The clinical data of 555 patients with malignant hematologic diseases who ...underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation between May 1(st) 2004, and April 1(st) 2012 was analyzed retrospectively, and a prediction model was constructed.
Of the 555 patients, a total of 302 (54.0% ) patients exhibited bleeding events of varying degrees, including 151 (27.0% ) with grade Ⅰ bleeding, 63 (11.0% ) with grade Ⅱ bleeding, 48 (9.0% ) with grade Ⅲ bleeding, and 40 (7.0% ) with grade Ⅳ bleeding. A total of 79 consecutive ...patients of the simple lateral tibial plateau fractures from July 2011 to July 2015 were included in this study, with 65 males and 14 females with an average age of (34.3±7.2) years and 22-61 years. According to Schatzker classification, 21 cases were of Type I, 41 cases Type II, and 17 cases Type III. The characteristics of lateral tibial plateau fractures were evaluated by plain X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The type and severity of meniscus injury were diagnosed by MRI scan. Simulated wastewater containing o-, m- and p-cresol was used respectively to study the effects of substituted position on adsorption and desorption and the feasibility of activated carbon ...adsorption-bioregeneration treatment. According to the isotherm, the adsorbability sequences in the order of p-cresol > o-cresol > m-cresol, which is positively correlated to pK(a) and negatively correlated to solubility and critical oxidation potential (COP); and the desorbability sequences in the order of o-cresol > m-cresol > p-cresol, which is negatively correlated to boiling point and viscosity. According to comparative analysis, irreversible adsorption is found to be the main reason for differences between adsorption and desorption isotherms. A mathematical statistics method was applied to estimate the amount of irreversible adsorption. The irreversible adsorption amounts of o, m, p-cresol are 27.9 mg/g, 28.5 mg/g and 33.4 mg/g, respectively.

Nous avons pu montrer l’importance des effets mécaniques, puis quantifier la sensibilité des résultats à la position, à la raideur et à l’orientation des fractures.
This article deals with the analysis of hydraulic behaviour of storage works excavated in fractured rock using numerical modelling. The 3D distinct element code 3DEC is used to assess the variations of water pressure, displacement, stress, flow-rate in the fractures intersected by a circular gallery. We could show the importance of the mechanical effects, and then quantify the sensitivity of the results to the localization, the stiffness and the orientation of the fractures.

A retrospective cohort study was performed to include 178 patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ NSCLC complicated with COPD who received at least 2 times of immunotherapy in Xinqiao Hospital of the Army Medical University from January 2019 to August 2021. Baseline peripheral blood inflammatory indicators such as interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were collected within 2 weeks before the first treatment, with the last one being on or before February 7, 2022. X-tile software was used to determine the optimal cut-off value of peripheral blood inflammatory indicators. The Cox multivariate regression models were used to analyze the factors affecting progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).

To introduce the clinical application of long slender tubed flap constructed with "bridge" technique in the repair of nasal columella defect.
From March 1968 to August 1998, 18 cases with complicated ...nasal columella defects were repaired with long slender tubed flaps. Among the 18 tubed flaps, 13 cases were designed on the medial side of the upper arm and 5 cases on the longer cervical region paralleling the clavicle. The tubed flaps were 2.0 to 2.5 cm wide and 11 to 15 cm long. The length of the "bridge" was 3 to 7 cm.
No flap necrosis or other complications occurred. Postoperative follow-up was 3 to 60 months. The reconstructed columellae showed satisfactory contour, good texture and color, and satisfactory resistance to injury.
By using the "bridge" technique, tubed flap can be made long and slender enough to provide relatively abundant tissue with adequate circulation and delicate contour. Combined with strict case selection, long slender tubed flaps can bring excellent functional and cosmetic outcomes in
