Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran IPS yang ditinjau dari kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Cipocok Jaya 1 Kota Serang tepatnya di ...kelas Va dan Vb yang berjumlah 61 siswa. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Sampling Random yang memungkinkan seluruh jejang kelas menjadi sampel penelitian, berdasarkan hasil undi terpilihlah kelas V SDN Cipocok Jaya 1 yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis Inferensial yang digunakan yakni uji t, yang digunakan adalah paired sampel t-test. Teknik uji t yang dilakukan menggunakan pengolah data statistical package for social scince(SPSS) versi 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengaruh terhadap penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS di SDN Cipocok Jaya 1 Kota Serang yang diharapkan guru dapat mengembangkan segala aspek pengembangan diri untuk merdeka mengajar agar dapat menciptakan merdeka belajar bagi siswa.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the improvement of the professional competencies of teachers who participated in the "Certificate in Educational Studies in Leadership (CESL)†for ...literacy movement at Tugu Utara 19 primary school. Researchers in this study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods aimed at telling a story of a data, event or phenomenon unearthed through in-depth interviews with sources with knowledge and understanding and deep experience of the phenomenon. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the competence of professional teachers in carrying out literacy was a cognitive pre-action literacy movement in schools, 83.3% very good which answered almost 80% of teachers and educational personnel that they liked literacy corridors, and as many as 87.5%, which is 87.5% answering very happy, suggestions and upgrades to the next school project at Tugu Utara 19 primary school.
This study is aimed to describe the elementary school teachers’ work discipline at the UPTD Education in Banyumanik, Semarang City. The study involved 162 elementary school teachers. The instrument ...used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of 30 statement items, and 5 indicators of work discipline for elementary school teachers. The findings showed that each indicator of discipline of time was very good (90.8), discipline of work was good (90.1), discipline in work atmosphere was very good (91.4), discipline in serving community was good (88,9), discipline of attitude and behavior was sufficient (75). Overall, the work discipline of elementary school teachers was good (87). These findings indicated that the elementary school teachers at the UPTD education in Banyumanik, Semarang City worked in well-discipline.
This study aimed to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style, motivation, and professional competence on the performance of an elementary school teacher in the town of Kendari. The ...design of this research was path analysis. The study samples were 241 primary school teachers and they were taken by using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed statistically using path analysis with the program Linear Structural Relations (LISREL). The professional competence was equal ρy23 = 0.389, t = 4.751, table = 1,97 means t> t table, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted The results showed that: (1) there was a positive direct influence between headmaster leadership style to the performance of primary school teachers in the city of Kendari, (2) there was a direct positive influence between work motivation on the performance of primary school teachers in the city Kendari. The conclusion of this research are: (1) There is a positive direct influence on the performance of the leadership style of primary school teachers in Kendari; (2) There is a positive direct influence on the performance of work motivation of primary school teachers in Kendari; (3) There is a positive direct influence on the performance of the professional competence of primary school teachers in Kendari; (4) There is a positive direct influence on the performance of motivational leadership style work in Kendari; (5) There is a positive direct influence leadership style to the professional competence of teachers of primary schools in Kendari.
Computer-based interactive multimedia is one of the media that can be used to deliver learning materials to students. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of computer-based ...interactive multimedia on integrative thematic learning in elementary school. Design this study applies two groups of respondents, namely Experimental class Group and Control class group. This study refers to the concept of the pre-test post-test control group. The results of this study showed that learning using interactive computer-based interactive applications more effectively in comparison with conventional media. This is because learning using interactive multimedia computer-based, students can control the learning activities and students determine the speed of learning and choose the sequence of learning activities in accordance with needs.
The purpose of this study was to describe the beginning reading skill through Structural Analitic Sintetic Methods in the class I of Elemantary School Ciampea 02 Bogor. The method used is descriptive ...research type of class action. The subjek of the reseach were teacher and students of 20 people. The technique used is observation. Data collection tool was a teacher and student observation sheets. This research was conducted through a twice cycle, the research procedure using the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results obtained are fluentthe beginning reading skills of students in the first cycle reaches 65%, reaching 85%. The second cycle, it was increased 20%. By using Structural Analitic Sintetic Methods can improve the beginning reading skills of student fluent in Indonesian language learning on the class I of Elementary School Ciampea 02 Bogor.

Unfortunately, students in elementary schools in mathematics and science are not used to training in critical thinking. The results of this study indicate (1) the impact of STEM can improve students 'critical thinking in elementary schools, (2) the importance of STEM education, and (3) STEM as an alternative that can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Penelitian ini ...dilatarbelakangi oleh keadaan pendidikan di sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi covid-19. Dalam keadaan darurat covid-19, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan tentang pembelajaran jarak jauh dan daring agar peserta didik dapat belajar walaupun dalam keadaan social distancing. Tranformasi digital guru dan peserta didik merupakan dampak dari proses pembelajaran selama covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Sumber data adalah guru dan peserta didik di SD/MI yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara dan observasi dengan instrumen lembar wawancara dan catatan lapangan terhadap realita pelaksanaan pendidikan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 80,8% proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung bagi peserta didik kelas rendah sepenuhnya dikendalikan oleh orang tua, sedangkan pada kelas tinggi proses pembelajaran secara daring dan jarak jauh tidak seperti pembelajaran formal yang seharusnya. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa realita pendidikan dasar di Indonesia belum siap dari segi sumber daya manusia, dan teknologi khususnya pada daerah 3T.

The results obtained by students' critical thinking skills, in the first cycle completeness of 40.74% and the average achieved by 58.96 then in the second cycle the completeness of students increased to 85.18% and the average achieved to be 73.70 it can be concluded that the use of the Auditory learning model, Intellectually, Repatition (AIR) assisted by science comics can improve the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students of Beji 03 Elementary School.
