Abstrak: Kerajinan talikur saat ini sedang digemari oleh kaum hawa, baik itu remaja ataupun wanita dewasa. Namun, tak semua orang dapat membelinya karena keterbatasan ekonomi mengingat harganya yang ...tidak murah. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pelatihan bagaimana cara membuat kerajinan talikur. Jadi, peserta dapat membuat sendiri kerajinan talikur sesuai yang diinginkan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yakni dengan pelatihan langsung (ceramah, demonstrasi, dan tanya jawab) dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilam membuat kerajinan talikur dalam berbagai bentuk dan model.Abstract: Talikur craft is currently favored by women, both teenagers and adult women. However, not everyone can buy it because of economic limitations given the price is not cheap. Therefore, this dedication activity is carried out to provide training on how to make handicraft Talikur. So, the participants can make their own handicraft as desired. The method used in this activity is through direct training (lectures, demonstrations, and question and answer) and mentoring. The result of this dedication is that participants have the knowledge and skills to make handicrafts in various forms and models.
To investigate whether ordinary tests used in urolithiasis can increase the diagnostic value of unenhanced helical computed tomography (HCT).
Of all patients admitted with acute flank pain, 137 ...without radiocontrast allergy, pregnancy and renal insufficiency were included in the study. After urinalysis (Ur) and ultrasonography (USG), HCT without a contrast agent was taken by 5-mm collimation, thereafter excretory urography (EU) was obtained. Confirmation of a stone was done by various tests and/or treatment methods. Statistically, the predictive values of HCT, USG, EU and Ur and their combinations were evaluated using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AROC).
The patients' mean age was 38 (range 4-72) years. Sensitivity values of HCT, USG, EU and Ur were 97, 69, 71 and 81%, respectively. Their specificity values were 96, 87, 91 and 65%, respectively. The widest AROC was found for HCT (97%). The best test combination was HCT or USG according to the AROC value (93%), but none of the AROC values of the test combinations was higher than that of HCT. However, 95% confidence intervals of the AROC values of these tests and their combinations overlapped.
Because the HCT combinations with other tests improved the diagnostic value of HCT, they should be preferred in some individuals suspected of having urolithiasis. However, the most feasible single test meeting the all usage purposes was HCT in terms of the AROC value, and the combination was HCT or USG in which either HCT or USG was positive.
This research and development aims to produce Android-based mathematics learning media using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach is valid and practical criteria. This development uses ...the ADDIE development model which consists of analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. But due to time constraints and the Covid-19 pandemic, this research does not use the stage. implementation and only arrived at the development stage. The results of the analysis at the validation test stage by the validator produced a percentage based on 2 aspects, namely 80.67% material and 86% media aspects included, and The average percentage of learning media validity is 83.33% so that the learning media is included in the very valid category. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of the practicality test 10 phase by class X produced an average percentage of 86,66% and entered the very practical criteria. Based on the validity test and practicality test carried out, it can be concluded that the Android-based mathematics learning media uses the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach declared valid and practical to use.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) Menghasilkan produk bahan ajar matematika berbasis android dengan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) pada materi koordinat Kartesius kelas ...VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kotagajah, 2) Mengetahui kualitas produk yang dilihat dari tingkat kevalidan dan kepraktisan bahan ajar matematika berbasis android dengan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) pada materi koordinat Kartesius kelas viii SMP Negeri 1 Kotagajah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunkan adalah lembar angket validasi ahli dan lembar angket respon siswa. Teknik analisis data mencakup analisis data validasi dan analisis data respon siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi yang dilakukan oleh 2 ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 83,50% dengan kategori kevalidan sangat valid, dan hasil validasi dengan 2 ahli media diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 87,00% dengan kategori kevalidan sangat valid. Hasil dari keempat validasi diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 85,25% dengan kategori sangat valid. Sedangkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil dari 5 siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Kotagajah diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 83,50% dengan kategori kepraktisan sangat praktis, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar matematika berbasis android dengan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) pada materi koordinat Kartesius sangat valid dan sangat praktis untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to; 1) Producing android-based mathematics teaching material products with the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach on the Cartesian coordinate material for class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kotagajah, 2) Knowing the quality of the product as seen from the level of validity and practicality of android-based mathematics teaching materials with the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach on the Cartesian coordinate material for class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Gajah. This study uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation)development model. The data collection instruments used were expert validation questionnaire sheets and student questionnaire sheets. Data analysis techniques include validation data analysis and student response data analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the validation carried out by 2 material experts obtained an average percentage of 83.50% with a very valid validity category, and the results of validation with 2 media experts obtained an average percentage of 87.00% with a very valid validity category. The results of the four validations obtained an average percentage of 85.25% with a very valid category. While the results of the small group trial of 5 students in SMP Negeri 1 Kota Gajah obtained an average percentage of 83.50% with the category of very practical.So it can be concluded that Android-based mathematics teaching materials with the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach to the material Cartesian coordinates are very valid and very practical to use in the learning process.

To evaluate the effectiveness and complications of the combination of minimal transurethral resection of the prostate and bladder neck incision in comparison with those of the standard transurethral ...resection of the prostate (TURP).
Forty patients with prostates of <or=25 ml were randomized to two equal groups (20 cases in each). In group I minimal transurethral resection of the prostate followed by bladder neck incision at the 6 o'clock position and in group II standard TURP were performed. Patients were evaluated in terms of the change in symptom severity, maximal flow rate and sexual function in addition to operating time, length of hospital stay, problems of catheter positioning at the end of the operation and the rate of bladder neck contracture using chi(2) and independent t tests.
