This paper puts forward and confirms the following hypothesis: at any level, resource conservation policy is grounded in a set of factors for resource conservation, which influence the achievement of ...target indicators. To confirm the hypothesis, the authors explore the concept of resource conservation and investigate the issue of effective and rational use of resources both at the level of production and consumption by particular entities and at the level of the national economy as a whole. The paper examines the role played by Russia in maintaining environmental security globally and explores some of the key challenges and threats to environmental security at the legislative level. The authors propose a classification of factors for resource conservation that could help employ relevant methods for managing resource conservation, reduce resource consumption, and achieve a better environmental situation.

The specifics of the formation and development of the microfinance market in Russia as an alternative to bank lending are described in the article. The need of economic agents for financial services ...and the creation of an efficient financial credit system is justified. The content of relations arising in the process of microfinance and microlending is disclosed, their advantages and disadvantages are described, and the history of their occurrence is highlighted. The factors affecting the development of the microfinance market are identified, and the stages of its development in Russia are reviewed. The legal framework for the operation of microfinance organizations (microlenders) is covered, and the important role of the Bank of Russia in regulating their activities is revealed.
The role of credit in the economy and its ability to fasten the process of meeting the household and personal needs are defined. It is considered as a tool for the economy regulation.
The emergence of new forms and methods of lending is justified, and their influence on the socioeconomic development of society is reviewed.
It is noted that microfinance is one of the fastest growing sectors of the financial market in the face of declining bank lending volumes for consumer loans. The state of the microlending market is analyzed. The strengthening of supervision over the provision of microloans is substantiated, since they are in demand by many economic agents, including the population, private entrepreneurs, and legal entities.

The paper introduces and confirms the following hypothesis: the system of the investment fund market indicators can be considered as an indicator of the country's socio-economic development. In order ...to confirm the suggested hypothesis the paper has investigated the advantages and disadvantages of investment funds, promoting and hindering expansions of investment funds in the collective investment market, and has developed their classification according to a number of attributes. A system of indicative ratios of socio-economic development has been proposed in relation to the investment fund market: number of open-end mutual funds; net asset value of open-end mutual funds; capital inflow (outflow) into open-end mutual funds. The analysis of the Russian open-end mutual fund market has been performed. Based on this analysis, conclusions about the state of the economic and social development in Russia have been made.

This article attempts to explore the role of the market for corporate securities and build an appropriate portfolio. The main goal of this article is to explore the modern market for corporate ...securities in Russia. The methods of cognition, retrospective and documentary analysis, as well as synthesis, generalization and systematization were used in this work. The essence and structure of the market for corporate securities were examined in the article, its role was identified, and market instruments and their features were explored. Models of building a securities’ portfolio were analyzed. Being the main sector of capital flows, the market for corporate securities establishes a mechanism for distributing and redistributing capital to the most relevant sectors of the economy, working with corporate securities. The investment portfolio is formed using various models. These models are diverse, but the authors decided to select the CALM model of dynamic portfolio management as the most accurate one.
