Tax is the biggest source of APBN income in Indonesia. Various payment applications use the e-billing method or manually. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to consumers, conduct observations, interviews, and study relevant literature. The sampling technique uses probability sampling so that a sample of 70 from PT. Kartini Patent. The results showed that there was no significant effect between the e-billing payment methods on the understanding of taxpayers, while the positive and significant effect was shown on the method of manual payment of tax payments (SSP) on mandatory understanding. Based on the results of correlation analysis, this study obtained a value of 0.119 or 11.9% which means it has a very low relationship between the independent and dependent variables.

Background: Fiber-reinforced composites represent a combination of fiber-reinforced composite materials. The availability of fiber within dentistry in Indonesia is limited and, therefore, requires ...lengthy advance ordering. The increasing use of fiber derived from natural materials, such as silk, is of greater concern due to its considerable mechanical strength, biocompatibility and wider availability. The application of fiber will increase the mechanical strength of fiber-reinforced composites, including both flexural and compression strength. One factor affecting the mechanical strength of fiber is the laying of fiber or fiber position. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to establish the influence of silkworm fiber position on both the flexural and compression strength of silk fiber-reinforced composites. Methods: Flexural strength and compression strength tests using a universal testing machine involved the division of the research population into three treatment groups: compression side, neutral side and tension side. Results: The results of data analysis indicated that the tension side group possessed the highest flexural strength (121.42 MPa), while the compression side group demonstrated the highest compression strength (337.65 MPa). A one-way ANOVA analysis test produced a significant result of p = 0.000 (<0.05) both for silkworm fiber position effect and compression strength of silk fiber reinforced composites. Conclusion: The position of silkworm fiber will affect its flexural strength as well as that of the compression of silk fiber-reinforced composites.

The purpose of this research is to analyze individuals' intentions to use DIGILIB technology by referring to factors such as user perceptions of usability, ease of use, and other factors related to technology. The method used in this research is quantitative, with a total of 69 students responding using a Likert scale questionnaire and structural equation model (SEM) analysis techniques based on partial least squares (PLS). The study aims to analyze the performance-prove goal orientation and organizational culture on employee work performance of performance appraisal by placing employee work motivation as an interning ...variable. The study was conducted on a quota sample basis with 134 employees and staff in educational institutions under the auspices of Islamic educational institutions in Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia. Analysis through structural equation modeling (SEM) was done, and results were obtined which showed that there is an influence of institutional culture on employee motivation and that there is an effect of employee motivation on performance appraisal. However, the statistical output showed that there is no significant effect of performance-prove goal orientation on employee motivation. In testing the mediating effect, the results showed the significant influence of employee motivation in bridging the relationship between organizational culture on performance appraisal, and performance-proven goals and performance appraisal. The theoretical contributions of the findings were in its examination of performance-prove goal orientation with motivational encouragement in educational institutions to analyze the extent to which an individual's self-confidence was able to integrate patterns in distinguishing the approach used, how to use, and the response to a specific situation of directing toward organizational achievement.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan administrasi dan tanggung jawab terhadap kepuasan penumpang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitial kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan ...adalah seluruh penumpang yang menggunakan jasa transportasi laut pada PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebagai penelitian sebanyak 56 penumpang, untuk menganalisis data digunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pada uji t, diperoleh nilai koefisiensi regresi untuk masing-masing variabel bebas adalah -,005 untuk pelayanan administrasi (X1) dan 0,399 untuk tanggung jawab (X2) nilai koefisiensi regresi yang positif menunjukkan bahwa hubungan dari masing-masing variabel bebas adalah positif. Hasil uji t pada variabel pelayanan administrasi menunjukkan thitung sebesar -0,34 lebih kecil ttabel sebesar 0,401 (α sebesar 0,973 > 0,005) sehingga secara parsial pelayanan administrasi sebagai variabel bebas X1 tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan penumpang sedangkan tanggung jawab sebagai variabel bebas X2 memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan penumpang yaitu dengan dengan thitung 3,105 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,005 (α sebesar 0,003 < 0,05). Uji ANOVA pelayanan administrasi (X1), tanggung jawab (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan penumpang (Y) dengan nilai α sebesar 0,010 < 0,05.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sitem (X1), kualitas informasi (X2), kualitas pelayanan (X3) pada sistem Inaportnet terhadap kepuasan pengguna (Y) dengan melalui kinerja karyawan (X) sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan manajemen PT Anugerah Tirta Samudra sedangkan sampel berjumlah 35 respoden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan yaitu diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda serta menggunakan uji path analysis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari varibel. Sebelum data dianalisis, dilakukan pengujian kualitas data dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil olah data menunjukkan item kuisioner bersifat valid dan semua variabel bersifat reliabel. Setelah itu dilakukan uji sobel untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang dilakukan oleh variabel intervening. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem (X1), kualitas informasi (X2), kualitas pelayanan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pengguna (Y) dan kinerja karyawan (Z). Serta adanya pengaruh variabel intervening melalui kinerja karyawan yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem Inaportnet.