Age, prostate volume postoperative follow-up time, improvement in international prostate symptom score and maximal flow rate, length of hospital stay and erectile dysfunction rates were not statistically different between the 2 groups. Operation time was shorter in group I (p = 0.001). Although the urethral catheter was easily positioned at the end of the operation in group I, it was not possible in group II for 4 patients (p = 0.053). Postoperative retrograde ejaculation for groups I and II were determined in 7 and 16 patients, respectively (p = 0.005). Bladder neck contracture was not found in group I, while it was seen in 2 patients in group II (p = 0.487).
The combination of minimal transurethral resection and bladder neck incision in patients with small prostates appears to provide a satisfactory clinical outcome, comparable with standard TURP, while preventing the difficulty of urethral catheter positioning at the end of the operation, decreasing bladder neck contracture and lowering the incidence of retrograde ejaculation.
Millions of male children are circumcised throughout the world. We investigated the opinions and thoughts about the past and future aspects of circumcision by interviewing 100 male family members of ...the health care staff.
100 male volunteers answered a questionnaire comprising questions about their personal observations, feelings, festivities and opinions about their own circumcisions as well as their views about the circumcision phenomenon as a parent, and the legality of circumcision.
81% of the volunteers in our study had been circumcised by traditional circumcisers. The rest had been circumcised by doctors (10%), barbers (7%) and sheikhs (2%). In 90% the circumcision took place at home, 7% in hospitals and in 3% in village squares. While 66% of the subjects do not remember anything, the remaining 33% reported some bad sensations like fear, pain and shame about their circumcisions, and 1 (1%) subject reported happiness. As a parent, they answered the questions on their preferences on the place and performer of the circumcision. 44% preferred to have circumcision performed in the hospital by a physician, 26% at home by a physician, and 30% at home by a circumciser.
There are significant changes in the attitudes of people in Turkey on circumcision as a traditional culture, though its perception has remained unchanged.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan self-regulated dan berpikir kritis matematika melalui model pembelajaran treffinger pada siswa kelas VII-5 SMP N 1 Sekampung. Jenis ...penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-5 SMP N 1 Sekampung yang terdiri dari 32 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, terlihat adanya peningkatan self-regulated dan berpikir kritis matematika siswa pada pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari peningkatan persentase keempat aspek yaitu kesadaran akan tanggung jawab belajar dengan persentase 75,56% menjadi 85,63%, kesadaran akan tanggung jawab belajar dengan persentase 76,67% menjadi 86,21%, kontinuitas belajar dengan persentase 75,74% menjadi 85,34%, dan keaktifan belajar dengan persentase 73,57% menjadi 85,22%. Untuk hasil berpikir kritis matematika dapat diketahui dari peningkatan keempat indikator yaitu elementary clarification 24,38% dengan kategori sangat rendah menjadi 62,50% dengan kategori sedang, keterampilan memberikan penjelasan lanjut 36,67% dengan kategori sangat rendah pada menjadi 85,45% dengan kategori sangat tinggi, keterampilan mengatur strategi dan taktik 36,56% dengan kategori sangat rendah menjadi 81,79% dengan kategori sangat tinggi, dan keterampilan menyimpulkan 14,69% dengan kategori sangat tinggi menjadi 91,81% dengan kategori sangat tinggi.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to improve self-regulated and critical thinking mathematics through treffinger learning models in students of class VII-5 SMP N 1 Sekampung. This type of research is a classroom action research study subjects were students of class VII-5 SMP N 1 Sekampung consisting of 32 students. Based on the results of the research and discussion, an increase in self-regulated and critical thinking of mathematics is seen in students' learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of the four aspects, namely awareness of learning responsibilities with a percentage of 75.56% to 85.63%, awareness of learning responsibilities with a percentage of 76.67% to 86.21%, continuity of learning with a percentage of 75.74% to 85.34%, and learning activeness with a percentage of 73.57% to 85.22%. For the results of critical thinking mathematics can be seen from the increase in the four indicators namely elementary clarification 24.38% with very low categories to 62.50% with moderate categories, skills to provide further explanation 36.67% with very low categories at 85.45% with very high category, skills to set strategy and tactics 36.56% with very low categories to 81.79% with very high categories, and skills concluded 14.69% with very high categories to 91.81% with very high categories.

Although no part of the human anatomy is invulnerable to hydatid disease, it has been reported to occur mostly in vital organs such as liver, lungs and brain. Hydatid disease of the urinary tract is ...uncommon accounting for only 2% of all such cases. Testes are extremely rare sites for echinococcosis. To our knowledge there are only 3 cases of testicular hydatid cyst described. In this animal model, we studied echinococcosis in rabbit testis.
We directly infected the unilateral testis of 4 male rabbits with infective protoscolices via intratesticular injection and housed them under pathogen-free conditions for 10 weeks. All rabbits survived during the follow-up period and then, at the 10th week, all testes were removed for histopathologic investigation.
Despite of the direct infection of the rabbit testes with Echinococcus granulosus, there was no demonstrable hydatid cyst after a 10-week period except from some fibrosis in the injection tract of the testicular tissue in 1 case.
The testes are extremely rare anatomic locations for echinococcosis infection. The mechanism of this resistance should be another reason apart from blood-testicular barrier. We think that low temperature in the scrotum or different properties of the testicular tissue may be the reasons of this defense mechanism. If this hypothesis clarifies with the further studies, new treatment options may be defined in the medical literature for the hydatid cyst.
