of the school, the Trustees of the Qur’an memorizing program and participants of male and female students. Data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. This Study uses the analytical method of Miles Huberman model with three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is: First, the Tahfidz Program in MA Sunan Giri Surabaya is a new program with memorization of 5 juz for students who stay in dormitory and 2 juz for non-boarding students. Second, the process of implementing memorization through social media, with 3 stages, namely: 1) Reading together verses to be memorized, 2) Memorizing students at their homes with the assistance of parents, 3) students' memorizes to the teacher through video calls. Third, the implementation of the Qur’an’s memorizing program went well as expected as the program is usually in the school
The phenomenon of street children is a problem that needs to be dealt with a companion da’i at the Salvatore Surabaya shelter through a humanistic approach who goes straight of accompanying and ...invites a positive direction in shaping his self-concept. The purpose of this study is to describe the interpersonal communication of escorts and street children. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and data validity using source triangulation. The results of this study are that the assistant can be able to build openness with street children through interpersonal communication inviting to communicate with being guided, being approached to find out what is happening to street children, and empathize to feel like street children experience. Supporting attitude from the companion invites discussion and talks about the hobbies of street children. The positive attitude of interpersonal communication from the companion da’i with street children in interacting is also able to put themselves in the position of friends and parents.
Kepercayaan diri merupakan aspek perkembangan yang sangat penting, karena hal tersebut adalah atribut yang berharga dari kehidupan sosial seseorang. Bagi anak pra sekolah, rasa percaya diri merupakan ...aspek diri yang harus dibangun karena sangat diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas perkembangannya. Sehingga anak-anak yang tidak percaya diri dapat tertinggal dan bermasalah dalam perkembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review dengan mengumpulkan sumber literatur berupa jurnal yang membahas tema serupa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak pra sekolah adalah peran guru dalam memberikan metode belajar. Salah satu metode belajar yang efektif dan mudah digunakan adalah metode bercerita. Dalam pembelajaran metode bercerita anak dapat belajar berkomunikasi secara lisan melalui kalimat-kalimat yang mereka dengar serta interaksi yang terjadi saat guru sedang bercerita. Melalui cerita tersebut, anak dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai positif seperti keberanian, kemandirian, kerjasama dan lain sebagainya. Sehingga terbentuknya kepercayaan diri melalui pengetahuan yang didapat dari proses belajar.
The research examined the relationship between cultural ritual, linguistic, and ecology in the context of ecotourism. It aimed to encourage, stimulate, and integrate the use of religious tradition’s ...terms in understanding and reinterpreting the environment and human relations and its roles. Cultural forms and elements basically had the potential to be used as a tourism commodity, meaning that they could be commodified. The research also related to ecolinguistics, a study that discussed language associated with the environment in which the language grew and developed and how it was used by the community. Cultural rituals as a tourism commodity could be a means of maintaining culture and language even though they were commodified for tourism purposes. Thus, the religious-cultural structure of Rebo Buntung and Tetulaq Tamperan should be packaged following its original structure as a medium for cultural and language preservation but also packaged as attractively as possible with a contextual structure that adapted to tourism sites so that could attract tourists. This ecospiritual commodification was expected to be able to budge the economy of the surrounding community. The research was conducted at Ketapang Beach, Tanjung Menangis, Pringgabaya district, and East Lombok where Rebo Buntung ritual was carried out. The research applied a qualitative descriptive method. For this reason, the data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis by describing the data obtained from an informant. On that basis, it can be concluded that the practice of ecospriritual commodification can have multiple effects, not only to preserve culture and language but also to maintain community harmony with nature, as well as improve the economy of the local community.

Kemampuan dalam mengatur pembelajarannya dengan banyaknya informasi di internet membutuhkan skill khusus untuk memilah informasi dengan membutuhkan literasi digital. Dengan adanya literasi digital dapat berguna untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menggunakan self regulated learning mahasiswa dalam bidang teknologi digital, seperti membuat konten digital, dan internet secara sehat serta memberikan pengetahuan dalam membangun kesadaran mahasiswa untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi untuk kegiatan yang produktif dan edukatif
