Collective monograph contains the results of scientific research devoted to the search for effective scientific and applied solutions for the operation of logistics systems. The problems posed are ...considered through the prism of technological and economic views, which contributes to the formation of the practical significance of the results of systematic research, which are highlighted in the monograph. Section 1 examines which multimodal logistics solutions in emergency situations and transport security threats have proven effective during the war in Ukraine. The given transport and logistics solutions can be considered promising from the point of view of integrative capabilities at a new level of transport competitiveness and defense capability. In Section 2, practical measures are proposed to improve logistics solutions in transport and customs services in international traffic to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the national economy. In Section 3, the impact of information provision of truck crews performing transport tasks on road traffic is investigated, and an effective scheme for information support of cargo delivery conditions is developed. In Section 4, solutions are proposed for evaluating the effectiveness of the ecological system project using the "discounted payback period" criterion, which takes into account transformational changes in its life cycle model. In Section 5, solutions are proposed that allow for a reasonable selection of the composition of consumers and partners for each enterprise, taking into account their characteristics and strategies of information interaction, ensuring an increase in the efficiency of the "consumer - enterprise - partner" system based on the criterion of profit maximization. The monograph is intended for practitioners who are engaged in the search and implementation of effective technological solutions in the field of logistics, in particular according to economic criteria, and scientists who investigate applied problems of the functioning of logistics systems. The monograph can also be useful to postgraduate and master's students of universities in the relevant educational and scientific profile.
The article is devoted to a brief presentation and application in practice of an effective management way of human activities and human-technical communities one. This way was called Method of ...statistical regularity (Method of self-organizing processes). In fact, this is a system approach. For the first time, the application of this approach is shown on the example of quality management of the technological process. Practical management is shown using an algorithm. The effectiveness of the author's system approach is explained by the consideration of the final result of the activity as a goal and a system-forming factor of activity, taking into account the individual features of the management object, real statistics of activity. The system approach described in the article is a universal devise of management. Changes in the socio-economic environment of functioning of railroad companies and corresponding transition to market economic conditions make us deeply reconsider our relation to the human factor as ...the main source of increase of the level of efficiency of both individual railroad enterprises and companies in general. But, apart from exclusively humanistic (evolution) relation to this process, it is necessary to find means of formalisation of professional activity of a person or certification of personnel. The article is devoted to the above stated issues. In the result of the study the article develops a model of analysis of professional activity of a person at railroad transport, which gives a possibility to numerically determine the level of intellectual, social and physical components of the human factor and also to identify directions and efficiency of investing and a model of determination of the number, which ensures optimisation of the number of personnel of enterprises and structural subdivisions. In order to identify the most significant resources that are connected with personnel, time, place, method, motivation type, obtained effect and intensity of railroad transport operation the article offers to analyse results of professional activity of personnel of each structural subdivision by the “what” is created / developed / performed (regarding professional activity), “where” (enterprise name and its subordination),“when” and “who” created (developed / performed) and “how” and “why” scheme.
The article analyzes the main regulatory documents governing the safety management of railway transport in Ukraine and the EU. It has been revealed that in the safety management system there is no ...the control algorithm. The idea of the control algorithm uses the Statistical Regularity Method for Safety Management. The basic principles of the Method are "bottleneck", norms of behavior, tolerance, statistical regularity, the final result of the transport system activity. The algorithm uses traditional statistics of safety violations. As the bottleneck, the most important background (the fundamental cause- in ensuring the transportation process is considered. A procedure of support of the management decision development to ensure the required level of safety is proposed. A specific set of actions that lead to the formation of a management decision is proposed. The use of norms of behavior adapts the management process to existing traditions in the organization. The control algorithm will help to reduce the impact of the human. Conclusions: 1. The proposed safety control algorithm allows not to provide safety in general, but to focus on "bottlenecks". This makes the management process transparent and directional, and financing efficient. 2. Conditions have been created for introducing digitalization into the process of safety management in transport. 3. Use of the system approach will allow estimating integrally failures in the transportation process and moving to the concept of eliminating bottlenecks. 4. It is possible to apply the proposed control algorithm in other modes of transport, safety directions and technologies.
