The modern data concerning peculiarities of immune reactions in eye-bulbe tissues in general are presented in the article. The aspects of immune response (including cytokines system) in different eye ...pathologies are highlighted. The existing data on normal and pathogenic microflora of conjunctive and its possible influence on immune processes in eye-bulbe are summarized.
Many parts of immune system are involved in interaction of M. tuberculosis and human organism. There are some publications concerning significance of interferon and other cytokines in lung ...tuberculosis. Our research group investigated condition of interferon and cytokines systems in patients with firstly detected infiltrative lung tuberculosis. The results of this study have shown direct links between clinical and immunological efficacy of the complex treatment of such patients. The active expression of IL-6 gene correlates with slow dynamics of lung infiltrate resolution and long saving of patient’s complaint for respiratory tract symptoms during the treatment. The expression of IL-12 gene linked to small volume of infiltrates in lung tissue before treatment whereas expression of IL-1β gene correlates with decrease of intoxication time and respiratory symptoms in patients during therapy. The knowledge about violation in cytokine regulation parts is absolutely necessary to determine dynamics of diseases development and treatment efficacy as well as to use immunotherapy.
The article is devoted to the identification of opportunities and prognostic analysis of psychological diagnostic tools of personality boundaries in the system of personal relations. Meaningfully, ...the boundaries are presented as a special space for the formation of self – concept and self – relation, functionally as intra – and intersystem connections and barriers. The system aspects of personality as the universal self, of personality as self-identification and self-concept as a cognizant aspect of the Self are considered. Methods of restructuring the internal and external fields of these systems and subsystems and direction on the dynamics of boundaries are explained by the transformation of the system of personal relations. The boundaries of Self and non-Self act as a tool of its relationship in the field WITH and BETWEEN. The article highlights the substantial parameters of self-relation applicable to the assessment of the state and functions of personality boundaries: the system characteristics of self-relation and its configuration depending on the affective cognitive style of the individual and the attitude to the non-self.
Статья посвящена выявлению возможностей и прогностическому анализу психологического инструментария диагностики границ личности в системе ее отношений. Содержательно границы представлены как особое пространство формирования Я-концепции и самоотношения, функционально – как внутри- и межсистемные связи и барьеры. Рассмотрены системные аспекты личности как всеобщности Я, идентичности как самоотождествления и Я концепции как познанного аспекта Я. Способы переструктурирования внутренних и внешних пространств этих систем и подсистем и направленность динамики границ объясняются трансформациями системы отношений личности. Границы Я и не-Я выступают инструментом их взаимоотношений в пространстве С и МЕЖДУ. Выделены содержательные параметры самоотношения, применимые для оценки состояния и функций границ личности: системные характеристики самоотношения и его конфигурации в зависимости от аффективно-когнитивного стиля личности и отношения к не-Я.
The article continues the theme of the possibilities of mediated psychodiagnostics of the characteristics and functions of the psychological boundaries of personality in the context of self-attitude ...and provides an overview of potentially suitable techniques. Within the concepts of the individual’s health and "illnesses" authors systematize the characteristics of I-boundaries in the system of bipolar measurements (structural, energy, dynamic, contact) and show the possibility of their detection and determination by means of structurally-substantial and qualitative analysis of the Self-concept and self-interpretations. The functions of I-boundaries in the provision and control of the dialogue between I and non-I are examined among techniques for diagnostic of self-attitude, subjective control, crisis identity, existence etc. Constructiveness of boundaries in defenses of I analyzed in the area of priority of self-attitude protection objects: psychodiagnostics of cognitions and affects of defense style.
Статья продолжает тему возможностей опосредованной психодиагностики характеристик и функций психологических границ личности в контексте самоотношения и представляет обзор потенциально подходящих для этого методик. Авторы систематизируют в концептах здоровья и «болезней» личности характеристики границ Я в системе биполярных измерений (структурного, энергетического, динамического, контактного) и показывают возможность их обнаружения и определения с помощью методик структурно-содержательного и качественного анализа Я-концепции и самоинтерпретаций. Функции границ Я в обеспечении и контроле диалога Я и не-Я рассмотрены в кругу методик диагностики самоотношения, субъективного контроля, кризисной идентичности, экзистенции и других. Конструктивность границ в защитах Я анализируется в поле приоритетных объектов защиты самоотношения: психодиагностики когниций и аффектов защитного стиля.
The aim of current work is to study influence of peptides in vitro and in vivo on cytokines synthesis (IFNα, IFNγ, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12, IL-18, TNFα) on the level of their ...transcription and production. The study of synthesized peptides has shown that all of them had antiviral activity related to tested pathogens (HSV, influenza H3N2, VEMC) with different grade. It could be explained by induction of cytokine response under the action of peptides in norm and in case of viral infections in vitro. However, data obtained in vivo, more adequately characterized antiviral activity of synthesized peptides. The results of study have shown that minimal fragments which had antiviral characteristics are dual peptides Thr-Lys and Gly-Pro; more active as antiviral was peptide Gly-Pro. Thus, our conception about possibility of minimal fragment’s selection from Selank peptide sequence having antiviral activity has been confirmed. This make possible directional construction of new peptides for clinical use which will be helpful in combating with social related diseases as influenza, herpes viral infection etc.
The antiviral action of Selank which is the neurotropic and psychotropic peptide has been studied. Antiviral characteristics of Selank were evaluated in both in vitro and in vivo against influenza ...virus strain H3N2 and H5N1 and Herpes virus 1, 2 types. It was shown that Selank may have the prophylactic effect during influenza infection and therapeutic effect during herpes virus infection.
