Abstract
In the paper, the method of measuring and assessing of steering systems with the help of test benches with HILS technology implementation is justified in part of the adaptive algorithms of ...the regulation of the assistant steering torque. In the article, overall principal of creating virtual – physical system using as a physical part the rack and pinion steering system with electromechanical assistant is described. Interaction of the physical and virtual parts and fields of usage are described. Development, calibration and tweaking of the newly designed ECU and adaptive algorithms suppose a lot of testing. Time consumption and difficultness can be reduced only by the way of carrying out bench tests with usage of HILS technology.

A detector is described which measures the luminosity of the HERMES experiment at DESY. It is based on the coincident detection of electron–positron and photon pairs, or electron pairs, originating ...from the interaction of the beam positrons, or electrons, with the electrons of the atomic gas target. It consists of two calorimeters with radiation hard NaBi(WO

Abstract
In the paper, a work on handling improvement of the M1 class vehicle by means of optimization of the volume flow-pressure characteristic of the power steering pump with adaptive ...characteristic is described. A work on the simulation of the liquid flow through the electromagnetic valve of the power steering pump in initial and modified state is described. Results of bench testing of the optimized pump prototypes and subjective and objective road tests of the M1 vehicle with optimized prototype and initial one installed are presented.
ABSTRACT
We present optical photometric observations of SN 2018aoq from 2 to 100 d after explosion, and 7 spectra at epochs from 11 to 71 d. The light curves and spectra are typical for SNe II-P. As ...previously reported, SN 2018aoq appears to be of intermediate brightness between subluminous and normal SNe II-P. SN 2018aoq was discovered in Seyfert galaxy NGC 4151, for which the distance is uncertain. We utilized the expanding photosphere method using three sets of filter combinations and velocities derived from the absorption minima of Fe ii lines and obtained a distance of 20.0 ± 1.6 Mpc. The standard candle method applied to SN 2018aoq yields a distance of 16.6 ± 1.1 Mpc. Both values are consistent with the distance measurements for NGC 4151 based on geometric method.
We present a measurement of the longitudinal spin asymmetry A(||) in photoproduction of pairs of hadrons with high transverse momentum p(T). Data were accumulated by the HERMES experiment using a ...27.5 GeV polarized positron beam and a polarized hydrogen target internal to the HERA storage ring. For h(+)h(-) pairs with p(h(1))(T)>1.5 GeV/c and p(h(2))(T)>1.0 GeV/c, the measured asymmetry is A(||) = -0. 28+/-0.12(stat)+/-0.02(syst). This negative value is in contrast to the positive asymmetries typically measured in deep inelastic scattering from protons, and is interpreted to arise from a positive gluon polarization.
The emission and excitation spectra as well as the decay kinetics of cerium-doped fluoro-hafnate glasses of various compositions have been studied using vacuum ultraviolet synchrotron radiation ...excitation. It has been found that iso-valent modifications of the glass composition do not strongly affect the decay kinetics of cerium emission while two-valent oxygen ions create additional quenching centres leading to a decrease of the light yield. It has been shown that the quenching of Ce emission in cerium-doped fluoro-hafnate glasses starts with a process of impact excitation of cerium emission centres. The results show that the dominant mechanism of energy transfer from the matrix to cerium emission centres in fluoride glasses is different for the 315 nm band and the 400 nm band.

2 Cherenkov crystals, the formation of nonstoichiometry and most probable types of dot defects of the crystals have been ...considered. The influence of melt nonstoichiometry and doping with Sc on optical transmission and radiation hardness of the crystals has been experimentally investigated. The surplus of WO

nm and is increasing radiation hardness of the crystals about three-fold. Analytical estimations give the increase of the number of Cherenkov photons by a factor of 1.3, which leads to an improvement of the energy resolution of a calorimeter based on NaBi(WO
