Purpose: This study also aims to determine suppliers who have the best performance in providing raw material supplies according to analysis and calculations using the Analytical Hierarchy Process ...method for CV. Gangsar.
Design/methodology/approach: The type of research used in this research is quantitative with the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method, more specifically the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. This research is located in CV. Gangsar which is located on Jl. Demuk No. 37 Ngunut Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using AHP.
Findings: The results of the study indicate the criteria that can be considered to choose the best flour supplier for CV. Gangsar is price, quality, delivery accuracy, quantity accuracy, and customer care. Quality is the most important criterion with a weight of 0.326, then the price criteria with a weight of 0.289, then the criteria for accuracy of delivery with a weight of 0.171, then the criteria for accuracy of quantities with a weight of 0.140, and the last criterion of customer care with a weight of 0.074. Which flour supplier is the most appropriate to support the production performance of CV. Gangsar can be seen from the greatest weight. The highest weight is Indotapioka with a value of 0.378, followed by Sari Bumi with a weight of 0.330, and finally Sungai Budi with a weight of 0.292. Therefore, Indotapioka Jaya is the most appropriate company to support the production performance of CV. Gangsar. The company should use the research results as input when choosing the right supplier.

This study captured the characteristics of a good leader from speech acts and politeness strategies performed by the candidates for the commissioner of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) ...during the interviews and public tests from a gender perspective. This qualitative research applies a naturalist paradigm and a sociopragmatic approach. The analysis of six videos selected by purposive sampling indicates no difference in the politeness strategies used by female and male candidates, both of which used positive politeness strategies. However, female candidates are slightly different compared to the male candidates in the use of directive speech acts of asking for permission and negative politeness strategies to give deference and impersonalize speakers. Ten character dimensions observed from the candidates include drive, collaboration, humility, integrity, temperance, justice, accountability, courage, transcendence, and judgment. The female candidates show a higher prevalence of collaboration and humility, whereas male candidates have a higher prevalence of integrity and judgment.
Based on an analysis of 154 questions and their responses in the interview test of the Indonesian Solidarity Party’s legislative candidates, this article gives a descriptive overview of interview ...stages and the types of question-response that are implemented in the conversation. Conversation Analysis (CA) is applied as an approach. Data are from video recordings of naturally occurring conversation in the interview test that are retrieved from https://www.youtube.com. Relying on the data, this paper shows the generic structure of interview test (e.g., warm-up, confirmation, information exchange, and wrap-up), question types (e.g., wh-, disjunctive, declarative, tag, echo, narrative, and multiple), and types of responses (e.g., information, confirmation, marked confirmation, disconfirmation, choice of alternative answers, implication, code switched, and repetition). This paper reveals that wh-interrogative is used more commonly in the interview test than the other question types. Finally, information response in the form of clausal responses is mostly preferred by legislative candidates.
This paper aims to describe register on Sport Announcer Talk (SAT) in sportfishing ‘Mancing Mania Trans7 Program’. Data were compiled from the document containing register on sportfishing either ...vacabulary or syntactic features which are downloaded from Mancing mania Trans7 Official channel. Afterwards, data were transcribed ortographically and classified into 6 domains namely person, location, activity, technique, equipment, and target fish. Data were analyzed based on the characteristics to determine register by considering vocabulary distinctiveness. Beside that, sintactic aspects were elaborated to show the functional and stylistic features. The result show that the forms of registers in the field of fishing were dominated with heavy noun modification. English was the dominant language used by the announcer to express the identity of the angler community. There were many methaporic register applied for the shake of attractiveness. Finally, the language is quite clearly distinguishable from language used in other contexts especially from other sporting events. The grammar is quite distinctive which involves features such as complexity, syntactic reduction and the inversion, heavy noun modification and other stylistic function such as deictic and exaggerating expressions.
Background and Aim: Disposable imported nylon bags used in an in situ digestibility measurement restrict the effort of scientists to obtain more accurate information about ruminant feed quality due ...to their low affordability and environmentally unfriendly characteristics. This study aimed to find reusable local nylon fabrics to substitute imports.
Materials and Methods: Five local fabrics (B1 = Abutai, B2 = Taffeta, B3 = Organza, B4 = N57, and B5 = M100) were used to make nylon bags and compared with the imported bag (B6 = Ankom technology). The research consisted of three steps: (1) Observing the similarity of the local nylon bag's hole number to the imported bag. (2) Testing feed in situ degradation (F1 = Napier grass, F2 = Cornmeal, and F3 = Dairy cattle total mixed ration) using bags B1–B6. (3) The reusability of the bag was tested using different washing methods (under running water R1, rinse R2, and ultrasonic water bath R3).
Results: It was shown that the hole numbers of B1 (1223 hole numbers) and B2 (1245 hole numbers) were not significantly different from B6 (1248 hole numbers). It was shown with dry matter degradability measurement using the in situ method that there was no significant difference in feed solubility (a), potential degradability (b), and the effective degradation between local fabrics (B1–B5) and B6. According to the degradation rate (c), there were interactions between the feeds and fabrics. For F1, all local fabrics were similar to B6, while for F2, only B1 was different from B6. For F3, only B5 was different from B6. It was also shown by the organic matter degradability measurements that there was a similar trend. The exception was the solubility (a) component in F3, in which it was shown that B1 was also different from B6. It was shown in the reusable test that there was no difference in the weight of the bag before and after all washing methods. In contrast, the hole number increased due to the shrinking of the bag after drying in a 60°C oven.
Conclusion: According to this in situ study, local nylon bag B2 can substitute imported bags. A lower drying temperature is suggested to prevent shrinking and make the bag reusable.
