Mlade tiskarje je ob sprejemu v kolektiv tovarne »Kočevski tisk« čakal poseben obed krsta. Postali so namreč Gutenbergovi nasledniki. Tak krst je bil že omenjen leta 1962 v časopisu Novice.Nada Hren, ...ki je prispevala fotografijo, pa se spominja, kako so leta 1976 učenci grafične šole postali pomočniki in Gutenbergovi nasledniki.Pri sprejemu v »Ceh črnih umetnikov« jih je čakal zelo barvit in moker obred. Po obrazu so jih najprej namazali s tiskarsko barvo, jih posedli na stol na katerem je bila 10 cm debela in z ledeno vodo prepojena goba, potem pa jo jih zalili še z vedrom vode. Po prebrani epistoli z resnimi nauki in humornimi domislicami so postali Gutenbergovi nasledniki. Dobili so diplomo z žigom in svojimi inicialkami. Po krstu pa je sledila še zabava, zanjo pa so morali prispevati kar polovico svoje prve plače.

Previous excavations at Mata Menge and Boa Lesa in the Soa Basin of Flores, Indonesia, recovered stone artefacts in association with fossilized remains of the large-bodied Stegodon florensis ...florensis. Zircon fission-track ages from these sites indicated that hominins had colonized the island by 0.88 +/- 0.07 million years (Myr) ago. Here we describe the contents, context and age of Wolo Sege, a recently discovered archaeological site in the Soa Basin that has in situ stone artefacts and that lies stratigraphically below Mata Menge and immediately above the basement breccias of the basin. We show using (40)Ar/(39)Ar dating that an ignimbrite overlying the artefact layers at Wolo Sege was erupted 1.02 +/- 0.02 Myr ago, providing a new minimum age for hominins on Flores. This predates the disappearance from the Soa Basin of 'pygmy' Stegodon sondaari and Geochelone spp. (giant tortoise), as evident at the nearby site of Tangi Talo, which has been dated to 0.90 +/- 0.07 Myr ago. It now seems that this extirpation or possible extinction event and the associated faunal turnover were the result of natural processes rather than the arrival of hominins. It also appears that the volcanic and fluvio-lacustrine deposits infilling the Soa Basin may not be old enough to register the initial arrival of hominins on the island.
Static I−V characteristic curves for memory switching behavior have been studied as a function of film thickness in the range (67–159 nm) and temperature in the range (293–373 K), for amorphous ...Se60Ge40 and Se60Ge36In4 chalcogenide thin films. The films are prepared by thermal evaporation of high purity 5 N materials. X-ray diffraction patterns for the studied materials revealed the amorphicity of the prepared films. The I−V characteristic curves display a memory switching at the threshold point from the state of high resistance (OFF state) to state of the negative differential resistance NDRS (ON state). The average values of threshold voltage (Vth) decreased exponentially with increasing temperature and linearly increase with increasing film thickness while they decrease with In addition to Se60Ge40. The average values of the threshold electric field Eth were calculated and were found to decrease with increasing temperature for both the studied compositions. The electrical conduction activation energies ΔEσ for Se60Ge40 and Se60Ge36In4 were calculated and found to be 0.269 eV and 0.19 eV respectively. The threshold voltage activation energy Δεth and the ratio (Δεth/ΔEσ) were calculated for Se60Ge40 and Se60Ge36In4 and the values of (Δεth/ΔEσ) were found to be 0.327 and 0.52 respectively, which supports the electrothermal model. The transition between the Off-State and On-States was attributed to the Joule heating of current channel according to the electrothermal model. The effect of In addition to SeGe on the studied parameters was discussed.

Sweden is considered an environmental sustainability pioneer, targeting a 50% reduction in energy use in buildings by 2050. This ambitious goal requires the active engagement of municipal actors and ...the building sector. Dialogue processes have been identified as a way to mobilize such engagement, but in earlier research, there has been a lack of studies where dialogue practices are analyzed in real-time and on location and where the role of leadership has been scrutinized. Taking two cases in Malmö as a starting point, the aim of this paper is to analyze the interconnections between dialogue models and the local context and to examine how the role of process leadership affects exchanges between included actors. The results show that it is difficult to create guidelines useful in the local context and that learning was embedded in the doing and was transferred through the process leaders.

Van kentinin tarihi yapısına bakıldığında M.Ö. 15.000 - 8.000 kadar uzanan bir geçmişe sahip kent olduğu görülmektedir. Kent, tarihsel süreçte birçok medeniyete ev sahipliği, Urartu Krallığına ise ...başkentlik yapmıştır. Bulunduğu jeo-politik konum itibari ile birçok farklı kültürü de içinde barındırmıştır. Ancak bu kültürel ve tarihsel zenginliğe rağmen Van İlinin sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel kalkınma boyutunda yeterli bir ilerleme kaydedemediği Sosyo-Ekonomik Gelişim Endeksi (SEGE) araştırmalarında net olarak görülmektedir. Buna göre bu çalışma Van'ın kalkınmasına yönelik turizm politikalarında önemli bir kuruluş olan Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı'nın stratejilerinin neler olduğunu ortaya koyarak bu stratejilerin neleri kapsadığını belirlemeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu hedefler doğrultusunda Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı’nın Türkiye Turizm Stratejisi 2023 Eylem Planı 2007-2013 ile Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı 2015-2019 Dönemi Stratejik Planı incelenerek Van iline yönelik yapılan yatırımlar ve politikalar (2005-2017 tarihleri arasında) Van Rölöve ve Anıtlar Müdürlüğü çatısında değerlendirilmiştir. Bu değerlendirmeler sonucunda farklı uygarlıklara/kültürlere/kimliklere yatırım yapılarak Van kentinin kültürel çeşitliliğinin ortaya çıkarılmasına çalışılmıştır. Ancak, yatırımlar 2005-2017 yılları arasında nitel ve nicel olarak değişiklik göstermektedir.
Cet article vise à partager notre expérience dans la formation internationale au niveau de M2R. La filière internationale du master2R SEGE (systèmes électroniques et génie électrique) de l’université ...de Nantes est présentée. C’est un master pleinement international, tous les cours théoriques sont enseignés en anglais et les étudiants sont exclusivement des non francophones. Nous présentons le principe, l’organisation et le mode de fonctionnement de ce master ainsi que le recrutement des étudiants, leur séjour en France et leur insertion professionnelle.
Aerial images are the images captured from high attitudes above the ground. Processing and analyzing aerial images play central roles in terrain modeling, agricultural monitoring, city planning, ...environmental surveillance, etc. Aerial images are developing towards high resolution and large size, which poses a major challenge in pixel-level image segmentation. With the rapid development of deep learning technology, the application of deep learning to image semantic segmentation has obtained satisfactory effect. In this paper, we propose a novel aerial image segmentation method based on convolutional neural network (CNN). The main structure of the proposed network adopts U-Net. In order to capture objects of different scales in the deep features, a group of cascaded dilated convolution is inserted at the bottom of U-Net which has different dilation rates. Furthermore, to better optimize the network at different scales, an auxiliary loss function is proposed to be integrated in the cascaded dilated convolution. The effectiveness of the proposed method is evaluated on the Inria Aerial Image Labeling Dataset. Experiment results show that the proposed method has better segmentation performance than existing approaches.
