To observe the effect of ultrasound-guided platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia (HZN).
Eighty patients with HZN were randomly divided into observation ...group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided PRP injection of target nerves combined with drugs. The control group was treated with drugs alone. The pain scores of before treatment (T0), and 1 week (T1), 1 month (T2), 3 months (T3) and 6 months (T4) after treatment were recorded with Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). The sleep quality of patients was assessed with the Athens Insomnia Scale, and the dosage used at each time point, skin lesions, adverse reactions, and the occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) were recorded.
The NRS score of the two groups after treatment showed a downward trend. Compared with T0 at each time point, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). And the NRS score of the observation group was lower than control group (p < 0.05). The sleep quality of the observation group was better. The dosage of the observation group was less, and the time of herpes dry-up, scab crusting and shedding in the observation group was significantly shorter (p < 0.05). The incidence of dizziness, lethargy, ataxia and PHN in the observation group was significantly reduced (p < 0.05).
Compared with traditional drug treatment alone, the ultrasound-guided PRP injection has the advantages of better analgesia and fewer side effects, which provides a new idea for the treatment of HZN.

We use an updated method for the detection of double-lined spectroscopic binaries (SB2s) using Vsin i values from spectral fits. The method is applied to all spectra from Large sky Area ...Multi-Object fiber Spectroscopic Telescope Medium Resolution Survey. Using this method, we detect 12 426 SB2 candidates, where 4321 are already known and 8105 are new discoveries. We check their spectra manually to minimize possible false positives. We also detect several cases of contamination of the spectra by solar light. Additionally, for candidates with multiple observations, we compute mass ratios with systemic velocities and determine Keplerian orbits. We present an updated catalogue of all SB2 candidates together with additional information for some of them in separate data tables.
Objectives. This study is aimed at investigating the analgesic effect of the administration of Corydalis decumbens (CD) in a mouse model of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) and at elucidating its ...mechanism of analgesic action. Methods. Adult Kunming (KM) mice were randomly divided into control, CD, and vehicle-treated groups. Neuropathic pain was induced with a single intraperitoneal injection of resiniferatoxin (RTX). Thermal hyperalgesia was assessed with a hot/cold plate test, and mechanical allodynia was evaluated using von Frey filaments. The activation states of astrocytes, microglia, and the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway in the spinal cord were determined by immunofluorescence staining and Western blot analysis of Iba-1, GFAP, phospho-p38, and phospho-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK). Results. RTX diminished thermal sensitivity and gradually increased sensitivity to tactile stimulation. The expression of Iba-1, GFAP, phospho-p38 MAPK, and phospho-JNK was upregulated in the RTX-induced postherpetic neuralgia mouse model. Systemic treatment with CD significantly ameliorated thermal sensitivity and mechanical hyperalgesia and was accompanied by a reduction in the expression of Iba-1 and GFAP and reduced phosphorylation of p38 and JNK. Conclusions. This study suggests that CD is effective at ameliorating mechanical hyperalgesia in PHN mice and that its mechanism of action may involve modulation of MAPK phosphorylation and glial cell activation. Thus, CD may be a promising alternative therapy for PHN.

In this work, the electrochemical activation of graphite felt electrode for vanadium redox flow battery (VRB) was studied. Graphite felt (GF) electrode was oxidized at a range of electrochemical ...oxidation degrees in H2SO4 solution. The electrochemical performance of the treaded GF was discussed, and the law of the surface properties of GF which changed along with the electrochemical oxidation degree was proposed. The structure, composition, surface tension and electrochemical properties of the oxidized GF (OGF) were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), contact angle measurements, cyclic voltammetry (CV), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The GF oxidized at 560–840mAhg−1 exhibited the best activity toward VO2+/VO2+ redox reaction, according with the highest COH and COOH content (ca. 34%) on its surface. The mechanisms of VO2+/VO2+ redox reaction on OGF were also discussed. VRB single cell with pristine GF and OGF as the electrode were test at various charge–discharge current densities, respectively. The columbic efficiency (CE), voltage efficiency (VE) and energy efficiency (EE) of the cell using OGF electrode are much higher than the cell using pristine GF, suggested that the electro-oxidation method is a promising technology for the activation of GF electrode.
