El propósito del presente artículo es el de exponer una reflexión teórica orientada a analizar la gestión tecnológica del conocimiento, como herramienta moderna para la gerencia de las organizaciones ...educativas. Se trata de un estudio de carácter descriptivo, en el que se utilizó la observación bibliográfica a través del fichaje, como técnica para la recolección de información. Entre los hallazgos se tiene que las estrategias más empleadas para la gestión del conocimiento, aunque no muy estables, son: la utilización de espacios colaborativos, los sistemas de recuperación de información, la gestión y utilización de expertos, así como los sistemas basados en conocimiento; en contraste, son escasas las técnicas de gestión documental. Entre las recomendaciones se plantea desarrollar actividades de dinámicas con los docentes, de forma que se consolide el conocimiento de las emociones que conduzcan a un mayor optimismo y motivación.

La migración constituye sin dudas una de las variables demográficas más antiguas, el ser humano por naturaleza se ha visto impulsado por diversos motivos a explorar otros territorios. Sin embargo, en ...la actualidad la migración puede ser sinónimo que ciertos factores no estén del todo bien en el país emisor, y/o que el receptor ofrezca mejores oportunidades. Este artículo aborda uno de los temas más polémicos de la sociedad cubana, el impacto de emigrar. La idea es abordar a dónde y por qué emigran los cubanos, así como sus implicaciones socioeconómicas, basado en el paradigma interpretativo desde la conceptualización de lo que emigrar en teoría significa y las causales de ese fenómeno socioeconómico en Cuba. Si bien los estudios precedentes sobre emigración cubana se centran en el éxodo hacia Estados Unidos, este no es el único destino, pues los cubanos han emigrado a diversos países en los últimos años.
Migration is undoubtedly one of the oldest demographic variables. Human beings by their nature have been driven for various reasons to explore other territories. However, currently migration is generally caused by various factors not being quite right in the issuing country, and/or by the receiving country offering better opportunities. This article addresses one of the most controversial issues in Cuban society, the impact of emigrating. The idea is to address where and why Cubans emigrate as well as its socioeconomic implications, based on an interpretive paradigm grounded in the conceptualisation of what emigrating means in theory, and the causes of this socioeconomic phenomenon in Cuba. Although previous studies on Cuban migration have focused on the exodus to the United States, this is not the only destination, as Cubans have increasingly emigrated to various other countries as well in recent years.

Este artículo comprende una revisión teórica acerca del emprendimiento social, entendido como una iniciativa de negocio con o sin fin de lucro, cuyo objetivo es la generación de valor social. Siendo ...este un campo de investigación reciente y atractivo, el objetivo de esta revisión consiste a su vez en identificar y generar una transformación social real, a partir de la reducción de los índices de pobreza, de la percepción de injusticia entre los ciudadanos y del aumento de la capacidad del país para darle a cada uno de sus ciudadanos lo que se merece en función de sus méritos y condiciones.
Objetivo: Validar una prueba de pensamiento innovador entre los gerentes de las empresas del sector de la construcción en el municipio de Sincelejo para saber en qué medida son creativos e ...innovadores. Metodología: Corresponde a un estudio de naturaleza correlacional, que explora la confiabilidad del contenido y la validez de la Prueba de pensamiento innovador de gestión (MITT), capturando y cuantificando las capacidades de los emprendedores. Resultados: La evidencia es válida en la aplicabilidad de la Prueba de pensamiento innovador de gestión (MIIT) y la concordancia entre las variables observadas y predichas. Conclusiones: La Prueba de pensamiento innovador de gestión (MIIT) permite medir la capacidad de innovación como medida de realización de la creatividad entre los gerentes del sector de la construcción de una manera válida y confiable.
