Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide and its mortality rate has increased year after year. Molecular biology has contributed to make people's understanding to the disease at the ...gene level. A new idea will be given to the early diagnosis and treatment for lung cancer with the method of molecular biology which can be used to find the association between some genes and lung cancer. The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between polymorphism of codon 72 (BstU I single nucleotide polymorphism, BstU I SNP) in p53 gene and susceptibility and radiosensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in Chinese population.
The BstU I single nucleotide polymorphic sites at condon 72 in exon 4 of p53 gene in 50 patients with NSCLC as well as 50 healthy controls were inspected by polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragment length polymorphism assay and the relationship between BstU I SNP and susceptibility and radiosensitivity of NSCLC was analysed by case-control test.

The phenomenon of transient catastrophic optical damage (COD) was studied experimentally by means of thermal infrared imaging, photon emission microscope (EMMI), and electron diffraction technology ...(SAED) under high-resolution transmission electron microscope. We have recorded the dynamics of COD process using thermal infrared camera. The temperature of transient COD has a sudden increase of 32.07 °C when the COD event occurs which maintains less than 8.69 ms accompanying with the sudden decrease of output power. The reverse leakage current was investigated by EMMI. The leakage current of the COD sample increase and the photo in the active region was observed. Moreover, the result obtained from SAED technology identified that the silicon was changed into polycrystalline near the active area, contrasting to the silicon outside active area still remained initial single phase after COD.
The ESD failure mechanism of integrated circuits in a 0.11μm CMOS process was investigated experimentally in detail. The leakage current was presented through I-V measurements, some hotspots were ...observed on the failed chips when ESD occurring. The study suggested two failure modes in the experiments. One was defined as thermal ESD failure, and the large current between one pad and another pad can be regarded as the key precondition for the occurrence of thermal ESD failure. The other failure mode was electric ESD failure. The defect-current was the main factor for such failure, and occurred mainly in device layer.
Aiming to reduce the computation and implement compliant control, this paper proposes a novel inverse dynamics control strategy based on the floating-base rigid body system. The control strategy ...assumes that each leg of the quadruped robot organizes itself into an independent autonomous system, a serial robot. Based on this assumption, the kinematics and the dynamics models of the quadruped robot have been created. The dynamical model supposes two different models according to the leg's state. In the stance phase the serial robot affixes its base frame to the shank and iterates the rigid body dynamics algorithms from the knee joint to the body. When the serial robot is in the swing phase, the dynamics algorithm is propagated from the hip joint to the shank, whose computing direction is just the reverse against the direction of which the serial robot is in the stance phase. The quadruped system doesn't need the fixed base to the system and avoids calculating the virtual joints of 6-DOF. Therefore, the algorithm proposed in this paper makes real-time computation of the quadruped robot dynamics possible. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the inverse dynamical control strategy, experiments are accomplished based on a practical quadruped robot. The experiments, which were done on a rubber mat and on asphalt, demonstrated that the quadruped robot is able to walk adaptively.
To discuss the prognosis of primary liver carcinoma treated with local resection and factors affecting prognosis.
The data of 130 patients who had been treated from October 1989 to October 1995 were ...analyzed retrospectively. We analyzed the concrete operating methods, the cause of postoperative complications and factors affecting prognosis.
Curative local resection was performed in 130 patients. Operation-related mortality was 0.8% and the incidence of complication was 16.1% (n = 18). The overall 1-, 3- and 5-year survival rates were 82.1%, 60.6% and 48.2%, respectively. Involvement of blood vessels or liver capsules and the elevation of AST before operation were the significant factors affecting prognosis (P < 0.05).
Local resection is a safe method characterized by little damage, rapid, less blood loss, low complication rate and good prognosis.
In the last decade, MIMO spatial multiplexing and distributed beamforming play a significant role in improving data throughput through cooperative transmission. It has been widely used in wireless ...communication, especially in 6G. However, the distributed uplink beamforming is still an open problem in highly dynamic environments. However, the proposed 6G technology represents the further integration of deep learning and wireless communication. In this article, we propose Argute Distributed Uplink Beamforming (ArguteDUB), which uses a feedback algorithm with an offline-trained deep learning model to implement highly dynamic distributed uplink beamforming for the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) in 6G. Specifically, each vehicle enables the base station (BS)/access point (AP) to separate different channel state information (CSI) by inserting orthogonal sequences into the sending data. The BS adopts deep learning to filter the noise and predict the beamforming weight to achieve phase synchronization. Unlike traditional distributed uplink beamforming, ArguteDUB can be adapted to the highly dynamic time-varying channels. The simple network structure ensures the fast response of ArguteDUB. In addition, we make ArguteDUB Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) compatible so that it can be easily deployed in 6G networks. Our evaluation shows that ArguteDUB has an signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) gain of about 5 dB to 5.3 dB over the single vehicle transmission mode.