Hydrothermal alteration with bleaching of host rocks is the most important prospecting indicator for gold deposits in the Jiangnan Orogen Belt. The alteration has been identified as pre-ore carbonate ...(siderite)-sericitization and the Fe of siderite in the alteration zone is derived from the host rocks rather than fluids. In addition, such alteration decreases in intensity and width with depth and gold mineralization also occur in the non-bleached rocks, casting doubt on the reliability of the prospecting indicator. Detailed petrographic work and SEM analysis on the Wangu deposit indicate that there are two types of siderites, i.e., Sd1 and Sd2. Among them, Sd1 grains are relatively small and distributed along the planes of unaltered host rocks, while Sd2 grains, only occurring in the altered slates, are commonly larger. Both types of siderites were altered by auriferous fluids, producing porous cores and minerals such as pyrite, quartz, and ankerite. Compared with unaltered parts, the altered parts have lower Fe, but higher U, Pb, and REE. In addition, Sd1 and Sd2 are similar in Mn, Na, V, and Sr concentrations but different in Fe and Mg. The occurrence and geochemical compositions of both siderites indicate that Sd1 could be transformed into Sd2 by pre-mineralization alteration through dissolution-reprecipitation. Chlorite is another important Fe-bearing mineral in the host rocks, and EPMA analysis suggests that it is ripidolite with relatively high Fe contents. Consequently, chlorite can also provide Fe to form the pre-ore carbonate(siderite)-sericitization. Geochemical modeling demonstrates that both ripidolite and siderite can result in sulfidation and therefore gold precipitation. As a result, this study demonstrates that pre-ore alteration with characterized bleaching is not a prerequisite for gold mineralization despite of its prominent features. Due to the presence of Fe-bearing Sd1 and chlorite, gold mineralization could still occur through sulfidation in the unaltered rocks.
Surface finishing plays a critical role in product manufacturing. This paper aims to evaluate the magnetic abrasive finishing (MAF) process in achieving nano-finishing on Ti-6Al-4V workpiece. An ...improved finishing tool–integrated multiple pole-tip is fabricated to perform the surface finishing of Ti-6Al-4V workpieces. Finite element analysis of the variation of magnetic field intensity in the finishing region demonstrates obvious formation of magnetic brush based on the simulation model. The simulation results are confirmed by experimental measurements, where it shows a good agreement. Finishing experiments for Ti-6Al-4V workpieces are carried out using an established platform, aiming to investigate the effects of varying the spindle rotational feed, the rotary table speed, and the working gap on surface roughness (

). The surface roughness of 0.073 μm was achieved from the initial 1.195 μm based on the finishing parameters of 900-rpm spindle rotational speed, 160 r/min rotary table speed, and 0.7-mm working gap, which improved by over 94%. The surface quality was improved significantly with scratch reduction.
The available magnetic field assisted finishing process is considered as the critical stage for improvement of workpiece surface quality. This paper aims to investigate the key quality performance of ...an enhanced magnetic abrasive finishing in achieving nanolevel finish on Ti–6Al–4V workpieces with initial micrometer surface roughness values. The finishing media, combining the intelligent shear thickening fluids (STFs), carbonyl iron particles and SiC particles, is developed. Finishing experiments for Ti–6Al–4V workpieces are conducted using an established platform, aiming to investigate the effects of varying STFs concentration, working gap, feed rate and spindle rotational speed. It is observed from the experimental results that the developed finishing media is effective for surface finishing comparing to the finishing media without STFs. The surface roughness of 54 nm was achieved from the initial value of 1.17 μm, which improved by over 95%, under the experimental conditions of 0.8 mm working gap, 15000 mm/min feed rate, 900 rpm spindle rotational speed and 15 wt% STFs. Surface observations showed that a smooth surface without obvious scratches was obtained.

