Due to a disparity in Human Development Index (HDI) among regencies and cities in Special Region of Yogyakarta, this study aimed to examine whether HDI convergence occurred in this province. The data ...were sourced from the Statistics of Special Region of Yogyakarta, including HDI, infrastructure, and gross regional domestic product in four regencies and one city from 2001 to 2019. The infrastructure consists of installed electricity, education, and health facilities. The results showed an absence of HDI convergence between regions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Furthermore, HDI growth in the impoverished region was slower than in leading ones, resulting in a gap. The infrastructure gap made the impoverished region unable to catch up with leading ones, causing an HDI divergence. In contrast, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) has no impact on HDI. Therefore, the government needs to improve infrastructure in disadvantaged areas to increase HDI.

This research was conducted in Kampung Lumbung EcoBoutique Hotel Batu, where the hotel was the first accommodation to implement the eco-green concept in Batu City since 2006. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to guests, interviews with hotel managers, observation, documentation, and literature study. Multiple linear regression with practical and relative contributions is used to analyze the effect value. The main results from this study indicate that the eco-green concept does not significantly impact marketing strategies in the hospitality industry. It happens because there are different values between guest expectations and management’s understanding of the concept of an environmentally friendly hotel. For justice seekers, police and prosecutors 'investigations, as well as quality public prosecutors and ...judges' decisions can bring about justice or reflect a sense of justice that can be carried out and can be accepted or satisfied by justice seekers. So through this case study, the writer will invite to see whether there is still a sense of justice, as experienced by convicted corruption cases of Rice Management in the New Bulog Warehouse Randugarut Subdivre Semarang in 2016-2017 named Nurul Huda Bin Sholeh. Even though it was clearly stipulated according to Article 55, Nurul Huda could be classified as included in the offense. But the prosecutor actually demanded Nurul Huda as the sole offender. The paper examines whether labour productivity converges or diverges. This research estimates the convergence of labour productivity, and the effects of infrastructure to support this convergence, ...based on a set panel data comprising 18 districts in Gunungkidul Regency from 2009 to 2016. The secondary data published by the Statistics of DIY is used in this study. The infrastructure includes educational facilities, health facilities and length of the road. A fixed-effect model presents that there is a process of convergence of labour productivity among districts in Gunungkidul Regency. Moreover, the result shows that infrastructure has a positive effect on labour productivity. This research finds that labour productivity, in the lagging districts, tends to grow faster than advanced ones. Thus, the labour productivity gap between districts will disappear. A better educational and health facilities supports the speed of the knowledge transfer process to generate productive labour. For supporting the convergence of labour productivity, the local government has to improve infrastructure especially in lagging districts. Likewise, improvements in road facilities solve the problem of high-cost distribution to increase labour productivity.