In this paper, a series of modern advanced analysis and measurement technologies such as X-ray Fluorescence (XRF), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), 13C Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (13C NMR), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Scanning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) have been used to analyze the sample after acid treatment. The result shows that after hydrochloric acid treatment and combined treatment of hydrochloric acid/nitric acid, the water content of coal sample and fixed carbon increase to some extent while the volatile component and ash content decrease. Acid treatment has reduced the content of carbon, hydrogen and sulfur but increased the oxygen content. In addition, hydrochloric acid treatment has resulted in the increase of chlorine content in coal and nitric acid treatment increase the nitrogen content. Acid treatment will influence the microcrystalline structure of the coal and improve the aromaticity which finally makes the carbon atom arrangement more orderly. After hydrochloric acid treatment, the ratio of methyl carbon, aliphatic carbon attached to oxygen, carboxyl carbon and carbonyl carbon decreases slightly, while that of other carbon functional groups increases correspondingly. The raw coal shows large differences from coal sample after the beneficiation of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. The content of methyl carbon and the aliphatic carbon attached to oxygen is reduced obviously, while that of methylene and carbonyl carbon is raised dramatically. After acid treatment, the ratio of CC bond and CH bond on the coal surface increases gradually, but carbon in oxidation state decreases step by step which means acid treatment will destroy the active functional groups on coal surface and reduce the ratio of oxygen-containing functional groups such as ether bond and hydroxyl group. Meanwhile, acid treatment will influence the organic sulfur such as mercaptan, thioether, sulfoxide, sulfone, and sulfonate, which will change the component of organic sulfur on coal surface and decrease its content. The coal particles have no obvious change after the beneficiation of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid but their surface morphology has changed. The edges of coal particles turn obscure and their surface becomes blurred. The combined treatment of hydrochloric acid/nitric acid has increased the specific surface area of coal sample, leading to more micropores on coal surface, and thus oxygen molecules are more easily absorbed by the coal. In general, hydrochloric acid treatment has little influence on coal characteristics, chemical construction of the organic matter, inorganic minerals, functional groups on coal surface, microstructure, etc., while nitric acid treatment has significant effect on coal quality. Therefore, the influence must be taken into consideration when using the nitric acid to pretreat the coal sample.
Coalbed methane (CBM) recovery and CO2 storage have always been important topics of study for clean energy utilization and environmental governance. To enhance CBM recovery, CO2/N2 injection is ...applied in coal mining, especially CO2 injection enhanced coalbed methane (CO2-ECBM). CO2 injection not only improves the production of CBM but also helps to reduce the greenhouse effect. As there are differences between CO2 injection and N2 injection, the advantages of CO2 should be studied in depth. The adsorbed methane accounts for more than 80% of total methane, and the amount of variation adsorbed methane is the key to CO2/N2 injection. In this paper, the desorption rate of adsorbed methane, the replacement ratio and the residual mixed gas content are discussed to evaluate the effect of CO2/N2 injection. After CO2/N2 injection, the desorption rate of adsorbed methane could be enhanced. The results also show that CO2 injection is better than N2 injection for enhanced coalbed methane (ECBM) recovery; however, the residual mixed gas content could be increased after CO2 injection. Moreover, anthracite (QC) could be more suitable for CO2 injection because of the value of replacement ratio. The influences of temperature and injection pressure are also empirically studied. Increasing both temperature and pressure could not significantly enhance the desorption rate of adsorbed methane significant. Increasing the temperature could reduce the residual mixed gas content; however, it is difficult to induce ECBM recovery with increasing temperatures. Increasing the injection pressure could cause a slight increase of the desorption rate of the adsorbed methane; however, higher injection pressure corresponds to greater economic cost. Thus, the most suitable injection pressure is twice as much as the initial pressure of methane.
